I appreciate how simple it is to keep track of invoices and receipts

Divvy is a unique tool that provides an all-in-one solution for your needs. In addition to issuing the card, they also handle all of the associated expenses. All of our expenses are now coded in Accounting so that our field workers can simply submit receipts and a business reason and move on.

Avantages

Because it is so user-friendly, this program has completely changed the way we track our expenditures and enter our data. Because each employee may now input their receipts, it has saved our accounting department many hours of labor each month. Divvy is a fantastic service. It's simple to pick up. I was worried I'd be disoriented, but a quick scan of the area turns up everything I need.

Inconvénients

ACH transactions are taking too long to process. We'd want to be able to send PayPal monies straight to Divvy for payments. It is not possible to map QBO tags for transactional line items at this time. Improvements are constantly needed, just as with any other piece of software. Divvy is always striving to improve the procedure.

BSE is up to great things!

I think BSE is a great efficiency tool. Coupled with it's low price of FREE-99, it offers great control over expenses in a real time capacity.

Avantages

I love the transparency and opportunity to have a real time look into your company's spending and the ability to code and sync directly into QuickBooks.

Inconvénients

The least robust features are reimbursements and account mappings. It is frustrating to take many steps to unmap and map custom fields. Make it in the same place at least.

Great Product, Feedback does not make it to the decision makers.

super fast close process, easy for employees to use.

Avantages

ease of use, ability to assign funds fast and instantly (on the road even on my app). 100% card integration

Inconvénients

approval workflows aren't greatno ability to send push notifications for "needs approval" why on earth is that not fixed?automated push notification on phone should be every 48 - 72 hours. (concur does this).once a week emails are spotty (dont actually send) and most of my managers have no idea they have something to approve. 1st round with production implementation specialist was lazy, non-responsive, "Goal of 24 hour response time" was a pathetic goal and was more like 2-3-4 days. by that time the context of the email was misunderstood and issues had to be repeated, repeated, repeated, new customer manager seems a lot better and Salesman Michael Gleason was always great.

BILL is awesome.

Very well put together and easy to use for a person with little knowledge.

Avantages

Ability to switch compatable accounts, at ease.

Inconvénients

Haven't came across any yet, the program is eqsy to use.

The perfect solution to simplify and control your business expenses

My overall experience has been tremendously positive. Since the moment I joined this platform, I have felt a great relief when it comes to managing business expenses. The combination of my credit card and the intuitive software has greatly simplified the entire process.

Avantages

What I liked the most about this application is the ease and convenience it offers when it comes to managing business expenses. Using his credit card and intuitive software, he was able to automate the entire process of expense reporting, budgeting, and reimbursement. I no longer have to deal with mountains of receipts and endless spreadsheets, now everything is automatically recorded and organized.

Inconvénients

Although in general I loved the experience with this platform, there is one aspect that could be improved. Sometimes I have experienced some technical difficulties with the software, such as platform errors or delays in loading information. Although these problems are not frequent and the support team has always been attentive and quick to solve any problem.

Easy to use expense management tool

Tool was relatively easy to set up and continues to be better than the other tool we have used.

Avantages

Integrated credit card management and the ability to have virtual credit cards.

Inconvénients

Being able to email/forward an email receipt is very handy, however it doesn't always work. Sometimes I do receive back to back messages, one saying it was rejected followed by one that says it was accepted.

So easy to organize

Avantages

Very aesthetically pleasing, very user-friendly. I’ve helped implement Divvy within small companies of young people and large corporations with people significantly older; easy to use, easy to put together.

Inconvénients

If you miss a payment…you’re on a rough road to get deactivated

Divvy changed the way we do business!

Avantages

Divvy gave us the ability to allow employees to pay for expenses with company funds as opposed to having to use their own funds and wait to be reimbursed.
Divvy gives us the ability to manage requests "on the go".
Divvy integrates with Quickbooks which is super helpful.
Divvy rewards program fits our organization much better than previous rewards programs. It allows for multiple options and depending on what we have going on at the time, we utilize the various options given. Sometimes we take a statement credit, other times we use it for unexpected travel and yet sometimes, we find it most advantageous to receive a check that we can use for things like purchasing equipment that is needed we didn't budget for in a particular fiscal year.

Inconvénients

It still has some quirks that need worked out. From what we understand, it is a fairly new software. When syncing with Quickbooks, it doesn't always seem to work correctly. We have had instances where receipts disappeared that were uploaded to the mobile app. It isn't quite as intuitive as other software in our opinion. The user interface could be improved. When you go back in to update a transaction after it has been synced, you have to remember to resync it. The problem with this is that there is nothing that prompts you to do so.
Overall though, we would still recommend this software.

Great for small business

Overall, Divvy is very helpful. Their customer service reps are always very pleasant. My complaints are about the way the website and app function.

Avantages

Divvy is great for tracking expenses and allows for employees to have their own card for purchases.

Inconvénients

The worst part of Divvy is the approval process. It's not user friendly and doesn't make much sense. It can be a nightmare for companies that are audited.

Exactly what you need to manage expenses

I have been very happy with Divvy. The customer service, the simplicity of the system, the ability to budget are all been what we needed in an expense company credit card system.

Avantages

It allows the creation of budgets. We can create budgets and give anyone access to a budget or not. Giving us the flexibility to give everyone a card and issuing funds on an as needed basis. Divvy also is constantly looking for ways to improve the product and make it better, for instance the dashboard of how many transactions need to be approved or completed.

Inconvénients

It is hard to think of any, one thing I would like the ability to do would be to drag an email into the receipt box as a number of receipts are not attachments or pdfs. Watch they will upgrade the system to do this in the next release.I did think of one...card holders sometimes have been denied transactions when they have funds on their cards and or budgets. This has been very inconvenient for those traveling.

Upgraded Our Expense Management Process!

We spend less time printing, scanning, typing, and re-typing for our expenses since beginning to use Divvy. It's a net positive.

Avantages

App is very easy to use - almost no instruction needed - intuitive!

Inconvénients

Lack of integration of reimbursements - expenses not charged to the card - with our accounting software makes the last 10-15% of our transactions more difficult than before.

Divvy is an excellent overall package!

It's great to have a business line of credit available; really helped with my cashflow and having a card to give to others over which I have such a large amount of control is fantastic.

Avantages

I really like being able to upload receipts via the phone and being able to forward on email receipts because it helps me not forget!

Inconvénients

Some of the internal menus and the incentive interface are sluggish and unhelpful. Having a year lag on rewards is also poor. Finally, I would appreciate more accountability on how credit decisions are reached. Particularly after ledgers and statement of accounts have been given.

Great program, simplifies expense tracking!

even though its a newer company, we love Divvy. Their customer service and support teams always do their best to make it a comfortable process for all users.

its newer so working out bugs still. I don't really think this is a big con, but its what I could think of

Value for Money and Easy to Use

Avantages

Easy to use, user friendly, save a ton of time and easy to mange the spends. Easily sync the transaction with accounting software, and speeds up reconciliation process. You can set limits, chose vendors. Can have access to receipts on the Go. Also rewards points is cherry on the top.

Inconvénients

Reimbursement process requires a lot of Improvement , especially for syncing the transaction with QBs

A Fantastic Expense Report Tool

Avantages

I love the automation it creates for all of our expense reports. I also love the ability to make changes to spending limits, or accounts directly on the website. Any other card, we would have to get on the phone with customer service to make these changes, which was headache and a waste of time.

I love the digital cards we can create for our online payments/ transactions.

Inconvénients

The recurring vs one-time limits were hard to get used to. This has improved over the last couple of years though.

Great credit card platform

I am the credit card admin for the company I work for and we love using Divvy. It has made keeping up with CC transactions and receipts so easy. The ability to allocate funds to individual budgets and card holders has made it easy to control how much everyone can spend. Reconciling CC transactions to your other financial platforms is also a snap.

Receipt capture, spend is immediately available, virtual cards

Inconvénients

The rewards has a requirement to spend 30% of available limit to receive the reward. This could be done away with. Also the rewards should have more value if using as a statement credit or cash back.

Divvy Experience

Avantages

We moved to the Divvy Credit Card system to allow for company spending without the employees funding the company from their own pockets and waiting for reimbursement. Since switching, we have the flexibility to control spending, set budgets, reconcile with transactions syncing direct to our financial software, and holding employees fiscally responsible for their spending. This system has been great for finance, managers, and employees.

Inconvénients

We have had issues with integration into our financial system. It frequently disconnects. Also, employees with multiple budgets have been an issue when they complete transactions.

Glad We Moved to Divvy

Avantages

As a small non-profit we were struggling to manage our credit card receipt system. Divvy was mentioned as something she had heard about from a Facebook group and it has been very helpful. Receipt process saves time and Divvy helped our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] create a process for importing to our accounting software (Aplos).

Inconvénients

The "budgets" feature is confusing for my team. The budget in the card doesn't match their real budget for their department and often they need to spend outside of their own budget. Rather have the term be credit limit than budget.

Great expense management tool

Divvy has changed our expense management process and allowed us to have visibability into our spending. We went from capturing about 10% of expenses to over 90%.

Avantages

Divvy is easy to use, implement and for employees to access. It is less expensive and offers great points for a company to get money back. Customer service chat is wonderful and easy to access. Reports are easy to run.

Inconvénients

I would like to see a way to route expenses to managers for approval.

Avantages

Overall, I enjoy the ease of use of the software. It's very easy to onboard new users, manage the cards, in addition to the access to virtual cards, and allocate budgets across the company.

Inconvénients

Some of the functionality in the way you navigate the options can be confusing. I do hope they expand their platform and integrate or build out software to do more cost management analysis. I'm currently dumping the data into power BI to run analysis on our spend month over month.

Divvy makes my life easier.

Avantages

Setting up digital cards for specific vendors is so easy. So is cancelling them. We never have to worry about a vendor charging us after we have cancelled a service and if we ever have fraud on a card, it is easy to only update with one merchant instead of all of them.

Inconvénients

There are several features it is missing when it comes to syncing with QBO, but the account rep mentioned they are working on rolling out several of my biggest conerns.

Take Back Control of your Company's Expenses

As a small organization, we had not rolled out corporate credit cards and were manually reimbursing business expenses. Divvy has allowed us to automate this process and has freed us up to focus on our business.

Avantages

The thing I like most about using Divvy is having immediate access to spending across our entire organization. I love being able to create budgets and allocate them to individual employees. It creates a level of transparency and visibility that is empowering to the entire company.

Inconvénients

They are still perfecting the user interface. There are a few quirks and inefficiencies but I have seen huge improvements over time.

New Divvy Recruit

Avantages

The feature of the receipt having the ability to sync with the transaction into the accounting software is what sold us on the service. Integration on the other hand has been a bit of a challenge but we are working through it all.

Inconvénients

It creates accounts that are not needed! We need to able to change the vendor name so that it syncs wit the same vendor name in our accounting software.

It’s been good. There are some hiccups where it is not accepted which is annoying.

Avantages

The expenses are pre coded when you download so it can be easily uploaded into our ERP system

Inconvénients

The lack of administrations levels is not enough for a large organization.

Best screen splitter for Mac, so far

When I started working with a double monitor setup, I felt the need of some solution to somehow split my screens and create specific sized working areas dedicated to most used apps, in order to keep them always visible (Email client, A/V conferencing and chat system, office and business apps, and a virtual remote desktop). Divvy allows to take advantage of all your available space among multiple monitors in a simple and intuitive way. When your desktop starts to be cluttered after some hours of work, Divvy helps to keep what matters always under control.

Avantages

Stable, easy to use, very convenient to efficiently work in multi monitor setup. Shortcut configuration makes windows resize very efficient.

Inconvénients

No noticeable downsides, so far. Maybe a little more pricey than the competitors, but still very affordable.
