I really like the simplicity of the software. It does what I need it to do and is not overly complicated. What more could you ask for?

I wish it could standardize on a single UOM for labor tracking, like hours. I don't see any use for the days (which actually seems to be groups of 24 hours, and not work days) or minutes...at least not for my use.

it's a really good software as a student in industrial engineer, my pint of view of the software is that it has videos about the functions that can be really helpful time to time so it is easy to know what to do next.

It is very well organized software and it can accommodate very complex BOM. Development team really helps to accommodate the client's requset.

Interface is relatively easy to navigate and support is excellent. Added custom fields to modules upon request. Importing via excel is excellent barring few minor issues. They are willing to modify requirements more quickly than other providers including development of a cube export for specialized reporting.

Inconvénients

1/. Warehouses need to have more then one bin (shelves)

2/. Standard form base reporting only needs detail access to custom fields and ability to change paper size and ability to print landscape. Support is working on this which takes longer.

3/. Modify system to allow right click copy down on all line tables.

Online, no expensive initial proyect fees, no rpoblems with printers. no problems with unathorized access like windows based.

Except for the color Scheme i have no problem. It is necesary to add an option were you can configure the size of the fonts for people with bad vision.

It seems to have all the features that the really expensive packages have and the pricing structure is very reasonable. Overall the best value I have seen in terms of the features you get for the cost and especially the usually real-time support for learning the software!

Like all of the systems I have tried, there is a learning curve, but the help has been great! I have not tested all features yet, but feel more confident upon seeing how responsived this company is!

There is a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to manual journals as the software does not record expenses automatically without doing a purchase order. However, it did make me learn a bit about accounting which worked out in the end as every business owner should know accounting basics anyway.

The best thing for me is the ease of importing existing data. Having the ability to upload spreadsheets is awesome. Being able to copy and paste is a life saver for me. Most of the time I don't need the whole spreadsheet so being able to copy and paste rows makes it very nice.

Inconvénients

The editing limitations for the templates. If the user could drag and drop the info blocks where they choose, I think would be a great feature. The user can hide the info block if they choose but they cant change the size or orientation on the template. Being able to arrange the blocks would allow them to customize and arrange the info as needed.

Avantages

It can show which order is well prepared, which is partially prepared and which is awaiting inventory.

It cannot integrate with my website platforem-Shopline. I need to manually integrate the sales recors

Users in ERPAG are more 'concurrent users' - one username/password = one connection on a single device. If a person is logged in on their computer, and he logs in from his phone, he will kick himself out from the computer connection. All features are enabled across all packages.
