Lack of connection
We use Paycor through Propay which may be the reason for our limitations

Payroll capabilities and ability to have self service
Inconvénients
Disjointed HRIS. No links to managers at other locations. No links between job titles, depts, and flsa status

Easy to Use on Desktop
very user friendly on a desktop, easy to get all information like paystubs, direct deposit info, and PTO balances and requests
Avantages
I love that I can view my paystubs before I’m paid, and that I can keep track of my PTO.
Inconvénients
the mobil app is a little hard to navigate at times, so it’s better to use it on a computer

Paycor is an excellent payroll software
Instead of two days, payroll just takes two hours. We consolidated our use of three separate programs into just one. We've streamlined the supervisory process by automating several previously manual tasks, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Avantages
From sourcing new employees to managing my retirement, PayCor has me covered. I can select the modules that best suit my needs. Their method of execution is comprehensive, their follow-up is reliable, and their staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Inconvénients
It's really challenging to distinguish between my belongings and those of my subordinates. It's a pain to maintain organized, what with having to manually delete old goals and add/remove team members.

Paycor is reliable
Loved it and hope to switch back one day.
Avantages
Easy to use. All functions were accessible and self explanatory. We used this system for years and i never ran into trouble. We recently switched to Amelia because of the price and its terrible.
Inconvénients
The price was too high compared to their competitors.

When it comes to payroll services, Paycor is one of the best
The time spent on payroll has been reduced from two days to around two hours. From four different programs, we are now down to only one. We included tools to make manager tasks like hiring new staff and conducting performance reviews considerably easier.
Avantages
Because we went from paper-based to digital enrollment, we were able to save a lot of time and money thanks to this program. Our learning management system, HR, payroll, HR incentives, and employee performance reviews all rely on it. From hiring to retiring, PayCor can meet virtually all of my employment-related demands.
Inconvénients
There is nothing wrong with PayCor, in my opinion. I made the right choice because they immediately take action whenever there is an issue. My prior two employers both used PayCor. This is just how I prefer to utilize the software.

Avantages
The ease of pulling my pay and scheduling info.

So far nothing about this program that I do not like about it.

You can perfectly manage the times and payments
The use of Paycor was fundamentally amazing. It helped fill a gap when there was a bug at the current time limit, it has a lot of extras compared to it like organization maps, a nice local adaptive tool, and a service with lifetime progression.
Avantages
I like how basic it is to set it up when we have new specialists working on the team, and how basic it is to designate installment orders for each of the workers. Entry of installment bills and commitment information through the attendance gateway were the best features. Also, it has not been difficult to create and manage a registry.
Inconvénients
In most cases, several classes are needed before you can fully see the functionality of the program. As a user, you still do not have complete data on the calendar but I imagine it can be solved.

A good human resource management tool
Allows you to control payroll without major inconveniences, this being a good solution for financial companies and their administration departments
Avantages
It is a tool that is a good option for financial areas, allows you to carry out payroll procedures and is mainly oriented to professionals in human resources areas, facilitating daily operations and helping them to carry out employee schedules such as actions related to their income.
Inconvénients
I have no problems. I could say that it is an all in one tool for human resources professionals, allowing more precise calculations to be made and in less time than others with advanced security systems.

All in One Payroll/Time Tracking
Paycor is my favorite app for scheduling and keeping track of hours. It took me some getting used to after some exploring but now I just love it.
Avantages
What I liked most about Paycor was the fact that everything I need is all in one app. Clocking in/out, payroll, time tracking, scheduling and more.
Inconvénients
Navigating the app took some getting used to.

Useful
Avantages
I access it to see my check stubs or if I need a check stub for something like a loan. I can see what training I need, if I'm eligible for benefits, and get my W2 forms. It's easy to navigate.
Inconvénients
It loads slowly at times. But that could be my connection.

The paycheck app I like
It made getting my paychecks easy, checking my balance with ease. I enjoyed it.
Avantages
I love the fast uploads. I want to see my check and it's there always on time.
Inconvénients
I feel as if the fees are a little too pricey.

Effective and Accurate
It is a little different than other Payroll and Time Clock programs that we have used in the past but it makes it a but easier for us as a large company to keep track of the over 5000+ employees we have.
Avantages
The ability to let our managers and employees have access to their Clock times.
The ease of ability to quickly adjust and fix any mistakes that were made
The accuracy of Overtime and holiday tracking.
Inconvénients
Software navigation got to be a bit finicky at times and would switch randomly from one page to the next on its own but once we refreshed it a few times we were good to go.

I liked having everything in one place, and knowing the information was secure.
Avantages
It was very simple to use. I liked that everything, paycheck stubs, w2s, everything was all there in one place.
Inconvénients
Setting up the account had a few minor problems but other than that there were no issues. Once the account was set up it worked the way it was supposed to.

Avantages
It is a robust reporting tool and very user friendly and integrates well with Quick Books we can also keep track of changing pay rate.
Inconvénients
The customer support was not that great this what i personally felt.

Great software all around. Really useful. This has proven to be very useful to the field. We have searched other software solutions however this one is my favorite.

Great ATS from both the Recruiter and the Manager side of the business
Avantages
Cloud-based ATS that is great for managing recruiter work flow from both the Recruiter desk as well as the Manager side of metrics and such.
Inconvénients
This applicant tracking system is great for small and medium size companies but not as much for large companies.

Easy Payroll
At first there were issues but once I contacted the supervisor everything went smooth ever since. Now I need to get one employee signed up for direct deposit by the end of the year and life will be easier.
Avantages
It's easy to use and takes very little time to complete.

Haven't found any yet.
