Not really sure. I have to pay as a sub for my own subscription when a GC uses it and there is a ton of information on here that is never used that just jumbles everything up

The fact that I have to pay to use this software as a subcontractor when there are so many other software's that the GC pays for so we don't have to. Lot's of products far superior

Avantages

ACC's management tools have impressed me so far as an engineer working on the planning side. Schedule is created when starting a project and I can divide each member's tasks and allocate them to everyone. Then tracking can be done of each member's progress while monitoring the overall progress of the project. This was very useful for me to track cost of the project and compare the cost vs budget. Further its mobile access allows me to work remotely also.

Inconvénients

Since this is a subscription based software, it may be costly for small companies but we don't have that issue because we are benefitting way more than we spend. There are lots of tools to be learnt so it is time consuming.

Autodesk Construction è un programma progettato per qualsiasi tipologia di pubblico, dagli studenti ai lavoratori. Si tratta di un software che aiuta e semplifica un processo di costruzione. Ho personalmente usato tale programma in ambito universitario e mi ha notevolmente aiutato nel superamento dell’esame di disegno tecnico al calcolatore, offrendo strumenti avanzati per la gestione dei progetti e fornendo una vasta gamma di funzionalità.

Inconvénients

L’unico svantaggio sta nel fatto che bisogna avere un minimo di esperienza e studio per poter lavorare con Autodesk Construction. Infatti, per ottenere ottimi risultati è necessaria una buona esperienza degli utenti nell'utilizzo del software per la realizzazione di ciascun progetto.

Mas que todo es una crítica positiva ya que nos encontramos en un entorno globalizado, donde podemos realizar e involucrar los datos operacionales obtenidos en campo, construcción y/o ingeniería y ligarlos o unirlos en una nube llamada cloud, y desde ahí poder realizar la correcta gestión de proyecto, tanto como planos, documentarios, diseños.Te proporciona una gama de herramientas y software como Revit, Autodesk civil 3D, que son programas que te permiten realizar metrados de manera rápida, lo cual puede ser llevado a un presupuesto.Lo recomiendo totalmente

El costo de los programas, son caros; además se debería de autorelacionar con power bi y oracle cloud.ya que la programación de obras es sumamente importante sobre todo el schedule plan master

The ease of uploading sheets and files to communicate with field staff is great. The new calibration tool improved accuracy now that you can set the scale and not relay on the 2 pt configuration.

Inconvénients

The BIM viewing errors out often. Viewing document on a mobile device is great you can search pretty easy. On a computer its nots as convenient. Sometimes zooming in on prints takes a while to load or needs to be refreshed.

Il primo punto a favore è dovuto alla perfetta integrazione che aveva con altri programmi Autodesk, come AutoCAD e Revit. Grazie a questo ha agevolato la collaborazione e scambio di informazione tra i vari software. Le funzioni di analisi e di visualizzazione in 3D, permettono una visione più chiara e dettagliata di ciascun progetto, riducendo al minimo gli errori di progettazione.

Inconvénients

Piattaforma un po’ difficile da usare per chi non ha familiarità con i prodotti Autodesk. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto, ovviamente questo è dovuto alle molteplici funzioni che offre il software, anche se non tutte sono sfruttabili al massimo.

I worked more or less with Autodesk Construction Cloud for a year and what I liked the most about this tool was the perfect integration it had with other Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Revit, thanks to this it facilitated collaboration and the exchange of information between equipment. In addition, its 3D analysis and visualization function allowed us to have a clearer and more detailed vision of our projects, improving decision-making and thus minimizing errors during the design and construction stage.

Inconvénients

In a matter of negative points I have 2, the first is that the platform can be a bit complex to use, especially for those who are not familiar with Autodesk products, since I already had knowledge, it was not difficult for me to learn how to use it. And another point is that I consider that its cost is very high, of course the price is due to the fact that it has many functionalities, but not all of them are always needed, so we cannot exploit it 100%.

Using buildertrend currently as an "all in one" solution, ACC lacks the built in scheduling and purchasing aspects with other portions of the management suite outsourced to subsidiaries (take off, estimating, schedule). This makes it costly with multiple programs to manage. Web browser also lags on a mac with model viewing and the rest of the system is not built with the mac user in mind. Least favourite part is that it does not eliminate or reduce the amount of systems and bring it all in one but just bolts on and still requires the use of even excel, word, google drive, gmail, project etc.
