Je peux enfin comprendre toutes ces données collectées par mon entreprise ! Zoho Analytics est clair et m'aide à voir ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas.

Inconvénients

Bien que Zoho soit idéal pour visualiser des données, explorer les détails peut s'avérer compliqué. Cela ne me dérangerait pas de trouver des moyens plus simples d'analyser des points de données spécifiques.

C'est un logiciel très simple à utiliser malgré de nombreuses fonctionnalités. C'est très facile à comprendre et à analyser. Il y a peu de bugs

a. Auto fetch of data, after setting up just once
b. Huge count of connectors, including from say an excel file on Google Drive, from complex to most basic ones, and its missed in most
c. Aggregate functions and formulas give lots of power in projections, comparisons and does away with manually adding it every time, so it kind of stays in the report

Inconvénients

So far nothing!!

Infact everytime, missed a feature, wrote to support, only to realise it already exists!

It easily has all the features of much bigger BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, but for a fraction of the cost. The embedded reports, in particular, are very helpful. We've used these to integrate data into our workspaces to have access to real-tme data without having to check manually.

Inconvénients

We run into issues with data connections every now and then, where charts stop working because of a minor change with one of the sources, and we have to then fix it manually. It'd be good if there were auto-fixes for these as they're very straightforward issues most of the time.

I think that before acquiring this application within any organization should take into account the number of users who will make use of it, the volumes of data that will be subject to analysis, this because the subscription of the same defines many of the characteristics of use of the tool, this is in order to avoid a wrong acquisition of the product which does not suit the technical needs of the company; of course, once acquired and implemented the product offers many benefits that ensures accurate decision making based on the data displayed.

I see Zoho Analytics as a complete data visualization and reporting solution. Is easy to setup and adding multiple sources is very easy and fast. For all features provided the price is very good.
