Mostly I liked task creation which is very simple. and from a single platform, you can talk with clients as well as can do personal chats with clients from it.

the search function can sometimes be a bit limited, making it difficult to locate specific tasks or discussions within a project. Additionally, while the communication tools are generally excellent, I have encountered occasional glitches with notifications not being received or messages not being fast enough.

I love that Basecamp does not have a steep learning curve. It's wonderful for non technical team and also to invite clients who are not techies to see the progress.

Inconvénients

I am sad that Basecamp does not have advanced GANTT or roadmaps that can pick tasks from multiple projects. There is no overview or dashboard to see everything that's happening. I need to go inside each project to see the progress.

One thing that's really nice about Basecamp is that the monthly price is the same no matter how many usersthe account will need. This means it's much more affordable especially for larger teams or companies. There's also a version of Basecamp that can be used for free, incase you'd like to try it out first.Setting up Basecamp was almost effortless. The Ul is so intuitive and helpful. Integrating Basecamp with other services is supported and may be done quickly without a complicated setup. Guest accounts are available and they add flexibility. Basecamp keeps all team members updated on events, deadlines, announcements, approvals, etc. Teams can manage projects, tasks, and ideas in one platform.It's looking to be the best collaboration app I've had.

Inconvénients

I'm disappointed to see that time tracking and Gantt charts were not included, however I still think we're thriving with Basecamp. I'd also like to be able to leave our team communication app behind and only use Basecamp.

Basecamp is a very easy to use application, what I like most is that you can do different projects separately and therefore, tracking projects does not take as much time. Another thing I like about Basecamp is that it can be used on your cell phone or laptop and that it can be combined with Google Calendar, for example.

The main disadvantage for me is that the free version is very limited to the number of projects that could be carried out in it.

The most important and useful feature of Basecamp is it's task management and scheduling. It is so easy to be updated with the latest tasks and deadlines while using basecamp at our office. Everyone knows what tasks they have to do and when they have to finish without anybody reminding them. This has helped our office staffs a lot as they can stay updated at their home as well. The communication feature of Basecamp is also very useful as we can make announcements and it has a notice board system. Our collogues can respond to the announcements as well which is very useful for communicating.

All the features basecamp offers are great and very useful in our office life. There are features to have a direct chat with someone or have a group chat, but still I would like to call with my collogues because I find it easier for me to communicate. Hence, a audio call feature would be a game changer.
