Simple one button documents
We went from 16 Excel templates to one button, auto selects the correct contact and sends it via Conga Sign to the client
Avantages
You, as admin get a powerful tool to create templates for your users. Your users get a 1 button solution to send complicated documents with ease.
Inconvénients
Not great for small business as there are license minimums

Support team
Avantages
The support team is amazing. Beth was super helpful at connect.
Inconvénients
When I get an error message I have a hard time figuring out the error. It’s often an extra space or character.

The standard for documentation creation in Salesforce
I recommend Conga to all my clients and each project has been a success. The success is based on a combination of the product and your support team; I've had to engage the support guys on all projects
Avantages
Conga has a deep feature list, so even if clients start off with a simple requirement such as quote or contract creation, they can add more sophisticated features or complimentary Conga products over time
Inconvénients
As a consultant, I find the merge queries to be very time consuming to get right

Great Document Generation with Salesforce Infomation
Avantages
The ability to merge information from Salesforce into a document (Word template) makes it very easy to be able to send out contracts as well as give customers status updates on Projects.
Inconvénients
Nothing, it is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

Like Optiv, but we need more.
Avantages
Its integration with Salesforce is its finest attribute. I can finally map Account and Opportunity objects!
Inconvénients
Not enough options for customization allowed on existing templates (ie editing or changing names, creating custom buttons, etc).

A useful tool
Avantages
Conga allows us to quickly and easily turn our Salesforce data into documents. This makes our reporting process much more efficient, rather than copying and pasting everything!
Inconvénients
It can be hard to create and edit the templates.

Honestly, I did not like anything about it.

Pain to use, way too many steps to complete a document.
