I would recommend ContractWorks
I view contractworks as a partner and just not a regular vendor. We had quarterly calls and they are very engaged with our site even though we do not have issues or bad blood. They proactively work with the my team to provide excellent support.
Avantages
It did not add increase time spent on management to the IT, and the other administrators/management users. From project initiation, to closure, and then to operations it was one of the smoothest projects we implemented. Very easy to use and understand as well so training was a breeze.
Inconvénients
I felt like this software created a foundation for us to go from a paper process to an electronic process. It created a centralized database for our contracts and we had to reorganize our processes for that. However, some users wanted the next level functions or automated processes. This would be nice but going from paper to electronic is already a big shift. It is great, but communicating to the stakeholders and users of what it can and what it cannot do is important.

Much better than last contract service
Avantages
Very simple and easy to sign contracts as they come in.

Solid Value
Avantages
Intuitive navigation and solid overall functionality. Very easy to implement.
Inconvénients
No real faults here. It might not be robust enough for a huge law department but it is great for us.
