Started using Cosmic Frog as an early adopter. They have responded sincerely to user feedback and continue to provide us with more value than we expected.
Avantages
It is the only cloud-native solution with a high level of optimization, simulation, and risk assessment engine.
Network Optimization, Greenfield Analysis, the core of Supply Chain Design, supports flexible requirements and is continuously releasing innovative new features such as VRP and innovative AI-based inventory optimization.
Inconvénients
No complaints. I dare say that there are more features to catch up on before you know it because new features and new UX are released in short cycles.

The transition was surprisingly smooth, and I was amazed at how quickly I started seeing value.
In an area where it felt like innovation had reached its limits, Cosmic Frog proved me wrong.
The platform's innovative approach has genuinely surprised me, demonstrating there’s always room for improvement and new ideas.
Inconvénients
At first, I encountered a learning curve. Being accustomed to desktop solutions, I started with some limitations regarding SaaS solutions.

I would not hesitate in recommending the company and software with their impressive set of supply chain tools backed by a seasoned, experienced staff that takes immense pride in their work.
Avantages
An excellent blend of scalability, speed, and customization in a cloud-based supply chain design suite of tools encompassing optimization, simulation, and routing. The customer service and support are top notch who are genuinely interested in and seek customer feedback.
Inconvénients
Nothing significant at this stage with the evolution of the product. There were some minor growing pains over the initial rollout being an early adopter which were expeditiously addressed.
