1. Easy integration and APIs provided for integration using integromat, IFTTT
2. Free trial for 5 pipes that enabled our small team to try it out and make a presentation to the management
3. Custom process flow and automation tools for trigerring mails and notifications

Inconvénients

1. A major hurdle in convincing the management was the standalone cost for pipefy which was per user. In the gambit of tools available like atlassian tools. A standalone tool though extremely superior, falls short because of lack of other tools like wiki, chat etc., that comes packaged together.
2. Reports - Though they are customizable, charts and report templates would surely help in competing similar products

Avantages

Unlike Trello and other similar softwares, on Pipefy you can customize the interface for your specifc need. Though, the best part is the automation without third-parties which can really accelerate your work.

Inconvénients

As a Brazilian user, the worst part for me is the value for money, considering the company is also Brazilian but charges only in US dollar, which makes it somewhat expensive.

Avantages

The software looks good and functions well. I see the ability to manage and track multiple items and jobs. The ability to lock a task until certain milestones have been met was a nice feature. Automatic alerts when things were coming due

No ability to mass start projects
No ability to us and/or on report
Filtering felt clunky

We ended up going back to Smartsheet becuase of the above cons and the ability to match the above pros as well

Estética. Pouca customização visual. Relatórios pouco completos e complexos de serem criados.

The UI is great, services team was very helpful. Automation is a great feature as well as the reporting capabilities and email triggers.

Inconvénients

One limitation which was the missing link for us. The Database feature just is ready for primetime yet. It's not easy to integrate and import is limited to create only. no import/update available and no bulk delete. Without these things, we couldn't use the database feature which was a requirement for us.

Avantages

To be honest, it looks like Pipefy has some great features, but I only needed one: to create a simple, easy checklist for repeating tasks.

Inconvénients

It was not immediately clear what to do to create a process/checklist, and even after searching it was much easier to use the other software I had been considering.

It is very robust, has a huge range of templates, many options to customize, with forms, checklists, adding teams and integrations with other applications.

Inconvénients

As it is a very complete solution, it took us a while to understand where to find some tools, because we had a simpler need.

Kiss flow - a little bit different focus of application. Ramco - actually, is. Primary in use, but totally not user-friendly and not flexible for adaptation to business needs.
