So far the team at yodeck should support a weekends support team and update their FAQ dynamically in order to answer most of the customers questions and not leave these from granted, I couldn't find an answer to one question I got in the weekend and had to wait to next available working week day.

Setting it up is a bit tricky at first since you have to read a lot to understand how it works. But once you do, it’s super easy. I didn’t know I needed to buy a device, but it’s definitely worth it.

It has a multitude of tools for a small business to advertise both photos and videos and can display the widgets that show weather and local info.

I love how easy it is to get up and running and how many features it has. The support is also awesome! I have asked questions and have answers back in less than an hour. I have brought forward issues and again the Yodeck team has been fantastic at fixing them.

I would love it if more of my team members could put together content, but that's not a Yodeck problem.

I love the UI and how easy it is to manage multiple screens. I have multiple stores so Yodeck makes it simple to manage them all.

The yodeck box sometimes turns off and its complicated for employees to reboot it.

Yodeck is super easy and cost effective! I've used other products that cost a lot more and YoDeck is very comparable for the price!

Yodeck lacks a features of the significantly more expensive versions such as being able to have multiple zones on the same screen but for the price that is completely acceptable

The backend of Yodeck is intuitive, flexible and has great feature library which is easy to navigate and use. Staff with limited technical knowledge are easy to train up due to the well thought-out and considered interface.

Layouts can sometimes be hard to align items easily. Some kind of ruler, or alignment tool would be helpful.

Het is een mooi overzichtelijk platform met alles wat je nodig hebt om een mooi digitaal scherm te maken. Ik maak merendeels een afbeelding of een mp4 die ik dan upload. simpel en snel.

Inconvénients

Het minste is dat er helaas maar 1 scherm gratis is ;-)

Slight learning curve to figuring out how to make everything work but it wasn’t too bad. I like how scalable the platform is. If I want to turn this into a business I could for very little overhead.

Inconvénients

I don’t like the name. As a customer I just happened to stumble across it, but the name doesn’t indicate what the platform does or who should use it. I would have liked to saved tons of research time by having your platform stand out a little more with a logical name. I know it sounds silly, but that is the truth.

the best of the best. Once it is set up everything else is super easy. Save you so much time when you need to publish something in your business. You only need to get what you want to show on your display.

Probably the setup process. How to set up the displays and the time frame these will be showing content.
