Intercom makes you feel at home.
I remember the first time I started working with Intercom. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this software and they sure have a lot of positives. Working with their interface feels similar to working from home.
Avantages
Intercom feels like a cozy space that often gives the sensation of an intimate space, while allowing a professional and efficient workspace. One can create several different inboxes that can optimise the work and offers good automation
Inconvénients
Intercom doesn't offer as many integration options and some of their competitors. Because of that, one has to navigate through several tabs or pages. It doesn't sound bad, but when you spend 40 hours doing this, you can definitely see that one could save time (and money) with better integration options.

Excellent for emails management
My overall experience is very positive with Intercom and for sure I will keep using it
Avantages
I love that I can track all my customers emails from one place and I love that I can see if my customer has seen my email and I can take the correct action after that.
Inconvénients
customers informed me that emails go to spam. Not sure if thats related because comes form Intercom.

Great for customer communication
Avantages
Live chat is great with automated messages. Easy to add onto our websites. Its fast and reliable and allows our team to provide real time support.
Inconvénients
Its on the expensive side and it can be more transparent, but it does seems worth it for the price.

I've had excellent results.
The ability to try and test an app or product before purchasing it, is becoming more and more popular, especially with the introduction of new chat and live chat services. If you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on an actual product, you can try a virtual product, that is a product that you can test and play with, before you purchase it.
Avantages
Intercom is a complete live chat application for businesses. It is extremely easy to use. I found the chatbot feature to be useful, but I think it is only useful for some businesses such as retail businesses, or businesses that can use the information from a customer to see what they want to sell them. I would recommend using Intercom for businesses that need live chat but are not using it already.
Inconvénients
I am a marketing strategist, and my company is growing. I have come to realize that I need to engage with customers in an effective way to obtain leads and generate sales. I have tried many different marketing strategies in the past, but none have been as effective as LiveChat. I am able to create a LiveChat session with customers and obtain leads. I've had great results and I'm satisfied, I haven't had a problem. In general it works flawlessly.

We use Intercom as our chat software
This product make the process of dealing with people asking for info and help on line easy to handle. It is easy to forward application to the right professional in the organization and manage the FAQ. Great product
Avantages
The product is easy to implement and use. No need for trainings all users understand what is needed to be done in 15 minutes of explainations.
Inconvénients
The pricing model that makes us work in deleting contacts on a weekly basis. We usually interact with useres ones, they ask question and we answer. The pricing is based on number of users, so continuing paying for a user that we dont have any interaction with is waste of money. So every week we delete the contacts just for paying less.

It is not good at all
The overall experience with the software is neither good nor bad, it is simply an app that could be improved and has a lot of potential, but until this happens, the application will remain obsolete.
Avantages
the only good feature we have found in the software in general is that it integrates multiple applications and allows you to answer messages from multiple platforms by integrating them into one.
Inconvénients
The software remains down and it is very difficult to access the platforms, and although the network connection works, the platform does not work at one hundred percent, it is always presenting system failures.

Intercom definitely improved over the years.
Our experience with Intercom has been great so far and we will continue to use the platform in the future
Avantages
We use Intercom inside our Medical application to assist our customers with their queries. What started as just a customer service app for us turned out to be a lead nurturing tool. The functionalities are great and the updates Intercom team brings out if also nice.
Inconvénients
One of the things, I dislike about Intercom is the lack of proper reporting, however there is a work around with Zapier but having to use Zapier for everything is a task.

The best tool for big teams and projects to work on communication with clients!
I have used intercom and it's analytics tool with several projects I worked with and we needed tools to work with call tracking and all the statistics. Intercom did a great job for us due to its numerous features.
Avantages
Intercom has all you need. Telephony, Chat, integrations, mails, analytics. It is so huge that some teams might just not need all of it and just want a 10% of all the features.
It is a plus, but I would not suggest the tool for small teams, startups and starter projects.
However, if you are a big team, project with many orders and traffic, or you want to have as many features as possible - GO FOR IT! Intercom, would not disappoint.
Inconvénients
Intercom is huge. And it is a burden. I do really like such platforms as they allow to be quite flexible and never need another tool, however, for a small project or a startup, this tool might be just too big to handle and not worth it.

Avantages
Easy to implement easy to, easy to use among different users. No need for users training, two minutes discusstion and any user can use.
Inconvénients
Pricing model is not suitable for profie of one application for user. Need to delete applicants frequently or continue to pay for them even when they are not active.

There are some challenges with the platform's learning curve and pricing model, I have found that the benefits of Intercom more than justify any investment.

Takes a minute to get the hang of it
Avantages
The layout is very simple. There aren't a lot of menus to keep up with. The gif option when responding to users is pretty cool too.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the user information doesn't save, which makes it difficult to keep up with conversations from specific users. It would be nice to link conversations for vross referencing.

We use it in our sales team, we use to chat with our customers with Intercom on first place. We are happy that we chose this tool over others.
Avantages
Its Engage Module ( automated emails ) feature is an amazing feature. Please do try it.
All the queries related to the customer stays at one place, you can get the entire case details easily while chatting with customer

More users you have, the more price you need to pay.

It's a decent live chat software, there is more than enough information about customer presented in chat window such as user's mail, phone number, user id, when the user was first and last seen and even his total bet amounts and first placed bet date in single chat window!
Inconvénients
The settings are somehow complicated, for example finding chat history is not as much easy as it may seem :) The design also could have been more elaborated as it is simple looking and the white background is not pleasant for eyes .

Intercom chat functionality was good. Pretty simple to use and a fairly intuitive user interface to use.
Inconvénients
Didn't like the lack of functionality. This is a bare bones chat app and is targeted for SMB. Not sure how much they cost

It's very easy to use for customer service and also has vary functional tools for planing the email which the company gets and answering them is also easy process , it has also funny tools for live chat , like emojis or GIFs . The design for this application is lovely .

I think they should fix some bugs which integration process has like the count of emails or online visitors.

The best and most comprehensive software to automate your business functions in this fast-paced world. It provides the most value for money and is far superior compared to the competitors.
Inconvénients
Some glitches are there in the internal side which restricts usage at times and also causes lead drop downs at times. These should be fixed.
