KEY ESG’s software has increased the accuracy and speed at which ESG data is gathered. With a robust reporting system in place, Pollen Street has been able to set data-driven targets for next year. These insights, along with KEY ESG’s specialist guidance, have allowed Pollen Street’s portfolio companies to spend less time reporting and more time effecting positive change.

Inconvénients

This was still a relatively new product when we onboarded, and as such there was some functionality that still needed to be developed (eg bulk upload), and some glitches. However, these have been ironed out and they have a roadmap to improve features and functionality

Avantages

I liked the clear categories with detail on how to gather the data if you didn't know how and the team was super friendly and helpful when I had any questions.

Inconvénients

It seemed very UK centric and did not include several countries my coworkers had traveled to for scope 3 emissions category.

The program is easy to use, easy to follow and program support is excellent.

There are no cons to this program that I have identified.

KEY ESG is not only about a software but the people behind it. Their team made the use of their software extremely easy and they spent the right amount of time educating all our users and making them wanting to enter data and see the results. The team at KEY ESG was extremely helpful in all parts of the process which is very important when you have different users from different companies with different levels of expertise in the topic.

I have nothing to comment here. The software delivered in every aspect that we needed.

An intuitive system. The system allows the user to upload evidence/files supporting statements & data.

Inconvénients

I am sure as we use KEY ESG more we will find potential improvements but for now there no features that we do not like.

Avantages

KEY ESG held their first conference in November 2023. It was a great opportunity to hear more about the products and services they provide and meet with like minded people. As a company who has only just started using KEY ESG, the talk on using the system was particularly beneficial. Thoroughly enjoyed attending and look forward to the conference next year.
