It was very easy to integrate with my Kartra account. I like that I can switch between the free and paid plan depending of my needs.

Inconvénients

I would like the platform to have more design templates for the Marketing feature, but since it's new I guess they will have more options later.

My company had to carry out the tracking of the final customer service and we used Sendgrid for a while and it answered very well, it has API with a rich documentation of information and I was quite satisfied

It's a bit tricky to use, but it worked. I can not let anyone perform the procedure without supervision.

It was pretty easy to set up and it helps a lot with our delivery. It's nice to be able to see what's bounced and what's still good.

I started with a free trial of 200 sends and then tried to send an email to a big list. I signed up for the paid account, but it was a pain to go back and sort out what addresses had received the email and which had not so I could send out again to the remainder of the list.

Customer support is not good, they take time to respond and that makes you fall behind in your campaigns. In addition, the service is cheap, but once you hire it you have to pay for several extra things.

You get 12.000 free emails to send each month, the API is easy to use with a well-built documentation that helps you get started very fast, if you still struggle to get started there is a phone chat and email support available 24/7.

Emails sent are not saved to make sure they were sent correctly, it's difficult to debug any issue..

I personally like Sendgrid's Interface, moreover Integration's are way too simple. The templates provided by Sendgrid are quite creative and I use them on a regular basis. Sendgrid assures to send your mails to inbox.

There is SDK available to implement send email functionality in C#. You can add file, pic and documemt to send email. You can send dynamic html and plan text to email. You can see email activity from send grid portal like email status, bounce emails, fail emails etc.. Portal UI is very clean and easy to understand. Thanks to sendgrid to provide me a lovely tool.

As we started to scale websites on our server, we started to see many issues with transactional emails bouncing. After a very quick and easy implementation with SendGrid, email issues are a thing of the past. It was dead simple to set up and now we can track all of the metrics for transactional emails being sent from our server! Such a lifesaver!

So far, there are absolutely no cons with this software. Email issues were something that was an extremely high priority for us to fix, and SendGrid was that solution and more!

Send via blocked shared IPs (bounces), bad support. We have a problem with a listbombing - they simole closed our account without any support or help. Very long answers on tickets (we are waiting for 24 hours for each answer). Finally don't recommend to use.

This service has excellent prices, I'm using the free version and I have 40000 free mail + 300 mail a day to use.
I'm using it to send emails with a small e-commerce and i think that I'm going to stick with the free version.

If you need to send a lot of emails, SendGrid is pretty good acting as the actual "engine" to get it done.

Just about any features found in current email marketing software are absent in SendGrid. They really missed the boat by not investing in the development of new features. Now they are so far behind that you pretty much have to use an integration with another actual dedicated email marketing platform. This is expensive and a hassle. The reason we use them is because they power our app messaging.

The Marketing Campaigns drag-and-drop editor is easy to learn and quick to navigate, once a campaign has been created for the first time it is very easy to duplicate and modify to suit your campaign. I love the reporting aspects of sendgrid! You can a/b test, check open rates, check links, all the information you would need to know. We recommend it to our clients as well!
