La solution est intéressante, elle permet d'identifier facilement dans nos bases des contacts obsolètes, d'enrichir les données...
Le fonctionnel est relativement riche à ce niveau.
Inconvénients
Les équipes commerciales Apollo utilisent des méthodes trompeuses pour signer leurs clients.
Nous avions opté pour une offre avec des crédits emails illimités et cela s'est avéré totalement faux.
Il y a eu de la part d'Apollo tromperie.
Au départ l'illimité fonctionnait et du jour au lendemain Apollo vous indique que cela ne fonctionne plus de cette manière et vous devez payer 2 500$ en plus !

Simply great! It helps me automate a lot of the manual and repetitive tasks like sending, emails, LinkedIn messages and more. Awesome to be able to track everything in one app and access business intelligence and contact data like phone and email.

Apollo.io — the all-in-one sales tool I wish I had at Groupon and get a lot of value from now...
I'm the decision maker for investing in this tool but not the main user. I was involved in implementing it and work with my team on a weekly basis to make sure we're making the most of our use of it. Together with my team, we continuously explore Apollo features and applications that make sense for our developing sales approach.
Avantages
This is the best all-in-one sales intelligence and productivity tool I've used in over a decade executing sales functions. Apollo has an extremely straightforward user interface. The naming mechanisms for various features intuitively make sense for sales professionals, even those new to the role, which helps immensely with adoption.
We periodically ask their customer support if they have resources or recommendations for metric benchmarks, approaches to personalization, and other best practices. They are always quick to share something useful. I find them to go above and beyond with value in both their product and customer experience.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of features, so it can be a little confusing to muddle through the differences between plan levels.
Additionally, there are certain situations when I'm trying to complete a specific action and get confused by the user interface — but it's not my overall experience.

Apollo is good for enrichment but lacks maturity for sales engagement
We use it for enrichment and it does this well. If it could guide people through its process better, and be very clear about the various different options it provides eg. Enrichment, Engagement, Conversations - and these were given to Admins to either turn on or off for users, it would be a lot easier to manage.
Avantages
It has a strong database of Companies and Contacts to enrich your CRM.
Inconvénients
It's not intuitive and is hard for early users to navigate. It's also trying to be a CRM and a Sales Engagement tool. It is hard to know what to do when starting up.

There are no pros I can mention about this company.
Inconvénients
My account got hacked & there has been no solution provided by their customer support team till now, it has been more than 3 months now.

Useful depending on your needs
Overall Apollo was effective and continues to be the source of our leads/contact lists. No databases have 100% verified info so it's better to pay less here than use a competitor for more.
Avantages
The contact database and filters are very robust and making finding ICP contacts easy and cheaper compared to other databases. The platform itself is very very robust and offers way more than we use it for
Inconvénients
Inability to manage the email send amounts by mailboxes without a lot of manual work. If you have 100 emails and want to send across 10 boxes it will not automatically distribute 10/mailbox. Instead the platform only moves to the mailbox once it's limit is reached (limit set to 40 means 2.5 mailboxes are used and not 10)

It's a great tool for data mining of potential clients.
It has been a great experience using it and for data mining and I have never faced any major challenges.

I am using the Apollo from several years and it is one of the great tools to extract email id and phone number of potential clients.

Outreach on Autopilot
Easy to use tool that has a lot of built in functionality for automating outreach. I checked the database against some information that we had about our prospects and it seemed pretty accurate.
Avantages
It's a great lead generation and prospecting tool with an extensive B2B contact database. Not only it integrates with CRMs easily, you can also setup automations and sequences to do your outreach for you. The reporting features are also pretty decent.
Inconvénients
Lot of the advanced features are locked behind a higher tier plan. Initial setup time is required to tailor it perfectly to your workflow.

User Friendly
Over very positive experience, great product for the cost, data enrichment is a great option.

Easy to use, great integration with LinkedIn, convenient Chrome extension and it includes a dialer which is great!

Setting up sequences is a bit cumbersome and it would be great if the dialer offered power dialing.

I love the options that I have with Apollo, but I could use more training videos to understand the software better.

I love that I have access to millions of customers and can put them in different lists for different projects.
Inconvénients
I am only allowed to send about 100 emails a day, which does not help when I am trying to send out a weekend sale campaign.

My overall experience has been great, the number of correct emails vastly outweighs the ping backs.

This software is excellent for finding leads and their emails, without it we may not be able to reach out to as many contacts as we have.

Best Prospecting Tool for Cold and Warm Email and Calling Campaigns
Excellent. I've learned to get around the few quirks, but I couldn't have ever had the email list I currently have without it. My job is very easy to prospect as a result, and I don't waste my time or other people's time because I know before emailing or calling enough about the company that I know if it is worth pursuing.
Avantages
I used to have multiple products do what this one tool does. I can research companies, find potential prospects, email them, and keep each prospect in an Account. When they change jobs, I can change the information very easily. If they reply, they are taken off the Sequence. It integrates very easily with Salesforce, so I don't need to make changes in both.
Inconvénients
At times I'll run into a little glitch or maybe the AI is not right on(at times it will say the person has a new job, and the new job was a previous job, it is rare, but that's why I look up every lead.) Also at times, it will say the person has a new job, but when I look at LinkedIn, they might have an even newer job! So all I need to do is refresh the page, and Apollo gets its information from LinkedIn and will update its suggestion.

Excellent tool for Lead generation , prospecting and boost your sales efforts.
Overall experience with Apollo is phenomenal. Except for a very few reasons, the tool has very less areas to complain about. It is a very powerful tool for any sales /marketing team and can multiply their productivity instantly.
Avantages
Apollo is quite a unique and powerful tool for sales and marketing teams equipped with all features for generating, qualifying, prospecting, and also outreach to your audience. The filters are quite good for segmentation. Easy to export and import as well. Also, email outreach makes it a total package.
Inconvénients
The limitation of the number of contacts to be exported at one time shall be increased. Even with a basic plan number of contacts exported at once Is only 25. This could be improved to enhance time management.
