The app was easy for attendees to use. It helped the conference go paperless. The staff at vFairs were very supportive and quick to answer our questions/requests.

Everything worked well. It did what we needed for our annual conference.

The completely bespoke development approach to vFairs was essential. I especially appreciate the dedicated projects team that are able to support on short notice. I think the ease of use, the platform itself is really impressive, and the support is outstanding. Our main contact [sensitive content hidden] was such a pleasure to work with, we worked with her last year, and I requested she be assigned to our event this year. She makes the whole process easy and fun, and regardless of my idea/suggestion, she is always coming back with ways they can support it.

The visuals are very appealing. It is also nice to be able to customize the environment and add real people's avatars.

Accessing the live sessions are 2 clicks away from lobby. Maybe the sessions could be already posted in the auditorium visual.

We love the customization and the flexibility of the platform. We've received excellent customer support from vfairs and truly enjoy working with the team! The cost aligns with our budget so no complaints there! We've asked for several revisions, updates to the rooms, changes to layouts etc... and vFairs exceeds our expectations every time!

Inconvénients

The designs are a bit outdated. Users have expressed that it looks like a video game from the 90s. The avatars especially could be updated to reflect more human-like images. The ability to play music is nice but only allows for 3 mins of a song, so it's too repetitive. The spinning graphic display is also on a loop and seems glitchy due to start/stop so it doesn't spin continuously.

We where able to easily set up a large quantity of vendor booths, each selling a large amount of products. Navigation through our online event was excellent and the feel/vibe from the show matched the live events we participate in.

There was nothing that we where unhappy about.

On the admin side, reviewing the registration numbers could be tweaked. It would be nice to see the true numbers for each event within a registration as opposed to pulling a report to review and filter the numbers.

Most recently we used the Mobile Event app for the first time which was a great enhancement to our in person visitor experience. It allowed delegates to access the floor plan, exhibitor list, conference programme and speaker bios.

Nothing to report. We discussed our requirements in advance and although we used a scaled down version of the product, it exactly met our needs.

I can't think of anything. Last year (or was it two years ago) there was an issue with the integration of the IDLOOM registration. We had to use Zapier.It seems like we overcame that the last two years.

As first-time users of a virtual event platform, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and seamlessness vFairs offered. The platform has intricate customization options, a user-friendly interface, and diverse features.

Although not a major setback, there is one aspect we wished we could have had more control over - the ability to edit and customize the landing page and the vFairs rooms on our own. This would have allowed us to preview different design arrangements, offering greater flexibility and immediate visualization.

The vFairs team are quick to respond, friendly and have excellent knowledge of their products and services. Ammara was a fantastic contact from day 1, following up and completing actions in a timely manner and being on hand to support us with our app throughout our event weekend. We were able to do everything that we needed with the app and the customer service was excellent throughout the process.

From August 29th to September 1st took place the Soft Ladership Week of the company ENEL Colombia, a hybrid event in which we as a marketing agency were in charge of making the entire communication plan and strategy in which we relied on the company vFairs to make the parallel event in the metaverse, from which we received support and guidance from the negotiation to the execution of the live event always with clear and timely responses.
