Avantages

Everything! From the ease of use, all the way into how easily we could manage/edit/change everything! I have honestly been on both sides of using this app, within the health / home care settings! It’s great all the way around, from both points of view!

Unknown. No answer. Nothing to complain about or no dislikes come to mind initially!

I really liked the scheduling feature and the onboardinh payroll features. Also the chat was great.

Sometimes the app wouldn't show that someone had privately messaged - group chats always showed up though so it was a bit odd

Homebase is a easy to use timeclock and scheduler that makes it simple for employees to punch in and out. The communication system allows employees to request time off, switch shifts and communicate with in the app. There are a lot of nice features in this software.

I have no major complaints about Homebase. The only thing I would suggest is that the user to be able to copy the schedule month to month so you don't have to put it in manually each week or month.

I pretty much love everything about the software. I like that you got even if say the Internet is down we still can access it you can access it on a computer a tablet or a phone so there are no excuses of keeping old-time cards by handwriting.

The software is very easy to use, very easy to customize. I always have our schedule in my hand because it's on my phone. I'm able to most everything on my phone that I can do on my laptop. New staff have no difficulty navigating through the functions. Has made my life so much better

In the beginning there were some little kinks that I had to figure out, like some functions I can't see on the monthly view that I can see on the weekly view, but any questions I had were found on the help tab or my chatting with Homebase staff.

How easy friendly to use, can communicate with staff and changes are not difficult.When I have had issue, the support is great and is done in a timely matter.

Not being able to print out a 2 week schedule that is easy to see on 1 page.

My coffee shops use Homebase for all our scheduling. It is the perfect software! It is cost effective- the free version has all the necessary features. We also use it for own employees to clock in/clock out. You can send messages to your team and see who has read them. I highly recommend you check out Homebase if you are in any sort of business.

Every once in a while the time clock will be glitchy. The manager can correct these discrepancies from with in the app, you just have to keep an eye out.

REASON WE WENT WITH HOMEBASE WAS BECAUSE OF THE BUILT IN EMAIL TO STAFF FEATURE. WE HAD THIS IN OUR OLD SYSTEM AND WOULD NOT SWITCH UNTIL WE COULD FIND THIS EMAIL TO STAFF FEATURE.

SOME DAYS IT SEEMS WHEN THE INTERNET GETS OVERWHELMED WITH FOLKS LOGGING IN THAT MY PREFERENCE OF PHONE#/LOGIN PATH CAN GET LATE IN SENDING OUT THE TEXT MESSAGE # NEEDED TO PROGRESS. MOST OF THE TIME IT IS QUICK, THEN OTHER TIME IS SEEMS TO GET LOST (TAKES OVER 5 SECONDS VS. INSTANT).

the ease in talking with co-workers and trading shifts is so eay. knowing a new scedule is put out and the notifications an hour before my shift really help .

others can not see your achivments, and i am on 2 schedules and i cant mix them so when looking at the monthly page i have to switch back and forth to see what days im where.

Home ase was so easy to use and has so many features that enhance your user experience! It would send reminders on the days you were scheduled and would remind you to clock out at the end of the day. Messaging through it was so easy and made all coworkers very accessible!

The software would sometimes lag behind but always caught up quickly!

The layout of the schedule makes it easy to see at a glance where staff are scheduled and their availability.

I would love to be able to repeat shifts (weekly, Bi weekly, Monthly) per shift/employee. Right now you can only repeat/copy an entire week. Being able to repeat shifts would save me hours of input.

It makes scheduling so easy! I can see all the schedules for all locations!!! Changes are fast and simple to make! Absolutely love this software!

I can’t say there are many cons to the software. One thing I don’t like is when someone else posts the schedule but chooses not to alert anyone....I don’t like surprises and that happens. That feature alone is my only complaint

Avantages

I love the fact that it's phone user friendly. I can track where the employees are and fix times as I need to without having to log on to a computer.

Inconvénients

When you are fixing times, for example; clocking someone out at 2:30 PM, it will change to 2:31 PM and I have to go back in a second time to fix it. Also I wish when we are looking up times under the timesheets tab, that it would show the notes the employees write to the manager so that we can see what we need to review.

Employees are able to clock in and out from their phones and are able to manage their own accounts (I don't have to reset passwords, etc.)

Inconvénients

Employees often complain that their clock outs "don't save" from their phone, but I think it's generally user error. Sometimes there is a lag when clocking in and out.

The software is easy to use, organized well and loads fast.

There is nothing I do not like about this software.
