Des bugs, des mises à jour qui trainent, le support client a tendance à trainer ( ce qui m'a énervé plusieurs fois.....)

Well organized and applicable features
This software enhances a healthy relationship in business. It is reliable and accurate. The security of data is enhanced and most importantly, integration is simple and easy to achieve.
Avantages
Taking care of OnDemand Pay was my greatest desire and the drive that motivated me to engage this software. The results were pleasing. I like the tool because it is easy to use. The security terms are easy but sure. Setting the tool to user specifications is simple too and no much assistance is needed since all the features are straight forward. It offers a clear guidance and reliable reports. Employee self-service makes this tool quite unique.
Inconvénients
My personal experience with this tool is perfect. It has served it's purpose fully and satisfactorily.

Pay and Time Review of Paycor
Using it for the past 4 years. So I look for correct pay and time off.
Avantages
Easy access to pay records. Provides information on time off and net pay.
Inconvénients
Sometimes you have to hunt for some information on the application, like pdfs. Would like to see how it would show how my tax return would look throughout the year.

Fairly Simple Software for Payroll
Overall I think it's a great tool that is fairly straight forward for payroll.
Avantages
I liked having access to my work data (hourly wage, pto, tax forms, etc) in one place. It also helped that our HR manager could access my account if I had questions or trouble with anything.
Inconvénients
I found the placement and wording of the hours available for taking time off to be confusing.

It's been pretty easy and streamlined to use!
Avantages
Easy to track time off with my staff and also get my tax documents.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it's hard for me to find my staff's info on the main page.

Good for scheduling to view for employees
Overall, the Experience has been fantastic and easy to navigate and use. To contact the backend has been fantastic as well with any issues.
Avantages
Paycor was easy for me to view work schedule and see tax form when published.
Inconvénients
There are no cons to using the platform Paycor.

The tool you need as A firm.
Avantages
In the digital error must stuffs don't use computer but paycor can be accessed with the phone, is user friendly and very easy to navigate. The new update with the management section is top notch.
Inconvénients
I would say there customer service need to buckle up.... In a competitive industry like this, chance must not be give. They should work on that. Limited to certain areas of the software as a firm.

Overall, Paycor is fine. You can access your payroll information online.
Avantages
I like being able to login online each pay period to access my pay stubs and see how much I was paid.
Inconvénients
I found it a little chunkier than other similar platforms.

Paycor has a great layout. I like they make you change your password every x amount of days for extra security.

I have no complaints. I’ve used Paycor through multiple jobs and never had an issue.

Simplifying Payroll Management and Boosting my Business.
I really like it because before I had to spend a lot of time and effort calculating and processing payments which was tedious and prone to errors.

Utilizei a Paycor algumas vezes no recrutamento e treinamento de equipe, e fiquei muita satisfeita de como o processo aconteceu e o retorno que tivemos de forma eficaz com as pessoas selecionadas. Equipe engajada e motivada.

Não tive uma boa experiencia com a utilização do software de RH e folha de pagamento, para esse recurso optei por outra plataforma.
