A Sales Machine that Makes Life Easier
Simply great! It helps me automate a lot of the manual and repetitive tasks like sending, emails, LinkedIn messages and more. Awesome to be able to track everything in one app and access business intelligence and contact data like phone and email.
Avantages
A huge range of functionalities and everything you need for sales operation in one platform.

Inconvénients
Uma tremenda perda de tempo usar o Apollo. No início até que a gente pensa que encontrou uma poderosa ferramenta. Não é bem assim! Travamentos em excesso, ausência total de verificação de bugs. Não indico, a não ser se você for construir uma ferramenta parecida, a ideia deles é boa! A ideia, o produto não.

10/10 really could not recommend enough for anyone starting a business.

Ease of use, the automation is incredible and has really transform my ability to outreach whilst I am doing other things. Also support is great, and fast.

My account was hacked and Apollo took days to look into it and still couldn't keep account secure. Support looked into it but still kept getting hacked.

Great tool, extremely useful
I had a great experience using Apollo. It is a very useful tool for businesses especially when wanting to do a bit of cold emailing.

I really enjoyed using Apollo to get emails and generate leads.

Sometimes all the info is not entirely correct - however most of it is.

Apollo is a real game changer when it comes to cold email outreach
I think it's a revolutionary software for the sales industry and I'm very happy to have found it.
Avantages
There's so much information that Apollo finds for you automatically. It saves you a lot of time and automates a lot of processes.
Not only does it let you use laser-focus targeting to find companies that are most likely to buy what you want to sell, but it also finds people with different job titles in each organization and lets you automate sending DIFFERENT EMAILS to DIFFERENT PEOPLE based on their job title and different characteristics of the organizations that they work for, and it allows you to make each of those emails very personalized.
It takes automated personalization to a whole new level.
Inconvénients
It doesn't let you set the gap between sending different emails to more than 90 seconds, which I really lack. It also has a lot of bugs and inconsistencies in the lead search, some of which I already described in this review, and I've also encountered and reported multiple UI bugs.

Great tool to manage and generate leads!
On some days, generating business leads is all I have to do. On those days, Apollo makes my work so easy and so much less irritating. I can find the contact details of the people I exactly intend to reach out to as it allows me the ability to search using their names, job titles, regions, and even job positions. The tool is extremely easy to use and has a database for even the smallest companies that you can find nowhere else. I'm sure I'll be using this tool a lot in the future! I have already recommended it to so many around me, and if you are someone who works in the sales or marketing team of your company, you should definitely give this a try.

Until a few days ago, I was using LinkedIn to search for leads and find their contact details. Ever since LinkedIn has come up with a search limit, it became so difficult for me to find new leads, especially when this is something I have to do on a daily basis on some days. Recently, my senior at work recommended me Apollo and I fell in love with it since day one! It is so easy to navigate through this tool and with so many filters at your disposal, even easier to find contacts. I'm apparently new to using this tool so I'm still learning my way around it but thanks to its ease of use, fast response, user-friendly interface, and so many exciting features, I have been able to speed up my work and get verified leads without any hassle. Moreover, the ability to save the leads, and send them emails directly from this software are amazing features that very few tools of its kind generally provide.
Inconvénients
It has only been a few days since I started using this tool. Although it's super helpful 90% of the time, rarely, it takes too much time to load and in some cases, it even fails to show verified leads due to which I have to go back to the old method of using LinkedIn to find contact details of those specific leads. This is the only problem I have encountered so far but it does not change my liking towards the tool.

Best Hub For Your Lead Generation Activities
Using Apollo has let me streamline my lead generation activities. Using the same software for both lead generation and outreach makes things smooth.
Avantages
It was easy to find contacts in the database based on revenue, employee number, tool stack, and so on. You can easily add them to the campaign you've set up.
Inconvénients
Adding leads to your list is handled in a very slow manner. You have to add them 25 at a time. And this is at every tier except the enterprise level.

Great value with a lot of features compared to alternatives, but there is a learning curve
Avantages
It has great features for email sequences, integrating with HubSpot, managing accounts and contacts, and more. You also have access to a lot of contact information that would cost more elsewhere. It's the best value for your money.
Inconvénients
If contact data is your priority, you many often have trouble finding information for all of the contacts you need, especially when prospecting smaller businesses. Most of it's data comes from LinkedIn as far as I know, so if they aren't there, they won't be in Apollo. This can be frustrating.
Additionally, it offers a lot of features and is very customizable, but this can create a steep learning curve and require a significant investment of time to get it set up and integrated the way you need.

Money-Saving Tool For Marketers
Avantages
The tool has features of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io combined. Thus, saving you a lot of money by purchasing a premium subscription to Apollo, instead of purchasing premium subscription to those two tools.
Inconvénients
The email addresses that are shown in Apollo are usually invalid. Users still need to use email address verification tools like Neverbounce or Zerobounce.

Customer Service
It has been great.
I did have a miscommunication with Apollo. They allowed me to explain my view of the issue. They listened and rectified in an incredibly quick fashion. Was one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.
Avantages
Database is high quality. The tools appear to be extensive. I have only scratched the surface of its capabilities.
Inconvénients
A bit complicated and challenging to use for me. Likely those more advance in using these tools would find it less challenging.

I love the simplicity of Apollo. I use it to find leads to pitch my service to. I create a list of leads by using the search engine and can filter till I get quality leads.
Inconvénients
The interface can sometimes be very confusing but you'll find your way around.

No Need to Ask, Who Should I Contact?
I use the Chrome extension and the Gmail integration to utilize this software the best I can. The extension allows a simple button on the side of the screen that you select and it goes to work. While the Gmail integration allows me to save and use templates as well as set reminders all inside Gmail.
Avantages
This software automatically scrubs any website to find contacts and will provide you with names, titles, phone numbers, and emails. It also verifies the emails so you know you are going to send the email to the correct person.
Inconvénients
I honestly haven't found things I didn't like about this software. Some websites didn't have any info but that was the way they were built and or a smaller company so the info isn't provided anyways.
