L'utilisation de ce logiciel est très important et fiable car ça permet le contrôle des documents et la gestion des capacités de suivi des des fichiers. Ça facilite également la gestion des droits numérique et la salle des données virtuelle.

Inconvénients

Ce logiciel nous aide beaucoup dans les entreprises et qui n'a jamais d'inconvénient. Je suis vraiment ravi de l'utiliser et je recommande vivement aux autres.

Avantages

It was user-friendly, full of useful features even at a basic level and easy to deploy. I especially liked how this is available on a browser and not an additional software to install.

The interface could be modernized and buttons made more "visible".

There isn't much wrong with the product at all except it is slightly expensive for what you get. They could add another room or two to the standard price.

The most important features are the secure and organized way to share documentation with counterparties under NDA agreement. I found it easy but not all the teams and counterparties, I exercised using it because I was selected and inserted as owner so it is easier working on it always at the need daily nearly. Instead we can insert a reduced number of co-owner and to add them it is expensive.

I think it improved and I could and will improve progressively, I trust in this working for a Fintech.

Avantages

We house all our training resources for our E-Learning program on Digify.com. Our business depends on ensuring our students are not giving away our resources to others or the web. We use Digify to register our students to the materials, and Digify sends them verification codes to help keep our materials secure. We also can customize our watermark by having the participants email address as the watermark, so if any of our resources are leaked on the web, we know who did it. Getting help from a customer service rep is super easy with the chat feature. And I love the new changes the continue to make to make their site even better!

Inconvénients

There have been a few features that I wish were available, but after talking to customer service I learned that it's impossible for them to do it. So, I can't hold that against them.

Easy to send one-off files securely vs having to create new data rooms every time

Inconvénients

1. Ability to permission a lot of users within our organization - before giving any of our employees access, we need to allocate licenses to them and then , causing friction in the system.
2. The levels of administrator access are not intuitive - would be helpful to use more intuitive names to describe what each levels are able to do (view only, permission others, control content and permission others, etc)

Avantages

As a start up, we needed a quick, simple and safe way to give investors access to our corporate documents for the due diligence process. After trying via sharepoint and via Blackberry workspaces (none of which worked without an army of IT folks) I had literally had 24 hours to source and set up a VDR and found Digify and the set up and support was quick and professional and I got it done on time and have been using it since exclusively.

Inconvénients

I only wish there was a means to search by guest from the home page and quickly find which room the guest has access to and what their access history is.

Digify is easy to use and feature rich, and is a much better value for the money than a previous provider we used in the past.

Inconvénients

I would like to be able to add an occasional account user to the account without having to purchase an additional license. Additional reporting features would also be beneficial.

Avantages

I have found the Digify Data Room system, easy to use and configure.
We now run multiple data rooms for various purposes and the management of these is simple.

I have also asked Digify to consider a number of tweaks to the system and have found them to be responsive to my suggestions.

Inconvénients

Operationally wise there are No big issues.
I would like the facility to store a suite of preset messages that get sent when establishing new users for different purposes within the system itself.
I'd also like the ability to email all users connected to an individual Data Room from within the system.

Avantages

The best element of this software is the ease of getting started, support of their services team, and price point. They have continued to exceed our expectations as we share IP and other elements with our customers.

Inconvénients

Our biggest challenges is tied to our explicit offering and the need for a closed ecosystem. Digify more than exceed expectations for a third party provider.

Avantages

-Ability to drag and drop large numbers of files from computer
-Makes collaboration with external parties really easy - doesn't usually have firewall issues, etc.
-Like the feature of being able to expire data rooms
-Secure file sending is really helpful
-For due diligence purposes, it is very helpful to see viewer data and stats
-Help desk is extremely responsive

Inconvénients

-An integration to Google drive would be awesome!
-We are working on an API integration to be able to upload files automatically - not sure how that is going to work yet

Avantages

We liked the analytics and tiered level of dataroom access.
Most importantly we liked the signing of our confidentiality agreement on the way in.

Inconvénients

It's a high price against platforms when compared to other platforms like docsend where we are given heavy discounts as a VC and accelerator.

The Digify software is very easy to use for the administrative side and for our customers to login and use the data we make available to them.

That the software is not Free. I do not have any cons with the software.

Avantages

In addition to the ease of use and reliability of the software, Digify has multiple applications. In my organization, we do lots of remote testing for students. The ability to send students Digify links for their exams which terminate at a set time is invaluable.

Inconvénients

Honestly, as far as our organization is concerned, the biggest drawback was the inability to set certain custom expiration times. However, Digify's team was amazing in addressing this need!
