Quickbooks
Depuis mon utilisation de quick books je n'ai plus de problèmes pour les relances clients, le logiciel me signal quand mes créances sont arrivées à échéances
Avantages
Cette application es t facile à configurer et à prendre en main, le suivie des factures est excellent. Cette application est idéale pour les PME et les entrepreneurs.
Inconvénients
la synchroniser du compte de banque avec quickbook n'est pas fiable. Toutes les données sont invalides ou presque. Ce logiciel n'est pas faite pour une entreprise qui au flux comptable dense.

Ne convient pas à la réalité des petits OBNL
Avantages
Facilité de navigation et d'intégration des sources bancaires.
Inconvénients
Il ne convient pas à la réalité des petits OBNL avec des entrées ponctuelles. Un OBNL comme le nôtre n'ayant qu'un petit budget annuel, ne peut se permettre de dépasser un montant aussi élevé. J'ai bien tenté de leur demander un rabais, sans réponse positive. Mous pensons à transférer vers une alternative pour notre prochaine année fiscale.

Quickbooks Online is a Driving Force
My overall experience with Quickbooks Online has been extremely positive. I was very nervous when first switching from a desktop version to the online version but now that I have, I don't think I could switch back. I often compare the two to driving a manual vs. automatic car. Quickbooks Online sets things up to be very easy, intuitive and fast where the desktop version seemed to need much more set up and need more knowledge of bookkeeping to enter different tasks in correctly. QBO explains many of the options right in the entry spaces so you understand what everything is right away.
Avantages
The thing I like most about Quickbooks Online is the ease in navigating the tools I need. It is very intuitive and I can figure out what I need to do with very little help, which makes getting my actual work done faster. Another favorite feature is being able to export my lists and searches to other programs such as Excel. And the transaction search is a life-saver.
Inconvénients
The thing I like least about Quickbooks Online is a necessary evil, unfortunately...the updates. I get in my routine and rhythm when entering information in the system, but I find that a lot of the updates, which I know are necessary for an ever changing technology, tend to add steps to my process and can slow me down and take time to get used to. Many of the updates, in my opinion, are fairly useless and seems like they are updating things just to say they updated it at a designated time.

Best I've found but not as good as desktop
I've tried several online accounting software packages. This is the best, but still is lacking in tracking employee costs to projects.
Avantages
Quickbooks is the most used small business accounting software. There are a lot of tips online.
Inconvénients
It is not Quickbooks Desktop. Moving from desktop to online was like moving to a new company. As a bookkeeper, I have less access to manipulate the data.

Very strong "good" position
Starting from 2022 as a second user in the company I now can be the only one user since I have access to almost everything that I need for keeping small company on waves. Almost all the question about how to find user-friendly options can be found just online or from QuickBooks support forum.
Avantages
Having different type of statements and reports, especially the customized one, that can be created via QB.
Inconvénients
The process of inactivation after 15-30 minutes without activity.

Quickbooks is automated and easy
I really have enjoyed using Quickbooks Online to do our accounting tasks in a simplified manner, during our time using it and as a real estate organization, it's difficult to keep track of every expense, but with Quickbooks it has been easy to keep an eye on everything and have good analytics and reports about our performance and our income. The tools offered by Quickbooks are so intuitive and allows us to grow financially thanks to its automated features that cut a lot of the time and energy that we can spend finding more clients and engaging with them.
Avantages
Quickbooks Online is an easy-to-use platform that changes the way our finances are done. I specially like the way everything is simplified from the desktop version (which if you have already used, this one will be very easy to get used to), and having one single place to organize all of our bills and pay them right on the website is so beneficial to us because we don't have to go through other applications to do so, just by allowing Quickbooks to make this process for us we already save so much time.
Another favorite feature of mine is the option to manage all our taxes inside the platform and we have been able to contact their customer support when we have any question about our taxes, which is amazing. Additionally, I love that it has so many integrations with different apps that just make everything more convenient to use because it allows us to complete our tasks efficiently and the synchronization of data goes smoothly.
Inconvénients
I wish it was more cost efficient, despite all the amazing features that it includes in its variety of plans, the price is still quite high and not customizable to what we actually need, I wish they added more customization features to the pricing plans so that it can be adjusted accordinly to our budget. Aside from that, sometimes there are issues loading the data when you first open the platform, this has happened quite often and it is something that bothers me but it's still a great program.

A giant leap forward for Quickbooks
Back when I was young my programmer boyfriend gave me a Quickbooks disc for my computer. Now I was strait As in accounting in school but I couldn't figure the darned thing out! I gave up! So I was skeptical when Quickbooks online came out. I reluctantly tried it and boy have they come a long way! Much more user-friendly than back in the 1990s!! Night and day!!
Avantages
I love being able to see where my companies are at a glance! I can see what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong in seconds!
Inconvénients
For some reason, the link between Paypal and Quickbooks keeps glitching out thus making a mess of transactions going through Paypal.

Good for those who have several accounting clients.
My experience is pretty good as I use it for about 40 clients. It is better priced that other accounting systems, but the have price increases often. I do not like that they attempt to offer their accounting services to my accounting clients.

I love the convenience. I can work from anywhere in the world.

The system is a little expense and glitchy a times.

Good Value accounting software online
I like the Real-time access: You can access your financial data from any device with an internet connection.
Helpful support: QuickBooks offers reliable customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. I often able to get my problem sloved immediately with the customer support team

Intuitive interface: The software is designed to be user-friendly, even for those without extensive accounting knowledge. Quick setup: It's relatively easy to set up and start using, saving time and effort.

Unable to sync with my bank and shopify account unsync every few month and I have to resync it again

Why is QB becoming so expensive? I originally chose QB because of loyalty to Intuit. I tried for a while but trying to get my finances in order after so long of commingling my business and personal accounts became too much. When I decided to try it again recently, now I am far priced out as a small business and as far as I know, the services are the same. I found the price hike highly disappointing. It was a good time to find out Clio began offering accounting for attorneys

I liked that it integrates with Clio as well as the other intuit product line; the interface is fairly navigable, but i am unsure the pros outweigh certain drawbacks
Inconvénients
QB was fine, a bit hard to understand for a non-accountant; but I guess that could be because i never made use of their expert help and insisted on onboarding myself totally manually as a new businessperson

QBO is an efficient program. I do recommend it to clients and works well for simple companies.

QuickBooks on Impact!
My overall experience with QuickBooks Online was positive. It’s an intuitive and efficient platform that streamlined many bookkeeping tasks, from invoicing to bank reconciliations. The automated features, like recurring transactions and direct bank feeds, saved time and reduced the risk of errors. While there were occasional limitations, like slower speeds during peak times and some restricted advanced features, QuickBooks Online was an effective tool that met most of our business needs and improved our overall financial management.

As a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, what I liked most about QuickBooks Online was its user-friendly interface and cloud accessibility. User Friendly no matter your level of experience
Great. I use and train other accounting and ownership how to use and view things daily.
Avantages
Ease of use, availability of reporting, multiuser capacity, multi company capacity, integrations available, 1099 and payroll availability, organization of vendors, customers, COA etc.
Inconvénients
Some of the automation in the COA and not being able to choose the accounts that some integrations process through.
