triggers were tough to understand. could not use them at all. many times our emails did not go but we did not know why. we talked to customer support and they were always available to answer. they supported us really well. they would get back in a few hours. they would consult on phone. very very good support.

Avantages

Support staff of SendX are considerably good, Setting up drip campaigns is very easy also import/export contacts and setup campaigns are extremely easy, training available for new users. i put this software onto the top in my priority list.

Inconvénients

The staff of SendX has done an excellent job in order to build such an amazing platform. some little bugs at times is the only disappointment, while my experience using this software is amazing.

I signed up for a monthly subscription as I run a very small business and their price point v. features was appealing.

Inconvénients

After I had already paid for the first month and set up an initial campaign, I tried to log into my account two days later. I was continuously rerouted back to the sign-in page with no error messages. I reset my password twice, and still, the problem persisted. I then reached out to customer service who told me that my account was not approved and had been removed. There was ZERO communication about the decision to not approve my account, nor any reason provided AND my money has not been returned.

For context, I run a small health and wellness practice and was looking for a system to send out a monthly newsletter, so I don't understand why my account did not pass their "checks". Unprofessional service and terrible customer service. Pay $2/mo more and use a better service.

Avantages

The thing I liked most about the software was how simple it was to set up and use. The staff using the software is on the less technical side, so I appreciated how quickly it was ready to go live right out of the box.

Inconvénients

My biggest complaint about the software is that the portal can be very slow to load.

Avantages

It has a very simple drag-and-drop interface that allows you to create a very fast email. An added value is that it can show you how the email will look on a smartphone and on the desktop.

Inconvénients

There is not much to say in this regard. Maybe for people who do not send many emails it would be good to have a cheaper or perhaps free plan; something like an introductory plan for small businesses.

Support was responsive and the software is mostly intuitive.

I don't use it too frequently as I was part of the team that set it up for our marketing team.
