Mend est une solution cloud de communication pour les soins de santé qui permet aux patients et fournisseurs de se connecter et de partager des fichiers, des messages, des évaluations, des photos et des données.
Les utilisateurs et les fournisseurs peuvent utiliser des outils de visioconférence et de chat en direct sur leurs ordinateurs de bureau ou appareils mobiles. La solution propose des services de messagerie, visioconférence et partage de fichiers conformes à la loi HIPAA. Les utilisateurs peuvent partager des informations avec les patients ou en interne via une interface de type glisser-déposer afin de télécharger des fichiers et d'inviter des patients à un chat au moyen de liens par e-mail.

First time using this
So far I have a positive experience but I havent used it at all
Avantages
I like that it was easy to use, I got text and email links for a video call so I got options to use
Inconvénients
Its a very bright display I dont know If a "dark mode" is available but it would help

Mend counseling really helps
Plesant and effective. Not much more to say
Avantages
Easy.to use. Secure. Allows me to meet from the comfort of my home.
Inconvénients
Sometimes there are connection issues. I also widh it would tell me if my provider us running late instead of me just waiting without knowing.

Blunt truth
I will prefer not to use it.
Avantages
I used it only because I was forced to for a telemedicine appointment. It allowed me to complete the appointment.
Inconvénients
Yes! It could be less invasive! It could allow the use of hyphenated names. It could give a bit more choice and context. I just wanted to get an appointment set up and completed in a timely manner. I don't want yet another software "relationship" that reduces my control over my personal, sensitive information and potentially multiplies my exposure to hacking, misuse, or abuse!

Overall very positive. So glad someone figured out a way to make this type of technology be HIPAA compliant.
Avantages
That, when I am my most depressed and least able to get out of bed but in MOST need of seeing my therapist, Mend allows me to do that therapy from my bed. I am incredibly grateful.
Inconvénients
The slightly more noticeable (than in other video calling software) lag in transference of sound which, especially in group settings, causes a lot of unnecessary talking-over-each-other

Love Mend Telehealth Communication!
I’ve used it for years, and it’s been consistently excellent!
Avantages
Excellent form of communication that is very convenient for someone like myself who is limited by disabilities, modes of transport, and financial resources, especially in senior years.
Inconvénients
The viewing screen doesn’t expand to a full screen dimension.

Avantages
Easy to use best virtual session medically i have ever experienced.
I have tried virtual psychotherapy psychiatrist primary doctors and not satisfied with my experience. This is working for me. But could also be because I'm not depressed anymore ?
Inconvénients
I don’t know. I haven't had much experience with virtual. I usually prefer in person, probably because of my age? Modern technology sure makes life easier sometimes!!

Very Helpful Resource

Great experience
Overall great experience with the nurse and the doctors I would definitely recommend them !
Avantages
The provider dr.potter was so caring and supportive made sure I got seen and her nurse personally called me to check on me that is amazing and I really feel like they care
About me and my recovery!

My thoughts an opinions
I feel a lot better im moving forward an taking the steps i need to to better myself an my life for me an my children to be in my life everyday
Avantages
I didnt have to worry about the anxiety of going around other people in an office or how im goin to get there an back or waiting to be seen.
Inconvénients
I couldnt hear very well i had to hold the phone to my ear so i wasnt on the video so i wasnt able to make eye contact and talk to my counselor.

Great customer service but poor technology quality
Tech needs major improvement, but communication was superb.
Avantages
Customer service comfortability, documenting and charting appropriately, specific questions asked and answered, clarifications understood, flexibility to adjust scheduling; very personable.
Inconvénients
Terms of services - use of Telehealth only available through consent, though terms state the patients info is not fully protected via emails and texts msg.
Also, poor video quality - made it slightly uncomfortable not being able to see myself on the screen, as well as barely any visibility of the person I spoke with due to being an almost microscopic size.

It is good my doctor that i was linked with seemed to have been linked with me based on the type of person i could interact with better idk if that was the case but i got a good doctor

Sometimes its not easy speaking with the newer employees that answer the phones to shedule new appointments, i used to be able to be redirected immediately to a nice nurse for rescheduling now that isnt done

Bumpy at first, but after settling into your system and finding a practitioner who is clearly taking care of me has been magic.
Avantages
The continuity with [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful. I am finding her to be an excellent practitioner and I am very grateful for her approach to my medication management and general wellbeing.
Inconvénients
Honestly, I am so grateful for this assistance, I have no complaints. I don't even know how I would or could improve this service at present. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Avantages
Clear reception once we were able to establish the connection. Mend did help us work out the issue.
Inconvénients
The initial connection took some time to resolve. 5 minutes. I feel if this portal was open to enter at least 10 minutes before the meeting this issues could have not interfered with the meeting time.

Good experience i like how easy it is to use an communication with ur physician. I like how it has easy steps to follow. An saves some information privately

Its easy too use very helpful. Easy to speak with yout physician and nice to talk an see someone in real time. Not just a recorderd or prerecorderd video.
Inconvénients
I dont like the video at beginning where it repeats same info. I also understand that some edlery may need itr r epeated if they know how to use it.

Incredibly effective help by world class, caring health care providers.
Avantages
I like being able to have an appointment wherever I happen to be at that moment; in the car, at home, etc. Also my provider [sensitive content hidden] is incredible at what she does. In my opinion, getting to work with someone who cares as deeply about her patients as [sensitive content hidden] does has been a life-changing experience for me. I would recommend [sensitive content hidden] to anyone who might be seeking help in this way.

I cant think of a single thing about this service that I would change.

Good way to seek and find help

Mend Review
It's been a game changer when it comes to visiting with a doctor and has caused less stress.
Avantages
I appreciate how time efficient Mend is. I enjoyed hearing about my test results through a Zoom like conference.
Inconvénients
My microphone wasn't working, which is odd because it worked with everything else that needs a microphone.

There is a bit of 'redundancy' to getting on with [sensitive content hidden] this first time. I'm guessing it will all sort out going forward

Seems like a pretty good system. [sensitive content hidden] seems to be a very good therapist. We had a good session I think (I did all the talking!).
Inconvénients
Nothing I can think of. A bit too busy before this first visit but it is probably actually good, because it insures that I show up!

Best Clinic ever!
5 stars! from the person who took my call, the assistant to the doctor and the doctor. When you feel so rotten, it's nice to have people with a smile and kindness. Your clinic is fairly close to where I live and they always work hard to get you seen.
Avantages
Everyone is helpful and kind. Also they got me in so quick (this time, virtual).

1st Session
Great so far. Just the beginning. I gave [sensitive content hidden] a lot of background about what I am trying to resolve and the future outcome.
Avantages
So far so good! 1st session. Easy to sign on and the same time next week which is great for my schedule and convenient.
Inconvénients
Nothing so far about what we spoke about tonight. Next week we can ask more questions of each other on how this works and see some solid results.
