It's pretty easy to use and it does seem to help streamline the bookkeeping process for anyone who sells through Amazon.

Sometimes it feels like, although simple, it's a step too many to go into A2X, send the transactions over to Xero, then go into Xero and find and approve them before finally matching them. That said, it's not super involved to do that.

Great integration with Shopify and Xero. Made things simple for me and my accountants. For a micro-business it's a little expensive, but worth it for the time saved.

Very detailed - App automatically creates all accounts needed in Xero (chart of accounts) you can drill down any Amazon marketplace, view or change any tax code. Very glad I found this App, those fortnightly payouts are easily reconciled.

A2X has been very useful in helping me set up a multicurrency VAT accounting system that is now automatically applied to my Shopify payouts. Previously, I was unable to customise the way of accounting for my payouts so A2X has made a great difference. Now everything has gotten a lot simpler and more accurate as well as less time-consuming than doing this task manually.

It is a bit difficult to get an understanding of how it works at first, but the customer support has helped me a lot in understanding and using the features of this software correctly.

I liked how easy it was to set up, I'm really new to this and found it super easy to get started.

My book keeper would like it if invoices could be imported as completed purchases not as drafts, but other wise nothing major.

Easy to use, compatible with Xero and good customer service. Once I have allocated accounts for various amazon charges and payments, they are remembered for the next time A2X imports a statement from Amazon.

A2X gives incredible reporting at the push of a button. I have clients that use it and those that don't, and I can see the amazing reporting and time-saving value that A2X brings to the table.

A2X reporitng lines up with Amazon's deposits, which are usually every two weeks. However, for one of my clients it would be great if we could get weekly reporting pushed to the accounting software.

Would certainly recommend A2X for any businesses dealing with e-Commerce clients, we have managed to streamline our processes with a small amount of initial effort to get A2X working/speaking to Xero.

The set up is tedious, though as expected if setting this up for a client with multiple sales channels across multiple regions.

We use A2X for both Shopify and Amazon. Though the initial setup was not intuitive on the billing side, their customer support was solid and we ended up creating the two accounts we needed to get everything synced up. Works wonders.

This is not a dislike, but rather a feature request. It would be great if we could manually set the fees within A2X for non-standard payment gateways and feed those expected costs into Xero.

I love how you can drill down to every fee Amazon gives us and categorize it in QuickBooks in exactly the account I need it in.

The majority of my online sales occur on Amazon, and A2X has made integration with my accounting system (Xero) seamless. It didn't take long to get my account mappings setup, and my exports every few weeks work perfectly. I definitely recommend this product.

Automatic book-keeping with A2X saves a lot of time for data entry importing and coding correctly into Xero the myriad of Amazon transactions broken down in multiple pieces creating invoices and bills. Cannot imagine how one can do the same tasks without A2X. We have tried several other connectors before choosing this one and this is the only one that really works and it's really needed. Customer support is super-attentive and once you have properly setup things the right way everything goes smooth and you can almost forget about it. Many thanks to the A2X team for making this fantastic product and for an excellent support.

For small startup companies the monthly cost is a bit pricey having a limited number of transactions. Once business picks up and grows to higher levels every penny spent on A2X it's worth a hundred times it's value.

Awesome importing of Amazon information, and organizing the chart of accounts before hand. Easyish interface to navigate, some good graphs and great organization of payment periods.

The inability to roll back translations really hurt us when we started learning. Accidently importing twice, there is no other option but to delete.

Maybe this is Amazon's issue, but there needs to be separation of tax collected. Right now it's only option is to group into one tax account, which doesn't work when you file tax remittances for several provinces.

The price is pretty steep for a monthly reoccurring service.

The inability to process returns accurately is the only con I can think of. It would be nice to not have to create credit memos to account for inventory discrepancies with returns and discarded items.
