The support is great, the tempates are simple and modern. In addition, it is the only offer I have found where you can also track "external" referral products (i.e. without direct payment via the tool). Within a few minutes you have your referral system ready.

Inconvénients

The review of some campaigns, but for the safety of users it has to be that way, so understandable and it didn't take too long.

Referral Factory provided what we needed for a program that could take away the manual chasing of lead status, referral rewards, and reporting.

There are some limitations that I think would help evolve the program to being a power house in the B2B2C market.

I loved how easy it was to set up and how many professional templates it came with. I don't like to spend a lot of time creating campaigns. All the templates the software came with made it very easy to quickly create the perfect campaign for my customers.

I don't have dislikes so far, it works for exactly what I need it for. It hasn't been difficult to set up or run the tooling.

Avantages

You can get started with your referral campaigns without much technical hassle, long production times and complicated integrations. The settings are so flexible that allow you to be very creative when it comes to coming up with campaign concepts.

When you first get into the platform, you might get a bit overwhelmed with the number of options for customization - requires a little bit of familiarity with how referral programs work - but even if you struggle, the team is always there to support you and your choices in a very timely and friendly manner

The ability to be integrated with Salesforce really boosted all the processes of business. The integration feature helped to use the Referal Factory for maximum and it helped to achieve the OKRs even faster. I am amazed by this integration!

What did you like least about Referral Factory?The solution requires charging customers to pay an additional fee in case of using the customer's own domain, so these are additional expenses.

When selling products to clients I really enjoy working with partners who have seamless integrations into their overall CRM tools such as Salesforce. Being able to work with their tech team and not involve the full development team saves time and money.

A downfall currently is no option to bulk delete people in my campaign function but we have been led to believe that this is in the pipeline.

The dashboard of Referral Factory is clear and concise, you can easily access parts of the program you require. I found the software easy to use, the software was responsive and I appreciated features such as automatic email reminders and being able to promote on other platforms such as websites and/or blogs. The graphics were excellent, giving me a clear picture of how my referrals would be performing. The analytics feature was the feature I appreciated the most; it is clear to see how customers are responding to referrals allowing you to make changes to enhance the performance of your referrals. It is easy to link other accounts to Referrals Factory to optimize your experience and have everything you need in the same place. It is very easy to create a new campaign and is a quick experience. It would be easy to gain help or supporting using the platform due to the help option in the top right, and the chat function in the bottom right.

Inconvénients

It is difficult to answer this question as I was generally very satisfied with my experience. Potentially my feedback would be for some of the font/text to be larger in places/clearer colours.

It's a very intuitive platform. Great management structure, with lots of options. You can manage the progress of each influencer and set up a rewards system!

You can't create your referral codes. It's not a big deal, but I hope they enable this in the future!

What I liked the most is the fact that you can adjust the platform to your specific needs in a matter of seconds. Add any CRM you want, and easily set up a campaign (AI tools are integrated! Huge plus). I also really like the Rewards Dashboard, where you can your active rewards in one overview + the ones that are already issued or due so you can follow up. If you're looking for an up-to-date referral platform, look no further - Referral Factory has all vital necessities integrated.

Easy to customise the look and feel of the form, with control over the typography, colours, even the sharpness of the angles on the boxes.

Customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful, whenever we've had issues or requests we've gotten personalised and helpful feedback quickly.

Inconvénients

As a design focused marketer- some of the customisations we would have liked to make were not available- like having more control over the background image on the design and the mobile versions. This is minor though, and we were of course able to make a beautiful form with the constraints we faced.

I was particularly impressed with the Hubspot integration, which was easy to set up and use. However, there are also many other integrations to choose from, making it a versatile tool for a wide range of businesses.Finally, the number of pre-built templates that can be customized and are ready to go live is a real time-saver. Regardless of your business niche, there is likely a template that will suit your needs. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the product and I would highly recommend it.

Referral Factory has been supportive, providing us with insights into optimizing our referral program. Setting up the HubSpot integration for this SAAS product was very easy! I was surprised by how simple the process was. Immediately everything ran smoothly. Now I can easily manage multiple social media accounts, create and schedule posts in advance, and track my social media analytics at all times.

Didn't have any issues. But although it is easy to use, the connection is a little slower because you can connect only one integration at a time.
