First off it was super easy to get set up, creating my campaigns is straight forward almost anyone can do it. It offers benefits like AI to help generate your campaign which is awesome. With easy to set up landing pages your can personalize your user journey and with their integration possibilities you are able to link with your CRM. When it comes to reporting and analyzing they have a great dashboard showing you all the high end results you need, you can further breakdown these results with the detailed data provided. Included in their system is an email feature, also allowing companies to reach out to their current contact base when to promoting signing up.

Inconvénients

There are 3 points that are not necessarily what I like least but would be beneficial to have, a Partner feature for partnership sign up and management. The ability to payout commission straight from the system and allowing clients to review us.

Avantages

Ease of campaign set-up, especially using the AI toggle feature. Also, contact syncing and website pop-up features are of very high value to our business.

Inconvénients

Quite honestly, yet to encounter limitations. If anything, there are more features than we need.

I work in a digital marketing agency, and affiliate marketing is one of our businesses. We own several websites and earn from affiliate marketing, placing links to our clients, sending out newsletters, or other ways of communicating with users.

Before using the Referral Factory, the whole administrative part of the work was complicated and chaotic. Gathering everything under one umbrella was very challenging. Therefore, when I came across Referral Factory and tried it, I was pleased with how it improved our work and even increased the leads for most campaigns.

I liked that we could switch to email templates and customize them. Also, it can be promoted on social media, which is an excellent advantage for us.

As for AI, this technology is new, but I think it will work very well in the not-so-long future.

Inconvénients

As with any software, you must learn how to use it first. It is relatively easy, but if you need to connect through API or important contacts, don't hurry. Get support from the Referral Factory to save time while following the instructions. One more con: you cannot use your referral codes because they must be generated within the system. It is bad because some clients do not want to rely on third-party codes.

It was super simple and easy to use. Very easy to navigate. Everything is right at your fingertips. The "analytics" of your referral program make it easy to find areas where improvement is needed.

As a Shopify store [sensitive content hidden], we have a huge list of optional 3rd party apps available. With such a large and vast variety of apps for anything one needs to apply to their store, many of the apps offer competitive pricing. A typical Shopify store [sensitive content hidden] can't afford to buy every app, because each charge a monthly fee. I do find Referral Factory to be on the high side of the spectrum in monthly pricing.

It enables us to manage our lead tracking and rewards scheme quickly and easily.

Inconvénients

Occasionally the integration between Referral Factory and our CRM experiences a bit of a lag.

The setup was surprisingly easy and accurate using their AI tool. Getting our affiliates onboarded was just as easy as well, it generated the codes, links and emails. We are a service based business so we don't have a large affiliate network yet, but so far it's been easy to setup and use. Just glad to get away from manually updating and managing spreadsheets with deep insights into what's working for our business.

I didn't see any way to attribute referrals a commission based structure, but thankfully that's not our model. If you are using a commission payout I would contact support to see if your model works on the platform. They are always sending updates about what's coming soon, so it could be out already and we just don't have a need for it yet.

As mentioned in my review we had to use Zapier for multiple integrations. The only other con (which I think they're working on) is that I wish I could pay refferals via Paypal directly through their platform.

The dashboard of Referral Factory is clear and concise, you can easily access parts of the program you require. I found the software easy to use, the software was responsive and I appreciated features such as automatic email reminders and being able to promote on other platforms such as websites and/or blogs. The graphics were excellent, giving me a clear picture of how my referrals would be performing. The analytics feature was the feature I appreciated the most; it is clear to see how customers are responding to referrals allowing you to make changes to enhance the performance of your referrals. It is easy to link other accounts to Referrals Factory to optimize your experience and have everything you need in the same place. It is very easy to create a new campaign and is a quick experience. It would be easy to gain help or supporting using the platform due to the help option in the top right, and the chat function in the bottom right.

Inconvénients

It is difficult to answer this question as I was generally very satisfied with my experience. Potentially my feedback would be for some of the font/text to be larger in places/clearer colours.

Setting up a new campaign is pretty seamless - especially with the use of AI to help with the campaign configuration. Configuring rewards is easy, with a variety of incentive mechanisms.

In general, it is a very powerful, useful, easy-to-follow application for marketing officers to create referral programs. It can also provide appealing visitation and various metrics for you to make sure your campaigns are on track. I strongly recommend it!

Some of the UI for building campaigns is a bit strange to get used to. For example, I wasn't prompted to build the 'track your referrals' page as part of the campaign building process, and had to contact support to find out how to do it.

It would be nice to have a bit more flexibility in downloading data on filtered groups of users.

I appreciate the timely and helpful responses from their customer service team. They are always willing to discuss options and thoroughly review any concerns or questions I send their way.

There are some limitations when it comes to the formatting and set up of the referral forms themselves. It would be nice if we could set up conditional fields within the Referral Factory forms, but this is not a deal breaker for us as we've been able to find work arounds to this.

I liked it's ease-of-use, and also the fact that it integrated an AI assistant to help with the heavy-lifting and make campaign creation processes faster and smooth.

What I like most about the Referral Factory is that it is easy to use and navigate. It's so easy to set up and has all the necessary integrations. There are shareable links all set and ready once you are done. I also love how the reports and statistics are shown, it's easy to navigate through them and if you run multiple campaigns, they make it easy to understand showing the campaign that performs well than the others.

I would love to create unique referral codes but unfortunately, I was told that they are only auto-generated for now. So I hope they'll allow it soon but so far, so good!

What I liked the most is the fact that you can adjust the platform to your specific needs in a matter of seconds. Add any CRM you want, and easily set up a campaign (AI tools are integrated! Huge plus). I also really like the Rewards Dashboard, where you can your active rewards in one overview + the ones that are already issued or due so you can follow up. If you're looking for an up-to-date referral platform, look no further - Referral Factory has all vital necessities integrated.

I absolutely loved the campaign AI function that automatically generates a custom campaign for you based on your website - the branding, colours etc. It's a great time-saver and makes sure that, when you are short on time or inspiration, you can generate an on-brand, on-message campaign quickly and with ease.

Since we are freshly registered and have just begun to learn Referral Factory, it would be a luxury to have greater access to screen sharing and video conferencing to get us up and running. Unfortunately, that is only available with a higher level service plan (we have the Starter plan).

I do find myself having to create media libraries etc to simulate a dashboard which should really be standard with any affiliate program. Also the Hubspot integration also had some issues, which was clearly from my side in the end, but could have been avoided.

As a design focused marketer- some of the customisations we would have liked to make were not available- like having more control over the background image on the design and the mobile versions. This is minor though, and we were of course able to make a beautiful form with the constraints we faced.

I made the choice to hire a campaign manager and i don't regret it. It can look pricey but the return of investment was for me incredible as I never thought i can get so many referral starting from the first week. My Campaign Manager understood my business model and created a fine tuned campaign and customized communications which look very professional. She also gave me good insights to adjust my reward and incentive for my referral program to get more referrals and monitor my budget.

As someone who thought they knew what they needed, but didn't have any technical expertise, Referral Factory made it easy to see how I could set up a schema and link to Hubspot. My ideal referral system is complicated, as it is built around my belief that customers are more likely to buy from me if someone they know has referred them. In turn, this reinforces the awareness of my product (which is a course).

It took longer than I had planned to get set up - I thought it would be fairly simple and assumed I knew how to get it set up. I didn't have the technical expertise so everything took longer and there were lots of features to explore. Additional how-to videos would be useful for those like me. That said, support is great and they were quick to come to my assistance and get me back on track.

The website has a quite straightforward interface, making it easy to start your campaign right awat as you can utilize templates. Referral Factory has been supportive, providing us with insights into optimizing our referral program. Setting up the HubSpot integration for this SAAS product was very easy! I was surprised by how simple the process was. Immediately everything ran smoothly. Now I can easily manage multiple social media accounts, create and schedule posts in advance, and track my social media analytics at all times.

Didn't have any issues. But although it is easy to use, the connection is a little slower because you can connect only one integration at a time.

The HubSpot integration has been a huge asset for us. It has made it easy to track and manage our referral campaigns right within our CRM system. This has allowed us to measure the success of our campaigns more accurately and make data-driven decisions to optimize our efforts. While the software fulfills all our campaign needs, we would appreciate the ability to pay rewards to qualifying referrals directly through the platform. However, this is not a deal-breaker for us as we have been able to work around it.

When selling products to clients I really enjoy working with partners who have seamless integrations into their overall CRM tools such as Salesforce. Being able to work with their tech team and not involve the full development team saves time and money.
