Easy and friendly system
It is a pleasant journey, no stress
Avantages
The whole experience is easy with Travel Perk, the website is friendly and switch between search is quite easy, the offer given is also good, and the range of prices normally very good.
Inconvénients
Sometimes we need to refresh the system do not lose information, sometimes take a bit longer to confirm availability and right at the end of the process I need to refresh.

Best Travel booking tool out there!
I absolutely love TravelPerk! It was a super easy implementation and easy to use as an end-user.
Avantages
User experience is just like that of an Expedia or Kayak. So easy to use and filter flights or hotels just to see exactly what you want to be available. The ability to change plans is super easy and can be done from the app. Administrative abilities are super easy as well! Oh it's also SUPER CHEAP!
Inconvénients
The thing i like the least is that it is a European software so everything is in 24 hours and Euros and that has to be changed by the individual in their settings. i receive more questions about that than I do anything else. I wish I could just go in and fix for them.

Easy and time saving for booking trip for yourself and other team members

It’s the better way to check train, flight, hotels availability with few clicks
Inconvénients
There are not a complete lists of train to booking vs official train sites. Sometimes the number of trips available are less than the ones pubblished on official platforms

First impressions
For the user, the tool is very intuitive, great usability, very easy to use without training.For the travel manager, the tool has many configurable policies that guarantee control and compliance.Customer care service is fast and efficient.

First time using TravelPerk
Great it took a lot of pressure for me as I was expecting to find everything by myself however travelperk made it more accessible and the information provided is awesome I was informed and reminded about stuff even before time which when doing large flights is highly appreciated
Avantages
My experience was great. I had all the information I needed from the beginning. never had any issue
Inconvénients
At the end when trying to make the check in I consulted a part in the app that summarized everything but the flight number. However this was just a minor issue as I only had to close the window to view more information about my flight

Happy end user
Avantages
We can easily book each element of our business travel in one convenient app. We can see what is in policy and what not.
Inconvénients
On flights I was not able to select seat. Also some flights were missing and I had to book directly

very easy to use, the customer service is very efficient and fast

Easy travel bookings
Easy search of a connection and fast approval process, which is mandatory in my company
Avantages
I was able to book a trip very easily, according to my wishes and ideas.Searching for the optimal connection came directly.My manager immediately got the release request, which makes it very easy.
Inconvénients
My first train connection was then no longer available and it created confusion for my manager and me - perhaps more a problem at Deutsche Bahn AG

Flexibility for your business trips
TravelPerk allows for flexibility on travel dates and centralizes the process to make it easier and more efficient. As the company gets charged, it eliminates the need for reimbursments, avoiding a problem and manual work.
Avantages
Its easy to use. Prices are no different than on a regular site comparisons page.
There is an integration Calendar and Expensify meaning there is less manual work required.
Its free.
Inconvénients
The mobile app is a bit limited. It should offer more functionalities.
Also, you cant book trains, only planes for now.

Easy process and the tool is very user friendly. Updates are in place as well.

The concierge part, it is not working properly. Per your support there was a known issue with approving airbnb bookings.
