Mixed Bag Experience
I like it, I like its integration of Catalyst, and it's been pretty easy to use. The downside of course is IF it it working fully and how long it'll take to address the issue.
Avantages
The support team that helped me set up WebABA was top notch. [sensitive content hidden] saved my professional life, honestly. It's pretty easy to set up schedules, creating client profiles, submitting claims, etc.
Inconvénients
The con is that I encounter issues from not being able to view ERAs to WebABA code replacing letters in Auth #s with ?s (which results in claim rejection from the clearing house) to numerous bugs with different browsers. There has always been a workaround, but that is not convenient. Support for this can often be slow as well.

Please give us option to set a color for the client and not the therapists
I like it better than any other data collection site I've used in the past but it does have room to improve.
Avantages
I enjoy that the schedule is so seamless, it's easy to navigate, and it links to the notes. I also enjoy the reports it generates as well.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a way to make the clients a specific color rather than the therapists. It would visually be way easier to track a client's appointments to ensure there is coverage for the full day. But unfortunately, the therapists are all a different color, so it doesn't help for that reason.

Overall a Good System
Overal it was good, but we did have a lot of issues.
Avantages
I liked the overall layout of the site, and the chat/help available when needed. Matching notes was easy.
Inconvénients
We had lots of glitches with the calendar when things would disappear, or just continuously load. Really wish there as an app, or would be cool if Catalyst and WebABA could be one system.

Co-director of Applied Behavior Analysis
We have found our transition to WebABA to have barriers that hinder efficiency. Thankfully our team has found ways to work through the barriers. We are grateful to the tech team who have helped us on many occasions. We hope to see improvements in the system as our department grows.
Avantages
We appreciate the easy view of schedules. We like that we can store demographic information for staff and patients. We like that notes match from Catalyst.
Inconvénients
There are several tech issues that are time consuming to edit. There are automatic changes that occur that are of concern to billing accuracy within Catalyst note matching. In addition, when canceling sessions the system requires 3-4 steps to cancel therefore, we must take extra time do to this. We cannot see who canceled the session when looking at the schedule unless an additional note is added. We cannot see scheduled and kept weekly hours on the schedule view screen (highly requested by our admin team) and we find there to be error when modifying appointment (specifically Tricare). This requires us to cancel appointments instead of modifying.

I don't know what this means?
Not that great, wish we had gone with Aloha. The training for module one should provide more details and takes the longest and our trainer flew through it too quickly.
Avantages
I like the organization of the homepage and the easy access to clients and staff. I also like the documentation filling. I also like the A&R reports it provides.
Inconvénients
The billing section is hard to set-up and I feel we still don't have it set-up correctly for supervision. My office manage sent in a ticket for this and we still haven't received a reply.

Having regrets and second guessing our decisions
People are pleasant, and as helpful as a lacking system can be.
Avantages
The sales pitch we received when trying to make the decision to move from Central Reach for an ABA EMR.
Inconvénients
Everything after the sales pitch was NOT as sold; we are being nickel and dimed to death by "add-ons" that should be standard. There is a huge lack of integrations for documentation, scheduling, and billing. When we talk with the set-up team, we are always told to "submit a ticket" or to submit a suggestion to be put into an indefinite dream-bucket that does nothing to solve our problems. Things that should be automated, like allowing a business to set "business hours" so that schedules cannot be clocked into at the wrong time are costing our team hours of hunting for things that your team claims are "common occurrences." We decided on WebABA because we use Fusion for our therapy practice and it seemed like a logical pairing. It has been everything but logical and we are disappointed at best.

Not thrilled
Not thrilled as I was expecting to be. The referral led us to believe this system was amazing. But our experience has not been amazing.
Avantages
the referral to webaba was great, the onboarding team was helpful
Inconvénients
Still not getting paid by funders and we have been unable to identify why. When we want to make a change we cannot do that in one place, we have to go to 3 different areas in WebABA to make a change. Addresses do not automatically populate across pages within a client's record - we have to type and retype everything which increases the risk of mistakes. We waste alot of time and money chasing issues with the settings.

pros and cons
it was a nightmare trying to get things set up correctly and to start receiving remittance through insurance companies. we were told that the claims were stuck in the clearinghouse and no one could identify how to resolve the issue
Avantages
not a lot - I will say the platform is always available and the site does not go down so that's a pro. The system to work with however is not great.

it took almost a full year to receive remittance through WebABA

Syncing with Catalyst at best is a work in progress
The syncing from Catalyst is weak at best. I find it slow to move between screens like the cloud backbone of the program is uninspiring. I can wait 15 - 30 seconds ( or more) when it should just load quickly. This is on a fiber connection with 1 GIG download speeds.
Avantages
I like that when it works it can be a tool to print important billing reports
Inconvénients
Under Catalyst notes, there should be an option to create multiple appointments from Catalyst notes. You should be able to assign default options (like 97153) and then select the notes you can create under those perameters. This would save us many hours creating manual appointments 1 by 1

Not The Best
Overall, this product was not for us. Perhaps if the customer service was better, we would have been happier. Overall there seems to be a lot of turnover, and a lot of miscommunication within this company.
Avantages
The interface is user-friendly. It has a lot of important tools designed for ABA services.
Inconvénients
There are many glitches with this product. The company does not do a good job of providing training to new clients.

Overall, WebABA has been more preferred than some other systems I have used, but there are kinks that need to be worked out, specifically with note matching.

it shows appointments in block format and able to receive notifications of schedule changes
Inconvénients
It is difficult to swiftly move appointments up or down at even intervals, it freezes on the internet view when viewing on a mobile device, and same changes will not save.

Overall I like WebABA it’s a great system and very easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Not that impressed
Unfortunately for WebABA I use Fusion also in our office and find it so easy to navigate. At this point I don't see any good comparison between the two programs and yet they are both from Therapy Brands. I am wondering why they don't have the same ease in use?
Avantages
So far I have not liked it much at all. Maybe that will change as I grow more familiar with it.
Inconvénients
I do insurance billing and there are so many steps involved! I have two browser windows open as I need to go back and forth between screens. Ugh!

Satisfied User
It has done very well with meeting the needs of my company

Avantages
Very hard to get someone to help you with your system. NO emails. NO call backs. Just a bunch of emails asking if the service ticket has been handled. Do better guys.
