Adding a new hire and assigning them a signature was a piece of cake!

Inconvénients

There are serverside and client-side deployment options and this can be confusing to explain to a nontechnical individual who has a hybrid environment.

Avantages

The simplicity of the product is the best. Setting it up in Microsoft 365 is very easy and allows us to manage everyone's signature without making the small changes on everyone's machine individually.

Inconvénients

The editor is completely usable and it works, however, it is a little bit clunky and can sometimes be a little bit buggy.

Avantages

Does what it's supposed to do, we deployed signatures for various customers with relative ease.I like having the option for the add-in, update agent or server side or even deploying a combination to statisfy the customer.

As of late we're having issues with formatting the text.When changing text to a different font or colour it keeps changing back to the default for example.When formatting the text in Word and then pasting it in the webUI it usually works.

Avantages

It is very easy to deploy and implement in M365.It is also easy to configure complex systems with mutliple different signatures.

Inconvénients

Some functionalities are currently missing for the outlook implementation. For example the fragmentation of signatures into multiple blocks that get combined to a single signature. It works well in the server side implementation, but in the outlook version you get seperate blocks that you can't combine.It would be very helpful for campaign banners and the likes.

Once setup it just works, you add users to the groups that they need to be part of and the signature automatically is applies as well as when updated all signatures are automatically updated

Inconvénients

The signature design is very clunky, you can't free move the elements around and can take some time to get used to.

The implementation can be painful and I found when we put the client side out there was to a degree a manual approach as we had to change on some users profile the signature manually

Avantages

Manageability and fluid sync features with Azure AD. The user/group parameters you can set are very handy for piloting and testing.

Inconvénients

Design component is not determined on technical inclination so it takes some hours of learning/ video tutorials, and only if your time permits. The Exclaimer support is there but it could take a few days before a response - if you're lucky you might get a pro bono design tutorial, otherwise the Exclaimer team can design the template for you.

Avantages

Your PowerShell/cloud implementation is awesome I love how easy it is to link the system into a new tenancy. The UI outside of the designer is clean and readable and just very nice.

Inconvénients

The Signature designer is clunky and unwieldy, things get stuck and there's a lot of 'ghost problems' around font and spacing that go away when you just delete and remake whole sections.
Additionally please for the love of god make an option to default the font size to actual font size instead of pixel size.
An option to increase or set the frequency of 365 syncing would also be nice having to manually sign into exclaimer, go to settings and hit sync is an unwieldy step when all you have to do is update one persons mobile number..

Signature Design and Management is simple and easy, the website is well designed enabling anyone to easily create and manage signatures from an expert point of view all the way down to a 1st line point of view.

Occasionally there are things that aren't well explained or understandable, however this is mitigated by speaking with Customer Support who resolve the issues in a timely manner.

Very straightforward quick to get up to speed with.

The only cons are that I don't need an advertising splash screen for a product I'm already using!

It works. I haven’t had very many signatures misplaces. All the functions I have turned on have worked.

There have been some challenges with the email agent and a Citrix virtual desktop, it took some time to get it resolved but about 8 months later with a recent update all is now well.

It would help a lot if Exclaimer accepted html signatures and supported additional fonts without converting them to bitmap. It would also be great if custom attributes were detected properly - at least for gsuite.

Avantages

The design tool allows you to make almost any any type of signature. Great to give teams each a bit of a unique feel, while still allowing you to keep the company standards.

Inconvénients

Could use a bit more in the checks, allowing checks if something is there or not there, would give you the ability to really customize it. Maybe having more of a tree system where you can customize based on previous signatures added would be nice, currently it is linear and you can stop at any point.

The product works seamlessly and without need to fuss with it. Works in various platforms.

Somewhat limited signature design interface and the need to deploy client-side software to preview signature in Outlook.

Niggly bits regarding adding individual users to edit signatures - noting to indicate that the users email address must match exactly the name typed to edit the signature - its case sensitive - but nothing to advise you of this.

To indicate something, it would be the translation of the menus in the portal, some words have been translated automatically, for example in Spanish, without that being really the siginficado of that function in Exclaimer.

I did love the support provided by the team as the client was moving over from another email signature tool. The Email signature styles that existed currently were migrated across to Exclaimer easily and made the change very easy. Thank you

Not able to import all file formats which will cause some issues but the documentation guides available will help to overcome any of the challenges that you might face
