With the basic account a recruiter can set an ATS environment easily with HelloTalent. The features are very complete so there is no need to keep using an excel sheet anymore. You can full cycle candidates using it.

Inconvénients

There are some UX to be improved. Maybe make it more candidate centered.

Such a wide range of possibilities, many other E-learning tools do not offer.
A lot of depth in use as an admin allows to configurate a lot.
The interface has improved positively the last year. Keep it up that way!

Inconvénients

To me it doenst look and works intuitive at all. You must be trained in order to use as an admin. This causes you often do not know how do do things properly if allready you know they exist.

I like the LinkedIn scraper which was very useful.

It's more about the app. I though it would be better if the talents pools could synchronize with the phone's phonebook.

It is faster than any other ATS i ve worked with because it is not a complete ats.

It makes you lazy (LOL) because they made the products with tons of features which can do at a click of a button.

I dont see any such, I love tools whch brings more featurs so that will save our time.

The software helps in directly adding linkedin profiles to our database with some quick click of buttons.
Overall the manual work eases out and reporting has become easier.

Software has a lot of good functions. It’s easy to navigate but trying to deploy to our associates was not an easy task. I think there needs to be a better workflow within the system that allows employees to have a greater experience.

Hello Talent is very easy to use no technical background needed to get started, the integration with LinkedIn makes it an ideal tool for sourcing .

They need to work on how you can set up your talent pool I think this is still a bit limited. I really don't like, that when you share a talent pool with your client the can't edit or change the status of a candidate
