First time using this
So far I have a positive experience but I havent used it at all
Avantages
I like that it was easy to use, I got text and email links for a video call so I got options to use
Inconvénients
Its a very bright display I dont know If a "dark mode" is available but it would help

Avantages
I just wanted to compliment my teacher and counselor [sensitive content hidden] for all support and time that she has taken to help guide me in a positive direction and sharing the tools that I saw obviously needed to make it through this sobriety. She has been very lenient and persistent at the same time teaching me responsibility and consequences due to my actions. I’m very thankful for this support group and most of all [sensitive content hidden]. I really like how she works with me on helping me understand some of the steps in this regimen and I hope that y’all see though genuine care in her as I do thank you very much Christopher Rodgers.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I get booted off when there’s a phone call that comes in during the session and I’m not sure how to turn it off make it where they don’t come in and boot me out of the class and then I have to read login and all that

Blunt truth
I will prefer not to use it.
Avantages
I used it only because I was forced to for a telemedicine appointment. It allowed me to complete the appointment.
Inconvénients
Yes! It could be less invasive! It could allow the use of hyphenated names. It could give a bit more choice and context. I just wanted to get an appointment set up and completed in a timely manner. I don't want yet another software "relationship" that reduces my control over my personal, sensitive information and potentially multiplies my exposure to hacking, misuse, or abuse!

Mend counseling really helps
Plesant and effective. Not much more to say
Avantages
Easy.to use. Secure. Allows me to meet from the comfort of my home.
Inconvénients
Sometimes there are connection issues. I also widh it would tell me if my provider us running late instead of me just waiting without knowing.

Incredible listener , incredible advice
Avantages
[sensitive content hidden] really listened, and that meant a lot to me.. I’ve been holding onto past traumas, and I feel he’s perfect for me to open up to. It just depends on pricing because I’m really struggling financially.
Inconvénients
[sensitive content hidden] listened to me, and complimented me on my level of awareness, willingness to open up , and he is going to try everything to figure out a way for me to take classes without it hurting my pockets.. 10 out of 5 stars for him!

Top Tier Care
It was a great first time experience. The Doctor provided Stellar care. It felt like we built a rapport over the phone. If I had an opportunity to have her as my Doctor I feel like my care would be in great hands.
Avantages
I felt the care come through the phone. I felt that the Doctor really genuinely cared for my Wellness.
Inconvénients
Simply, that it was over the phone. I’m I’ve never done virtual care and much prefer person to person…but in this case it was a great experience.

Feeling Fantastic!!!!
Speaking with [sensitive content hidden] is fantastic because she is genuinely concerned about my health. I follow the recommendations and my results are fantastic. The best part is that I feel so much better!
Avantages
Mend is extremely easy to use and I think it's an excellent tool to use for appointments!
Inconvénients
I absolutely have nothing bad to say about utilizing Mend. It's an absolute great way to communicate with the patients.

Thankful and grateful
Appreciate all the help I’m getting! I am so so so so need and to know that there is a group that has my back is an espresso positive and reassuring I can’t even describe….

I am appreciating the ease to get mental health help… Though there has been some rocky parts pertaining to my ADHD… Everyone has come together to make sure I am taken care of so far
Inconvénients
I had a bad experience with trying to get my ADHD medicine figured out meaning I had to meet with the doctor and get that scheduled and I was told that that wouldn’t be possible at first… But it all got figured out so I’m grateful however it did cause me, extreme anxiety

Overall very positive. So glad someone figured out a way to make this type of technology be HIPAA compliant.
Avantages
That, when I am my most depressed and least able to get out of bed but in MOST need of seeing my therapist, Mend allows me to do that therapy from my bed. I am incredibly grateful.
Inconvénients
The slightly more noticeable (than in other video calling software) lag in transference of sound which, especially in group settings, causes a lot of unnecessary talking-over-each-other

This service was finally offered to me months after trying to get my psychiatrist appt moved from August to April. Then my [sensitive content hidden] appointment was moved back to [sensitive content hidden]. Mind you i had been needing in since April. [sensitive content hidden] was the lifeline I needed and she helped me without judging me.
Avantages
Convenient, easy, i feel like it was a high quality session even over video. I got more compassion from [sensitive content hidden] then my last in person psychiatrist visit.
Inconvénients
Showing my face. I hatr crying when others can see me. I dont care pretty.

It is good my doctor that i was linked with seemed to have been linked with me based on the type of person i could interact with better idk if that was the case but i got a good doctor

My doctor, and the ability he showed to keep me feeling positive about everything involved

Sometimes its not easy speaking with the newer employees that answer the phones to shedule new appointments, i used to be able to be redirected immediately to a nice nurse for rescheduling now that isnt done

Great experience
Overall great experience with the nurse and the doctors I would definitely recommend them !

The provider dr.potter was so caring and supportive made sure I got seen and her nurse personally called me to check on me that is amazing and I really feel like they care
About me and my recovery!

Good experience i like how easy it is to use an communication with ur physician. I like how it has easy steps to follow. An saves some information privately

Its easy too use very helpful. Easy to speak with yout physician and nice to talk an see someone in real time. Not just a recorderd or prerecorderd video.

I dont like the video at beginning where it repeats same info. I also understand that some edlery may need itr r epeated if they know how to use it.

Awesomeness
I loved it. Thank you mend for allowing me to get help with my mental health.
Avantages
The privacy of my own home. Being a mother of multiple children its always so hard to go into the office. Thank goodness for this being mental health is needed but not every mother wants to bring all there children along.
Inconvénients
Had nothing i didnt like. This is trule so convenient.

Behavioral Health Therapist
My therapist, [sensitive content hidden]
was amazing and she helped me turn my life around from being impulsive, risk taking, depressive, moody, and anxiety driven to a clean, healthy, positive life so I could be a better support for my wife and child.
Avantages
The ease of use for meeting with my therapist weekly.
Inconvénients
Signing the agreements every time. I feel like once is enough for that. Also, the mend birthday entry didn’t allow autofill.

Mend Review
It's been a game changer when it comes to visiting with a doctor and has caused less stress.
Avantages
I appreciate how time efficient Mend is. I enjoyed hearing about my test results through a Zoom like conference.
Inconvénients
My microphone wasn't working, which is odd because it worked with everything else that needs a microphone.

Yearly health visit.
It was a pleasant experience, nurse was nice, receptive and easy to work with.
Avantages
Easy to use, lady I worked with was very easy to talk with, she was quite pleasant, and laughed at some of my silliness.
Inconvénients
I have no earthly idea what this is going to cost. It was a requirement by my new insurance, Wellcare. I know absolutely nothing about Wellcare, but it was recommended by an insurance agent, Becky, over the phone. So my biggest complaint is I don't know what the hell this was for except a yearly checkup, I have no idea what it is going to cost or who is going to pay for it. No one prepared me for working with Wellcare.
