Having regrets and second guessing our decisions
People are pleasant, and as helpful as a lacking system can be.
Avantages
The sales pitch we received when trying to make the decision to move from Central Reach for an ABA EMR.
Inconvénients
Everything after the sales pitch was NOT as sold; we are being nickel and dimed to death by "add-ons" that should be standard. There is a huge lack of integrations for documentation, scheduling, and billing. When we talk with the set-up team, we are always told to "submit a ticket" or to submit a suggestion to be put into an indefinite dream-bucket that does nothing to solve our problems. Things that should be automated, like allowing a business to set "business hours" so that schedules cannot be clocked into at the wrong time are costing our team hours of hunting for things that your team claims are "common occurrences." We decided on WebABA because we use Fusion for our therapy practice and it seemed like a logical pairing. It has been everything but logical and we are disappointed at best.

Not thrilled
Not thrilled as I was expecting to be. The referral led us to believe this system was amazing. But our experience has not been amazing.
Avantages
the referral to webaba was great, the onboarding team was helpful
Inconvénients
Still not getting paid by funders and we have been unable to identify why. When we want to make a change we cannot do that in one place, we have to go to 3 different areas in WebABA to make a change. Addresses do not automatically populate across pages within a client's record - we have to type and retype everything which increases the risk of mistakes. We waste alot of time and money chasing issues with the settings.

BCBA, Behavior Analyst
Not great, I prefer other platforms, if it were my choice.
Avantages
The organization, when it does end up loading.
Inconvénients
How slow it is, does not match notes quickly. It is often down or not working as quickly as I need.

Highly recommended
Overall I like WebABA it’s a great system and very easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Avantages
I like how you can preset appointments and it auto matches with your notes.
Inconvénients
How easily it creates extra appointments.

Not that impressed
Unfortunately for WebABA I use Fusion also in our office and find it so easy to navigate. At this point I don't see any good comparison between the two programs and yet they are both from Therapy Brands. I am wondering why they don't have the same ease in use?
Avantages
So far I have not liked it much at all. Maybe that will change as I grow more familiar with it.
Inconvénients
I do insurance billing and there are so many steps involved! I have two browser windows open as I need to go back and forth between screens. Ugh!

Thank you for nothing.
I would not recommend this software to ABA startups. Terrible experience.
Avantages
Very hard to get someone to help you with your system. NO emails. NO call backs. Just a bunch of emails asking if the service ticket has been handled. Do better guys.
Inconvénients
I will be leaving to a better program. Nothing I can do to fix it.

I like webABA alot. It is easy to you and I usually never have issues with the site

Its very easy to navigate. I like how organized it is.

It does need its own mobile version that can help people that use their phone.

Good, but inaccessible when it counts
Overall, my experience with WebABA has been okay. Since I can't use the app, WebABA is inaccessible when I need it. Once I am logged on to a laptop or desktop, then the experience is a generally positive one.
Avantages
I like that WebABA makes scheduling easier.
Inconvénients
WebABA is difficult to access through the app, so it's not easily accessible when on the go traveling between clients.

Love this specific feature.
Overall, it’s a very positive experience.

I like that I can go back and edit an appointment without having to delete it. It’s my first time using web ABA and that’s a feature u really appreciate.
Inconvénients
I dislike that u have to unlink a linked note in order to edit, but again, the fact that I have the ability to edit at all definitely

Overall good product!
I liked it for the most part just wish I could have viewed it on iCal.
Avantages
I liked the different views in which I could look at my schedule (calendar, day, week, etc.).
Inconvénients
I wasn’t able to successfully integrate my schedule with the iCal app.

Review of WebABA
Overall it was average but coming from Central Reach, I do prefer that over WebABA.
Avantages
The calendar layout itself is nice, but nothing lack luster.
Inconvénients
The layout and chaotic look when I log in to simply look at my schedule and make updates to it. I don’t think as an RBT I should be allowed (without permission) to edit clients files and other things. The time it takes for it to sync with catalyst sometimes is too long in my opinion

User Friendly
So far pretty good, once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier to use!

It is user friendly and provides an easy format to use when reviewing and editing the schedule.
Inconvénients
some appointments that were added aren’t showing up for some clients, and having to delete and re add appointments for the staff to complete their notes.

Avantages
Admin shared that billing is easier. I am part of the clinical team.
Inconvénients
There are multiple glitches in the system that require appointments to be modified/ resaved multiple times prior to saving correctly. The system does not always save modified times from Catalyst appointments either to transfer over extended or shortened service times.

Awesome app!
Avantages
Making an appointment is really easy. The simplicity was pretty astronomical.
Inconvénients
When canceling or editing a appointment, I’ve had an issue of the appointment moving to an earlier date several times.

It has been overall good. It took a bit to get used to but once you do it’s very simple.
Avantages
I like the consistency of it and the easy to use interface.
Inconvénients
It does take a while to get used to. Using the calendar feature vs using the individual day feature is a bit annoying since some things work smoother on the agenda one.

WebABA Review
It was not difficult to use generally, but some changes could be made to simplify the experience
Avantages
I like the way that previous sessions are displayed on the screen, and that it automatically enters your regular clients.
Inconvénients
That you can't delete a session that you entered. I have written in a session twice by accident and couldn't delete one.
