Everything I loved to see in a report builder can be seen in Zohoreports at a minimal price
Avantages
Today reporting has become one of the important factors as well as an important aspect of the company which affects its ratings. We often talk about various top reporting tools, but we fail to recognize the best ones, Zoho Reports is considered as one of them. One of the reasons why I choose it the most because Zoho Reports integrates seamlessly. It can report in a variety of ways such as charts, graphs, etc. and built with a lot of features like report sharing, mail scheduling which seems to be extremely useful. It is very easy to implement and can create a relational database with ease. When it comes to CRM, it is one of the tools which offers the best customer service. You know what is interesting, it offers complete online reporting and especially Business Intelligence service which can be accessible anytime and anywhere.
Inconvénients
Although Zoho Reports is the extremely useful app it has some negative aspects also. If you want to use it to the fullest, you must go through the high learning curve. Sometimes, the importer gets unsteady and on the other hand, sometimes you need to generate more and more info to work on some reports. For using slabs, its number of users is limited. It has problems regarding consolidating different entities as well as the implementation of SQL is also not proper. Even its modelled data set is not very helpful as it doesn’t extract 100%. It shows some problems in creating complicated reports. If you ask about API, it’s not good yet!! Some of the problems regarding loading of tables and reports should also be kept in mind!!!!

Avantages
These guys offer great tools at great pricess. Zoho reports is no different.
1. integrates with all your apps.
2. Beautiful visual charts
3. Couldn't be easier to generate reports
Inconvénients
No cons what so ever. They're ahead of the curve as far as when they need to integrate with popular apps.

Data Is Great If Actionable
Great for presentations and providing customers with info.
Avantages
The aesthetics and visualizations that this software provides are incredible. Much better than some other products on the market.
Inconvénients
If you cannot action your data, then it just becomes fancy graphs and charts that are cool to present, but offer little in the end.

Perfect for small business
Avantages
Report Automation feature is very cool, you don't require too much of BI know-how to use, great visualization great tool for small and medium-sized biz owners
Inconvénients
Not as intuitive as other players in the BI market, automated reports may become set as default, thereby limiting users ability to drill down

Affordable option for manipulating data/reports, very quick and seamless setup and integrates into Zendesk quite easily.
Inconvénients
Hard to use interface, Support team is helpful but it takes a few attempts in outreach before they are responsive

Pretty good experience once I got it up and connected to Projects
Avantages
It connects directly to Project which is the main use case we have for it. We use Project to manage all of our on-going projects and to track customer support issues
Inconvénients
The n-line help could be better. Not the easiest feature to find and the content is bare minimum depending on the topic.

ZOHO REPORTS
Whatever data you have loaded into the zoho system is right at your disposal. The reports have always been functional.
Avantages
Zoho Reports is great! You can pull any data needed and manipulate the reports to your liking. The criteria is easy enough to follow along with and the report is generated in seconds.
Inconvénients
There really isn't anything I dislike about the reporting app. It has proven itself to work well in my encounters.
