Fantastic product Expensify
Overall it's amazing products to check the expenses and reimbursement of that from the authorities.
Avantages
We can easily track the record of expenses and find out particular person with whom those expenses are paid.Attachments are also very easily uploaded.
Inconvénients
Everything is amazing about product. One thing which i feel that is not good for product is anyone can see the expense on the portal u just need id and password.

DONT USE EXPENSIFY
Where do I even start? Expensify was a nightmare from start to end. From upgrading our subscription without notifying us and overcharging us behind our back, to never replying to my requests for help and our site specialist being consistently unreliable... and it gets worse. They wouldn't even let us CLOSE the account without going back and forth. There's also no phone support and Concierge is automated and deliberately sends back generic, frustrating messages that have NOTHING to do with what you are asking. Seriously, save yourself the headache and don't even try this platform unless you want annoying emails several times a month and charges with no explanation.
Avantages
Nothing- it was a nightmare to try and use. Don't use it if you can avoid it.

- they overcharged us multiple times
- the platform is designed to be confusing so they keep overcharging you for different features without telling you
- even closing the account is a nightmare

Scammers dishonest crooks
Horrible tripled price added service I do not use after a year as a client they screw you

Expensify my chaos
Overall it is a great fit for small businesses that use it to scan and save expenses while giving a good reporting tool so you can review your spend. I would recommend it for owner managers or small teams that also have a gestor or just to streamline your administrative accounting or bookkeeping experience. Oh and it integrates with other programs too.
Avantages
Ease of use and ability to finally organise my receipts in time for the gestor. I didn’t have to presort them as they are saved and retrievable digitally by category or date or supplier. I liked that I could just email a bunch of receipts off at the same time to Expensify and they would upload all the receipts later ready for me to check and categorise and of course it remembers categories so you can save on time doing that too.
Inconvénients
If anything the time to upload a receipt manually could be improved. I wasn’t sure if I had done it correctly or not the first few times I tried and it sort of felt a bit clunky. This was from my iPhone XR though so not sure if it’s a better experience on android.

Expensive review
Overall, we felt there were other product products similar to nature that were a better fit for our company

Quick Reimbursements
Overall, Expensify has made my reimbursements much easier. I can see each line item, and easy to make sure it is properly categorized.
Avantages
It makes it very easy to reimburse my staff for their expenses.
Inconvénients
It can be a bit complicated when trying to upload receipts, but once you figure it out you will be fine.

Great tool!

Avantages
Expensify makes it easy to manage my expenses within the company. It's very fast to use and super user friendly!
Inconvénients
The smart scanner is a great idea, but unfortunately the performance isn't as good as the idea. I take less time filling my reports myself than using the smart scanner

Expensify Review
Expensify is a great platform to use to handle expense reports for employees. It is user friendly and it is simple to upload receipts. I also really liked using the approval system since it was fast to review reports for employees. Payouts were also always accurate and on time, so people never missed their submitted reimbursements.
Avantages
Great functionality for creating and tracking expense reports. Easy to use, very user friendly.

Good Tool. Gone Woke
Loved this product until it went woke. I wish they would just process receipts rather than push agendas.
Avantages
We loved this tool. It worked so well for our nonprofit. It integrated well with credit cards and payments.
Inconvénients
Two things completely turned me off of Expensify. THey started integrating DEI into their marketing. I remember coming to the site and they had splashed all over the screen BLM material. I dont need their progressive ideals of BLM or pride shoved at me. Just process receipts.
The second thing that turned me off was that I was no longer able to connect with my primary banks.

Perfect Tool to track expenses
Expensify is the right tool if you want a simple yet effective tool to keep a trace of your expenses and receipts. It's very useful for professional and personal use.
Avantages
I've been using Expensify for many years now to keep track of my monthly expenses and get a full and proper report for our accountant. Expensify offers few but essential options, even with the free version. You upload receipts from your cellphone, get them scanned and their information automatically filled within Expensify. The reports are clear and complete. Overall, it does exactly what you would expect from such a tool.
Inconvénients
Some options are "hidden" and not easy to find in the first place, making the tool acting strangely. For example, last year, at some point, without doing anything on my part, my reports were automatically closed and sent to my manager before they were completed. I had to go and change the settings in a part of the options I've never used/seen before. After that, all was good though.

Terrible Implemention Experience
Terrible implementation experience: Expensify is not taking ownership of an incomplete implementation. Iam writing this poor review out of exasperation with their poor customer support.
Avantages
In evaluating this solution, we liked the demonstrated functionality, relatively low cost, and credit card offering.
Inconvénients
The implementation experience has been terrible. The approach is not well organized. Early on we had problems "whitelisting" the Expensify ACH codes which we quickly rectified on our end, but it took Expensify nearly 10 days to restore related services. Then for some reason the integration with Xero stopped working in late March and one month later is has not been resolved. The only human we can speak with is our implementation coordinator which is frustrating because this is clearly a technical issue. I have asked on multiple occasions to speak with someone who can solve this issue only to be told that there is no one else I can speak with. Unacceptable.

As a user, it's overall easy to use. Could be easier though.
Overall, it's decent. I like the app availability.

I like that I can see past receipts and expenses. I also like the app.
Inconvénients
There do seem to be some areas that require too many steps, in my opinion. For example, if I wanted to mark down that there were others at the dinner table, there are several extra steps that you need to go through.

Deceptive pricing model & terrible customer service
It was fine until I tried downgrading my account and then it became a nightmare.
Avantages
System was somewhat easy to use. The receipt scanning feature was also pretty cool.
Inconvénients
I have been a paying customer of Expensify since 2019, but I stopped using it in December 2021 to move to a solution that worked better for my company. I kept one seat open for over 18 months because I thought I needed to do that to maintain the data. Once I found out it was possible to go to a free account without losing my data, I went to go and process the downgrade. I was shocked to find that they charge an additional monthly fee no matter what time of the month you downgrade the account! In my case, I downgraded the day after I was billed. No proration, and later found out that there was no refund - despite their "Concierge" giving me instructions on how to process a refund - only to find out I wasn't actually eligible... but they still wouldn't make it right. Their "Concierge" has no accountability - you can't get in touch with leadership. They just don't care anymore.

Avantages
Easy to use web based interface for uploading receipts and capturing expenses, clear d easy to follow reminders via email, ability to forward emailed receipts into expensify for automaticall uploading
Inconvénients
Smart receipts took some time to process and usually it ended up being better to just doit manually, there wasn't the ability like there is with some others (that I now like better) to automatically set a lot of the categories, nor to assign out virtual credit cards to members of my team. I also understand it was more expensive than the option our company has since switched to.

I just love that I can scan a receipt or upload a photo and have my expenses signed off before a work trip is even complete.

Expensify is great
Really positive experience and will definitely be using the product for the foreseeable future.

I liked how easy this system was to deploy. Our team was using it fairly flawlessly within about a week of adoption and that was a big win for us.
Inconvénients
Expensify works in all the ways that I want it to. I wish the system would send email reminders for people to review their spending because that would help us stay on top of it
