The fact that I use a thing called 'trainerize'! For that alone I recommend it, but its also incredibly helpful for keeping your goals in check and maintaining great health! 5/5
Inconvénients
That its not spelt 'Trainorize', but it's close enough and makes more sense the way it is so it's all good

I did the free 30 day trial of Trainerize as part of a comparison review and put it in the top...
Easy to use and set up workouts.
Avantages
It is very easy to set up and get going.
The interface is bright and colorful and you can easily and quickly create programs for workouts.
Inconvénients
I needed more functions than just workouts. I needed to be able to create and track habits, set up recurring emails etc.
Trainerize is not set up for this.

Very effective and very professional. Covers everything needed and ten times better than any other software on the market. Love the link with Evolution Nutrition.

Highly recommend
This platform is solid. It's a very user friendly program that clients and trainers seem to enjoy. I'll continue to use Trainerize as long as I'm training online.

I did not like this product at all
I used this product a few years ago, so they may have made some changes but even if they did, the price point was way too high for what it could do. Hopefully they have made some changes to the software

I liked the fact that it integrated with Evolution Nutrition Software
Inconvénients
I did not feel like it was very user friendly and my clients did not like using it at all

Extreme difficulties through Registration process
Avantages
The platform was functional and easy to use once I was able to register. it allowed integration of other apps and software which also a major plus.
Inconvénients
the major problem was getting registered and receiving timely response from user support. I literally had to register all over using another email address.

Expensive for what it is.
Solved a lot of my issues for systemizing my online training business.

Makes it easy to send programs and exercise demos to clients
Inconvénients
the cost compared to what I could do with a combo of Excel, Dropbox, and Youtube wasn't worth it to me for my online training business

It is efficient and easy to use. I like how I’m able to interact and track my clients progress. I am able to expand my community and keep the active.
