World class software
Absolutely a pleasure working with them. The software itself is world class but the team supporting it makes KEY ESG unique.
Avantages
KEY ESG is not only about a software but the people behind it. Their team made the use of their software extremely easy and they spent the right amount of time educating all our users and making them wanting to enter data and see the results. The team at KEY ESG was extremely helpful in all parts of the process which is very important when you have different users from different companies with different levels of expertise in the topic.
Inconvénients
I have nothing to comment here. The software delivered in every aspect that we needed.

Key ESG at Full Circle
The overall experience with KEY ESG is very positive. ESG reporting is new to our organization & KEY ESG have helped guide us through the process.
Avantages
An intuitive system. The system allows the user to upload evidence/files supporting statements & data.
Inconvénients
I am sure as we use KEY ESG more we will find potential improvements but for now there no features that we do not like.

From Manual to Meaningful: How KEY ESG Transformed Our Reporting Process
Our overall experience with KEY ESG has been excellent. It’s not just a reporting tool—it’s become a core part of how we manage sustainability data across the business. The platform enabled us to complete our first double materiality assessment efficiently and position ourselves for future CSRD reporting. It helped us bring together different teams internally, improve data accuracy, and enhance transparency with our stakeholders. KEY ESG is definitely a valuable partner on our sustainability journey.
Avantages
The centralised data collection platform was a game-changer for us. It eliminated manual data gathering processes, improved the accuracy of our sustainability data, and saved us a tremendous amount of time. Being able to import historical emissions data and analyse it all in one place also helped us make more strategic, data-driven decisions. It strengthened our internal sustainability workflow and made us more responsive to stakeholders, especially customers.
Inconvénients
Overall, our experience has been very positive. If anything, the platform’s flexibility means you need a bit of upfront coordination to set it up correctly across different departments. But once that’s in place, the system runs very smoothly. It just takes some initial alignment internally.
