my flipdish app has just made ordering for my customers so much easier!

Avantages
I like that I get emails to notify me if orders have come in, so I don't miss orders even when I'm out on the road.
Inconvénients
There is nothing really , the only small thing I would say is it would be handy if you could update delivery & collection in one go but other than that I'm finding the system a great asset to my company

It has to be available in apple app soon in Spain, we need a close shop bottom if we have too many orders

Quick responding, friendly staff
Easy to use, easy to update and edit, responsive team.
Avantages
Allows my customers to go from address to order completion in a very few amount of clicks. Easy to edit and update menu items.
Inconvénients
We have not experienced any major issues with this software.

There's nothing really that displeases me about the software. I think it's great. If I was forced to pick a con., maybe a reduction in fees.

Flexible, unique, easy to use
Avantages
Great to have takeout software integrated into our own website.
Easy to use forums that allow you to alter products, discounts etc - great flexibility.
Customer service has been second to none - Rep is a credit to the company.
Inconvénients
Increased focus on the chefs notes on the printed order docket would be beneficial.
We hope for the software to become integrated into our captiva POS as promised.

The switch was easy and smooth. The guys have been great and very personable to deal with. Let's hope the customer usage keeps growing from here!

Ease of use, clarity and customer service.
Inconvénients
Nothing to do the software it's really good. Strategies to move and convince an audience to use the app could be something to work on. We're able to manage this but maybe other customers aren't able to attract the audience.

Great experience!
The charges for the services are lower than the other operators, the invoice is clear and my customers haven't had any problem in making the order. I've increased the orders in the past weeks, overall is a pleasure working with flipdish.
Avantages
It's easy to use, the orders arrive as soon as the customers send them. I'm happy with this sistema so far.
Inconvénients
No problem at all. Everything works just fine.

FlipDish have got my company set up and selling on-line quickly and relatively cheaply. They are focused on sales volume to realise their income rather than charging me big set up costs. This means our goals are aligned and we are in this together as a team.
Avantages
Ease of use for the customer, visually appealing, easy for client to update products them selves.
Inconvénients
There should be a standard template for the information to initially set up menus and products.

flipdish is what we need.
I am researching apps for one of my clients. They are re-building their restaurant during the virus and this is the best one.

very easy online ordering system. i can change it up fast. i can keep track of orders and the things my customer wants.

so far I haven't had any snags. still in the research stages. customer service was in need of improvement.

I am not very tech savvy, but Flipdish makes me feel like I know what I am doing.
Less phone calls and people order more.
Avantages
I started using Flipdish for my one restaurant. We are located in a rural town so I wasn't sure that it would work too well for my customers, but it did. The phone rings less and less and orders go straight into the pos which is really nice.

Absolutely Superb Product
I needed my own branded app and website to allow my customers to order food from me directly. Flipdish built it and within 1 week they were in the app store and live. The orders came once I started telling my customers. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner.

V positive. User friendly software. Rep & the team v helpful with any queries I had.
Information regarding customer purchases in a clear and simple table - e.g.. App downloads/average customer spend etc.
Avantages
While the flipdish dashboard is very easy to navigate and I could access any reports I needed, the flipdish team are always on hand to answer or assist with anything I needed.
Inconvénients
No cons to the flipdish software - had an issue with menu formatting. This was resolved within the hour by the team.

Positive and helpful customer support. There was trouble integrating the software with our demo account and I was able to resolve the problem swiftly.

I let it analyze my sales of the groceries and see which factor affect the sale.
Avantages
This is a very user friendly app which helps run your business from sales report to coupons. It takes the load off of your daily business routine and helps prepare and analyze reports like you intend it to.
Inconvénients
Sometimes reports are longer and may get cumbersome and you will have to filter it to what you need.
