We are able to have a set of key docs available all the times. We can use it across many different teams within the organisation. It is very easy to get a have a large number of people to sign the same document. The dashboard provides a great overview of all the docs that have been signed.

Inconvénients

Setting up the templates was a bit tricky but we had great technical support. So any issues we had were resolved quickly. One feature that would be useful in the future is the ability to schedule sending documents .

I love how easy it is to use Eversign. I also love that it notifies you when all parties have signed the necessary documents.

Eversign makes it easy for us to obtain electronic signatures and attach them to our necessary contacts and forms that we use on a daily basis to keep the company running.

Eversign is a lot more affordable than Docusign and Adobesign, which made it a good alternative. Additionally, it has API integrations and it's pretty easy to use

Inconvénients

While the possibilities are pretty great, we kept having the issue that the signature is always off once the document is finished, and it's uneven in the page (like way above or below where it'd been selected).

The simple user interface that is intuitive that allows us to get members set up quickly and professionally, with the confidence that the documentation is legally binding. The editing of documentation is great. The notification process really helps us manage our membership sign up and our members have commented on how easy the process is for them from their end.

Avantages

The layout and work flow are very good. So many products look archaic and use a work flow that is not intuitive for the end users. Very nice to have a product that looks good, features are laid out well, and users with very minimal training can dive right in and use within minutes.

Inconvénients

The log-in can be difficult to find, you do have to keep a copy of the link that Eversign sends to you for your page. That did take me a few minutes to figure out as I went to the main page to try and log-in.

Avantages

I love how quickly I can upload and share documents that need to be signed. It is easy to use and helpful. I simply have to upload, setup, and send the documents.

Inconvénients

I have one easy and simple complaint in comparison to Adobe Sign: auto-detect signature lines. Adobe Sign automatically marks the standard 6 lines that need filling out on my standard contract. For Eversign, I have to drag and drop each time.

So wonderful that it is a web based app, and you'll be able to keep track of your documents using any device with an internet connection. Super secure, and never concerned when using it. Companies don’t always like to send out documents to employees to sign, so this just makes things much easier and less paper!

Inconvénients

Sometimes when a signature is missing, if there’s a lot of pages tough to find missing spot. Or people forget to finish without signing a few spots. Hard to back track on signatures.

I love the ease of use. Able to get onboarding documentation to our new employees and show them which fields are required to be signed.

I wish there was an option to make certain fields mandadory based on a previous selection. I.e. if they select option A than the option A fields become mandatory.
