Les vols proposés et sa fonctionnalité, tres peu "user friendly", provoque beaucoup plus de travail aux assistantes que notre ancien systeme SAP qui était bien plus facile et flexible á utiliser.

Heavy on the Tech Light on the Service
The onboarding process is not user friendly and requires technical expertise. It did not play well with other applications and the onboarding success team takes over a week to respond. If you have in house IT staff then you should consider it as it is feature rich and scalable, but it can get expensive quickly. They have no easy way to pay your bill and Support took 3 weeks to figure out why I could not access the online billing portal and in the interim I received threating demand e-mails from them daily. The billing portal is straight out of 1980 and hasn't been updated since. The setting options can be intimidating as again the system is feature rich. We have spent a significant amount of time and paid for a SuiteApp to connect SAP Concur to NetSuite so we are using it, but I would not recommend SAP Concur to any small or medium size business. We started with QB and then migrated to NetSuite with Concur and it is one of the most painful experiences of my professional career.
Avantages
SAP Concur is a feature rich web based application with lots of name recognition. It is a legacy application so there are lots of experienced users. The reviews I read online are not an indication of my experience so I thought I would share my honest personal experience.
Inconvénients
THIS IS A SELF SERVICE APPLICATION WITH LIMITED SUPPORT. The native QB connector for QB desktop enterprise is worthless with little to no support from Concur. Our onboarding specialist final recommendation after 2 months was to just use it manually without the QB financial connector. The admin platform is clunky and not intuitive. We have had multiple issues with items not working and the support has only been able to resolve 1 issue after 3 weeks of trying. You are better off using the forums and support groups outside of SAP Concur to resolve your issues.

Not Worth The Cost
My overall experience was not great. Though it has nice features, it seemed to limit quite a bit of customization. This could have been from how things were originally setup with the companies file prior to my working with it, but I can't say for sure.
Avantages
Our field users did not have a hard time logging into SAP Concur.
Inconvénients
It wasn't easy for us to update our own information in SAP Concur without it de-syncing the export. There were also extra fields that users had to select N/A for on many transactions. Adding extra clicks and time, which lowered employees ambitions in completing their expenses.

Unintuitive navigation, easy to lose work, exception thresholds requiring use explanations too obtrusive/rigid, pdf formatting required for receipts, 2FA inconvenient and unnecessarily so as the data is not very sensitive, status and payment notifications misleading and/or inaccurate

Lots of functionality, TERRIBLE design
Not enjoyable, very frustrating, and I'd rather not use it.
Avantages
It has a lot of functionality and it integrates very well with the expense tool which is nice.
Inconvénients
It's impossible to use, I get lost, and it's never clear what needs to be done. I end up going through flows to get stuck because some piece of information was missing elsewhere so I have to leave and go back, it doesn't validate any information properly and allows for bad data in profiles...etc.

SAP Concur: Standard Annoying Processes
I'm glad my company left it. We switched to a new -more modern- system and It takes a fraction of the time to generate expense reports.
Avantages
When I needed a reimbursement, My employer would recognize the request and I would get paid. Bare minimum task competition.
Inconvénients
Practically everything. There were very few easy moments and definitely no automation opportunities. If I had recurring payments each month, I was told to rely on a copy-and-paste method. That is a process we were happy with 10 years ago.

Concur has the potential to be a great product, thus far, it has fell short of my expectations
Everything is in one place. Accounts payable, expense reporting, Travel booking and now Purchase Requisitions. People are used to the interface.
Avantages
I find that Concur is fairly customizable and has many modules which can touch many points of our business. We use Expense, Invoicing, the travel booking program, and am implementing PO's now.
Inconvénients
Hard to describe what I like least because there are so many things, compared to other programs, that I dislike. Though I am super disappointed after one year, with the Travel implementation, I think overall, what I am most disappointed with is the inability for Concur to know their own product enough to be able to support it. I say this because it's taken me about 6 months of prodding and research to finally get to a person within Concur to help my company implement Concur PO's. I was told that Concur can't do Blanket PO's and I just kept asking and prodding until I got to a person who actually knew that part of the system well enough to help me build a business case to implement Concur PO's. Thats just one example though overall, I find that customer support is geared to only answer obvious questions. They respond to specific questions by sending 34 page documents for me to read through in order to try and glean my own answer.

One of the most unnecessarily frustrating systems I've ever used
Horrible system and huge inconvenience, although it seems after many years Concur is finally starting to address user issues to improve their system.
Avantages
My university requires us to use Concur to file all of our expenses for job-related travel. At first, it seemed like a nice system. I used to app to take pictures of receipts, which was handy. Also, it seems that they very recently upgraded their system to make it more usable.
Inconvénients
Almost every time I submitted an expense report, it was returned with errors. I am a PhD candidate, and for the life of me I could not seem to get these reports correct. One big problem was that my departments gives us per diem for food expenses, but Concur would always create an error if our total expenses did not add up to the exact amount of approved funding. So I often had to worked with our department secretary to manipulate the expenses so that the system would accept my report. The business office at my university was no help either. In fact, they seemed to be purposely obtuse about Concur. In summary, using Concur was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences of my graduate career, which says a lot. There were multiple occasions where the business office made a mistake in an account number, blamed me for it, and then it ended up taking many months and lots of arguing before I finally got my reimbursement.

SAP is a headache for me
My overall experience with sap is mediocre I'm not a huge fan of it however I do use it on a weekly basis and continue to navigate through the ridiculous ways in which information is given.
Avantages
The best part about this software is the receipt uploading portion it's very simple very basic and would recommend if that's your main goal of using the software is for receipt uploading and reimbursement.
Inconvénients
The thing that I like the least is how they made basic instruction overly complicated to where you are constantly second-guessing if you're doing something correct or not the instructions need to be simplified and I believe users will have a better time using the software

Sap Concur User of 9 years
I have used SAP concur to track many trips. Submitted expense reports and sought management approval. I have used it for flight booking, hotels, cars and meals.
Avantages
It is simple to get my travel expenses approved and to upload and track receipts on the fly.
Inconvénients
The UI is not very intuitive. It has a learning curve that takes some getting used to as a new user. Kind of a confusing setup.

Avantages
This is the top software for travel management and expense reports in the industry. Therefore, they do the best they can. It is relatively simple to use and connects to other platforms.
Inconvénients
Many processes should be automated so you don't have to go through every single expense and add all the details. I wish the mobile app was easier to use.

Avantages
There's not much good I can say about SAP.
Inconvénients
In order to be able to use it you needed to memorize a million special codes to type in at the right times, just to navigate the menus. It was awful.

SAP Concur Not Friendly Software
I enter this software prepared for a bad experience every time I have to do an expense report. And it always comes thru with a bad experience. It is cumbersome, asks for way too much information, and the designers seem to think a great UI is one in which there is no white space and tons of small font.
Avantages
Eventually, if I meander thru enough false trails, I arrive at my destination - a successfully submitted expense report. In sum, I've learned to live with this software because my company give me no choice.
Inconvénients
Hard to enter status reports. hard to find right accounts to use. I'll upload a receipt and then it will complain I did it at the report level and it needs to be done at the expense item level. It complains about pretty much everything I enter and I always have to fix a slue of warnings and errors.

Concur for Travel not the most user friendly tool
The expense reports are relatively easy to complete within Concur. Booking travel can be a challenge for the reasons outlined above.
Avantages
Concur allows you to book all facets of travel in one space (airfare, hotel, car, etc.) and then reconcile your expense report within the same tool. As long as you booked travel within the tool, it auto-populates many of the expense report line items needed.
Inconvénients
When booking travel that falls out of company guidelines (i.e. selected airline or price), Concur automatically alerts you that you are outside guidelines even if the circumstances align to fit. For example, if you are supposed to book Airline A but you book Airline B because it is the cheapest, Concur will alert "you are not using the correct airline." However, if you go back and book Airline A because it is preferred - but more expensive, Concur will alert you again "your flight is not the cheapest option."

Not made for any small or medium sized company
Customer is king before signing the contract. Afterwards you are a single number in a huge pool. Installation was very poor in the end. Getting a hold of someone or finding a solution is very cumbersome. If it is out of the Standard it is nearly impossible.
Avantages
Perferctly applicable for everyone who does not need any flexiblity.
Inconvénients
After nearly 2 years of signing the contracts the solution has been full of Errors and Bugs. Solutoins are cumbersome and the product is extremely expensive for what it offers.

Concur is really unpredictable
FRUSTRATING
Avantages
I like that it has an app that seems to be decent… but that's about it. Overall I am SO frustrated with this system.
Inconvénients
This software has the capability of automatically noticing when you are driving to track your miles. It only does it about half the time, and I have to go back through an add miles manually. I also submit reports for a certain amount of money and when I hit submit it suddenly lowers my expense reimbursement significantly. WHY. there is no reason to suddenly pay me less when I'm submitting receipts proving how much I should get paid.

Cheap and featureful but man, it's a real pain to use
Avantages
SAP Concur is a bit cheaper than other options on the market, e.g. Expensify. It's got everything that both administrators, finance people, and regular employees need.
Inconvénients
But man, is it PAINFUL to use. The UI is so bad: it doesn't allow you to open links in new tabs. Each click refreshes the ENTIRE page and takes several seconds. It's very ugly. It's unintuitive to use. If I was making the purchase decision, I'd just go with a more expensive product and save everyone ~1 hour per week.

Not user friendly
Stress, anxiety, frustration, confusion. I have found it best to get reservations independently and add them to concur. Otherwise, you will end up in some remote hotel that's under construction with a skeleton staff and that's your new home for six months.Concur could and should suck a lot less.
Avantages
I don't like the software at all and would rather make my own reservations with user-friendly apps that give helpful and accurate descriptions of the properties. Concur is just bad.
Inconvénients
I have been using Concur for three years now - this software can be user-friendly, but it seems no one wanted that option. If you call for help with a problem, no one knows how to help. Went to my travel office for help and they couldn't help me either. Also, there should be a filter for hotels with kitchens and kitchenettes - That's two different filters. If your authorization gets returned for any reason, it's almost always better to just start anew than try to fix the problem.

Old, archaic software that does a terrible job
I think it's slow, old, cumbersome, inflexible, and difficult to use. It should stop requiring banal stuff like city of expense incurred, and make it easier for editing.

Terrible experience
Overall, it was a very poor experience. We would definitely not recommend this going forward.
Avantages
Not too much that we liked about the software. In theory, the software seemed like a great expense software at a reasonable price.
Inconvénients
The onboarding experience was very tough. We were told that our cards would sync up, but they didn't and the customer service was bad. We really didn't even get to use the software as we never got through the whole onboarding phase.

Mix Emotions on Concur
Overall it does the job - it keeps things organized and helps reimburse people for their expenses. However, compared to other programs on the market this one is much more complicated to use.

I don't like how sensitive it is - meaning that it can be somewhat complicated if you haven't been trained properly. There are almost tooo many options to the point if you don't select everything correctly it won't populate the correct report.

Old school software
I have never contacted the company directly, only put through feedback to our Iconic management.
Avantages
I dont like it at all, I feel it is so old school and makes it really hard to put in a claim. Its easier to do on your mobile rather that the desktop.
Inconvénients
How many times you have to go back and submit something as it never asked you in the initial part however has to be completed for you to be able to submit a claim.

It is NOT user friendly at all. It has these inbuilt pages where you have to go through its own meaningless work flow to get anything approved and it just keeps sending emails to your supervisor over a request, this is a simple functionality that can be written better and make it user friendly. Waste of time and effort for those writing this piece of junk software and for people that have to maintain in
