All information in one app, payroll vacation and the ability to make changes and have the higher ups approve or deny requests.

Sometimes the app can be offline,when this happens users day can be crippled ,especially those that rely on it to punch in and out or check that pay stub was correct.

Avantages

Logging in is super easy, you are able to do it from most devices and then when you're logged in you can see your schedule pretty quickly. It's easy to input everyone's schedules so you don't have to manually email everyone.

Inconvénients

Sometimes when you log in and then go to another app and come back you have to login again. Or sometimes when trying to login you will have to input the information twice.

Avantages

I like that you can manage all staff payroll from anywhere you have computer access. I like that the staff members can login and access all of their financial info, and print pay stubs etc from anywhere.

Inconvénients

I do not like that you have to change your password every 90 days. It is very easy to get locked out due to this and you have to contact an administrator to reset it. I understand why, but I wish there was a way to make this aspect run a little smoother once you get locked out.

My favorite thing about this software is how easy it is to use. The admin team assigned to me used it for tracking their hours. It was very easy for me to see if they missed a punch, and it was also very easy to correct timecards. They had no issues with the software either.

My only "con" (if you can even really call it that) was that I thought that the reports could be a bit more user-friendly. They weren't even bad reports though, to be honest. Overall, I don't really have any negative things to say about this software.

I only used the trial version so I didn't get that deep into the use of the product.

Avantages

I used Kronos in the past. It was the workforce management product of a former employer of mine. As a user who only used it to enter my timesheet I found Kronos to be straight forward and to the point. It didn't impress me as having any fascinating features or capabilities that competing software wouldn't have, but it was simple enough to make time sheet entering simple.

Inconvénients

there is nothing in particular that I considered a downside to Kronos. As many other similar products, it didn't offer any impressive features that made my life easier as a user, but it wasn't clunky or complicated as to make my life difficult either.

Avantages

I like the ability to pull almost any data we need on my own. There has been only a couple of instances where we have had to ask Kronos to write a custom report for us and I'm sure with some further training we might be able to do those on our own in the future. The other great experience is the people - just about everyone we've worked with is amazing, from the implementation teams to the technical support staff.

Inconvénients

The customization during implementation was very involved, which I guess can be a pro or a con. There have also been several instances where the system was down for almost a full day. This is completely unacceptable.

I consider this software a great all in one. They are continuously improving the features and rolling out new ones.

Inconvénients

Nothing that you wouldn't deal with anywhere else. They are always willing to listen to your concerns.

I liked that you can go on and request off and see your schedule and hours that you have all ready worked all in one place.

Inconvénients

I didn’t like that you couldn’t see everyone else’s hours so if you had to switch a shift you wouldn’t know who you were able to switch with.

Capabilities, openness of program, the program seems to have a ton of potential if it wasn't so complex to administer.

Not simple to navigate and set up if you're a new user// Person to person support is good, but online support via the Kronos Community is poor

It has all the bells and whistles as our company continues to grow. It has many features we didn't have with our previous HR system. It is not as user friendly but I think having everything encompassing HR in one place will be more helpful in the longterm.

It is not incredibly user friendly. It takes some work to understand how to put in time change requests, admin requests to update Direct Deposit, Time off, etc...

We find Kronos to be second to none by the functionality, ease of use, intuition and overall price. Great decision to go this direction.

We are a Construction company and were told that UKG could handle Union Fringe reporting. It cannot.
we were told we could create reports from any of the data in our system. We cannot.
Reports are bulky.

it automates payroll and generally is up to date and takes away about 75% of what I was hoping they would do

Inconvénients

Takes a lot of attention to manage and up keep. Customer support is hard to get in contact with, they refer you to their help libraries and on line posts 99% of the time. They can take weeks to resolve what should be simple issues.

This is an incredible work force management software that integrates inside kronos clock system and has analytical attributes.

There are alot of settings that can be confusing and customer service needs to be more accessible so that problems can be solved quicker.

You can see all vacation requests on a monthly calendar and able to see who submitted there weekly time sheets.

Confusing sometimes . Maybe add more menu options of how to look up certain features. Searching is helpful sometimes
