Ce que j'apprécie le plus dans Asana, ce sont ses fonctionnalités de collaboration intuitives qui facilitent la coordination des équipes et la gestion des projets de manière efficace.

Inconvénients

Ce que j'apprécie le moins dans Asana, c'est parfois la complexité de son interface utilisateur, qui peut rendre la prise en main un peu difficile pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.

Avantages

Ce logiciel de gestion de projet est très complet. Sa version gratuite propose énormément de fonctionnalités, ce qui est assez rare pour ce type de logiciel. J’aime beaucoup aussi sa possibilité de personnalisation.

Inconvénients

Il n’est pas évident à prendre en main au début. C’est le seul inconvénient que je peux remonter.

Pourquoi passer à Asana

Asana répondait plus aux besoins de mon client. À noter que dans beaucoup de cas je préfère utiliser Microsoft List et Microsoft Planner pour les entreprises utilisant Microsoft 365 comme suite.

Avantages

Asana est intuitif et facile à utiliser pour le travail avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités, ce logiciel permet de créer ou de modifier des tâches de travail à partir de presque toutes les vues du projet, et nous pouvons noter qu'il est disponible en plusieurs langues.

Inconvénients

Pour avoir des services de prestiges, il faut payer plus cher ce qui n'est pas accessible à tout utilisateur. Il est même aussi plus cher que certaines s autres options pour le travail.

Avantages

Asana me facilite la collaboration en me permettant de planifier, organiser et suivre mes projets de manière transparente sur une plateforme centralisée.

Inconvénients

Asana peut être perçu comme complexe pour certains utilisateurs débutants comme moi en raison de sa courbe d'apprentissage initiale.

Un outil facile à utiliser, très visuel, particulièrement utile quand on a besoin de s'organiser à travers différents projets. J'aime cocher l'avancement de mes tâches dans Asana !

Inconvénients

Le service d'assistance n'est pas forcément disponible lorsqu'on utilise une version gratuite. C'est dommage.

Avantages

J'aime énormément le système de couleurs sur les tâches par rapport aux projets on s'y retrouve en un coup d'oeil. J'aime également le système de drag and drop.

Inconvénients

Ce que je trouve dommage sur ASANA c'est le fait qu'on ne puisse pas attribuer une tâche à deux personnes en même temps.

Avantages

Asana regorge d'outils et de fonctionnalité qui faciliteront permettront le suivi de tâches et de projet ainsi que la collaboration nécessaire sur chaque projet.

Inconvénients

Asana est vraiment bien fourni en fonctionnalité mais cela rend asana parfois complexe à prendre en main et à utiliser et notamment lorsqu'il faut inclure un client dans l'utilisation.

c'est une bonne chose de faire des échanges au sein de la même tâche. j'adore aussi le système qui permet d'identifier et de repérer les choses à travers cette fonctionnalité

Faut-il encore chercher à améliorer cette fonctionnalité en y précisant les attributions des tâches et en facilitant le contact extérieur avec les clients !

Avantages

J'aime tout particulièrement qu'Asansa soit facile à utiliser. On comprend rapidement le principe d'utilisation et cette plateforme peut être utilisée pour différents projets. Il m'aide grandement à m'organiser.

Inconvénients

Je n'ai pas de points faibles à souligner pour le moment.

I wanted to try something different as I have used many projects management tools in the past.

Avantages

Asana is a very robust project management tool with a simple interface. It is not hard to get started and do the basics such as creating a project and adding tasks. The app is also very intuitive and you can get to your tasks quite quickly. I like that I can just scroll through the tasks and find one that I can do in the time I have available. You can also prioritize your tasks by importance.
I like the list view of projects because I don't have to open workspaces and boards, etc. However, it does also have the Kanban layout.

Inconvénients

This is not really the fault of the software, but I tend to put too many tasks in project management tools and this reduces my motivation to open them. Ultimately, it's easier for me to remember something when I write it down on paper.

Asana is a vital tool that enables me to save time by automating complex project and task management processes.
Team collaboration and file sharing tools are among the features that I crown 👑 in Asana.

Even though Asana is complex to use, it never fails to accomplish my needs.

Avantages

Using Asana is intuitive. It's so easy to pick up. Especially once you find the task view you prefer. I like using the Calendar and Gantt views, but there's something for everyone. It also is a great system of record for projects. The whole team can connect on a project's overall progress but also on its details, and the ability to add hyperlinks and attach docs to tasks keeps everything in one place, which is indispensable for successfully managing bigger projects.

Inconvénients

I don't dislike anything about Asana, but I've used different tiers of Asana throughout the years and am currently using a tier that doesn't include the ability to set a project's status. I miss that feature.

I started using Asana in 2018 to manage Graphic Design and Web Development projects automatically.
I like that Asana offers not only project management capabilities but also has collaboration and instant messaging features.

So far, Asana accomplishes all my project and task management needs in all my current organizations.

I think that this is a great tool for a team to collaborate and perform tasks with accountability.

It does not have the best purpose for a solo (one man) company. I wish that I could see value in using it for myself as a small team of one.

Avantages

I love the ability to use this platform for both internal projects and client facing updates, I work on several teams where we can easily move the project to the next person once it goes through each phase until final approvals are complete. It streamlines the workflow and allows for us to share necessary information to complete each tasks.

Inconvénients

I think it can be easily used improperly which can lead to missed deadlines/communications I think it could have some better resources for agencies.

Firstly because of the cost it just didn’t make sense for these startups to have such a high ticket project management system especially when you compare to asana

What I liked least about Asana was the limited customization options available in the free version, especially regarding advanced features like reporting and automation.

Avantages

I enjoy using Asana for delegating tasks across departments within companies I work with. My work is project based, and when my clients already use Asana, the onboarding process simply becomes 10x faster. I like how Asana makes the complexity of task and project management simple.

Inconvénients

My only issue is clicking on the 'Complete task' button by mistake when trying to close the task card or rename the task (in an already scrolled position)
