The overall experience is great, especially in managing large enterprises, I will never look back at SCCM again.
Avantages
The ability to control and manage our entire Winte/Linux environments from one console.
Inconvénients
Not all the features of security edition (on-premise) are available, lack fo integration options with on premise systems.

Manage Engine Endpoint Central MSP - Getting Stronger
Overall as a former SCCM user, Manage Engine Endpoint Central MSP is a good complement and offers some great values. It is taking more ground as improvements are made.
Avantages
The possibility to manage different customers in the same UI.
You get best practices on how to for example configure patching so it is easy to figure out a good way of providing a secure environment for our customers.
Inconvénients
The agent still seems a bit unstable. The client connection often goes red as soon as I try to connect to client.
Still want a easy way too switch Agent between customers from the UI instead of the need to uninstall and reinstall the Agent.

Best Endpoint management software on the market.
Enjoy working with it makes everything must easier.
Avantages
It is a very user-friendly product; it literally takes you a few clicks to do something, deploy software, updates or retrieve any information you need on a device and it displays it in a usable format, and you can export it easily from there into Excel or PDF.
Inconvénients
Nothing, it is a great product and definitely better and more user-friendly that the competition.

Patch management and remote support within same license.
Inconvénients
Aseets can duplicate if same machine have changed host name and installed agent again.

Manage Engine is efficient and effective
It has been a great experience so far. I haven't had any problems at all.

Good for inventory management. It integrates with Service Desk Plus to allow for CMDB description

Licenses costing is tiered. Could be better if cost could be tagged by total volume to purchase during a period agreed.

I got many benefits, they are :
1. It can help for the company that has less technicians.
2. We can remote management so it can make the faster solutions than onsite technicians
3. Deployment Security. We know about vulnerable systems and we can deploy an update immediately.
