Problematic Scam
Avantages
Nothing. There has not been a single positive moment since signing up with LOFTY.COM
Inconvénients
Lofty seems to be falling apart.
Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support.
I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers.
Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database.
Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work.
I would highly recommend against this company.

The worst customer service I have ever experience. 3 agents couldn’t turn on my AI and the system is not user friendly. Good luck getting support on the phone they rush you off and say I have another call and they say click the ? to the right and it will show you tutorials. I watched a few and had questions but had to wait another 4 days to get someone on the phone to be rushed off again. The worst company! Stay away it’s a waste of money

i don't like anything about chime. the phone number on the back of my card routed me to a MEDICARE service. I said I was calling about CHIME, they said it was a glich.... I don't want my money in a GLICH. done. Just get a local Credit Union.

Multi-IDX integration does not work. I did not try one IDX, as I belong to 4 MLS's
Rarely can you talk with customer service. It is like they do not understand as they will send back a message the problem has been fixed, but it has not been fixed. Major problems with market reports, areas, format on mobile phones, multi-MLS IDX searches. Not worth your time or money.
Avantages
CRM appears to be good, but with the IDX and website problems, your customers will never use the website.
Inconvénients
The IDX and website problems go on and on . . . Customer service is fairly responsive, but they never follow through, they seem to never really understand the problem, even after I spend hours sending examples, videos, screen shots, and more to help them understand. I spent over $5000. (12 months) on my dime trying to work with Chime to fix the problems. It plain does not work. You will lose all customers from your site as it does not work as advertised, confuses customers, and once they realize it, they never come back.

Chime has some work to do
It is a great CRM and I really enjoy using it but as stated there as some major and continuous problems on the backend. More than I have experienced with any other CRM. I use it every day and can get frustrated that simple things don't always work as they should.
Avantages

Inconvénients
The search field is not intuitive. If you want to search for a lead's name you have to know the full name and exactly how it is spelled. If you just know their last name it will pull up all the names with those letters in it before pulling up the relevant lead. If the lead's name is Amin and you only have one person by that name chances are you will have to scroll through a whole number of people before getting to that name. For instance, somebody by the same as Stamin will most likely be shown sooner. There have been more technical issues on this CRM than any of the last 5 that I have used. Campaign emails won't be sent when requested. AI will communicate with leads when not. Texts will suddenly be invalidated. About 18 months ago when I called up technical support I would be guaranteed to get through to someone at least by the 2nd or 3rd try. Now I can try every day for a week and nobody responds.

Is Chime CRM worth upgrading to from Follow-Up-Boss
Overall we are happy and frustrated at the same time. When a product is so close to being great it is frustrating that we cannot get the last few frustrations worked out. The Customer support has been great 90% of the time. Occasionally, a silly response is provided by customer support, but I realize they are only communication what they have been told. It seems that feature requests are being taken seriously but I will know for sure when some are in future releases.
Much effort is put into onboarding and training and that was a good experience, however after that my new liaison with Chime seems MIA.
Avantages
The fact that Chime has the key tools necessary for a real Estate CRM and is on target with the implementation of most of them was very intriguing. We love the integration of "Listing Discovery" which is basically an MLS interface that is very convenient for creating Listing Alerts for clients, inserting listings into emails (not supported by the Chime SMS texting), and setting up Hot Sheets for easy listing reviews.
We are happy with the Contact Pipeline view that mostly leverages Pipeline stages and Groups (tags and other filters are supported.
Very happy Chime Provides basic Transaction Task Management (this feature lured us away from FUB)
Very happy with the Chime AI so far it has been more effective than the YLOPO AI with prequalifying our leads.
Inconvénients
The Curaytor provided Website has poor navigation between listings (the "Prev" and "Next" are hidden unless you scroll down the page). potential clients do not realize they can access additional listings within their listing alert. Seems like an easy fix, but it is not being addressed by Curaytor or Chime. The Texting is SMS vs MMS (hard to send nice listing texts with link preview, emoticons, etc. You can only text to one recipient at a time which is not convenient when sending a text to a couple (Chime states they are working on MMS). The contact Search box is hidden unless you hover over a magnifying glass icon slowing things down (please stop being fancy and put a box where it eventually appears). Only one Lead Pond is provided in our package (We were accustomed to more in FUB). Transaction Task Management is a bonus compared to FUB but I wish I could have Transaction Level Custom Fields, the ability to template my transaction expenses/commissions, assign tasks to other members of the team, and reorder the tasks within the template configuration screen.

Complete Scam - Long Term User
I'm not one to write reviews but this company needs to be held accountable. I've been with Chime for 2 years, Admittedly it started out well but quickly started to go down hill. When I was first researching Chime I had gotten many reviews from people I know about how bad the support and billing was. At first I didn't see it, and was super happy. Until this year.Keeping in mind, when dealing with chime support you are dealing with people in the Philippines only. These tech support agents are trained off of scripts and thats all they know. You'll play email tag with them for days before things get escalated to a "Tier 2 or Tier 3" tech support agent and then a couple days to weeks before you will get an answer on an issue. Many times their answer isn't a resolution. Its nearly impossible to talk to someone in the US besides someone in Sales.Chime forced an update Unbeknownst to me that caused all my links to break. Meaning I was spending money for who knows how long, on links that weren't producing listing results. Ticket was submitted; weeks go by and no result. Finally I get escalated to someone in the US office by getting in contact with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in Sales. Their answer "the tech team will have a resolution in 1-2 months"...So me and my ad manager rebuilt our campaigns. because I wasn't going to sit 1-2 months paying for a $750 a month CHIME system, while not having ad traffic running to it. Needless to say pausing my leads through google cost me thousands of dollar

Using Chime
If you need a second chance banking try them out they can help in so many ways.

Serious Realtors' CRM
Works equally as well for single Realtors as Teams. Incorporates everything you need to works with clients including texting, emailing and calls inside the software. It's really a one-stop-shop for my real estate business.
Avantages
Totally Realtor centric . If you have a team it has a Team Dashboard showing how many leads and how effectively they are being handled. Includes goals, easy to read analytics and property search for buyers and sellers. Chime also set up my website - now has a 'coming soon' feature for listings that is so easy to use. Great customer support, super responsive and helpful.
Inconvénients
It's many amazing features means you have to learn the product, but Chime makes it much easier as there is a 'Show me how' instruction that walks you through whatever it is you're trying to do, step-by-step. Love it!

Easy to Use - Handy
The overall really useful program, user-friendly and efficient. It has more integrations than I used - and it is well oriented for Realtors and the real estate industry. But if your budget is tight you need to find something more affordable.

You can sort your leads in any way that suits your ease of use which makes it handy.
It's flexible and user-friendly.
It has great tech support that usually answers within minutes - which is really helpful.

It's a wonderful experience especially with small scale companies that helps not only in transactions but also in communication.
Avantages
Chime software is easy to assess. It has no Hidden fees attached to transactions and transactions are really fast. Also if you make a mistake you account will not be easily freezed unlike others

Chime has high deposit fees for cash deposition which sometimes makes things difficult

Chime banking for the new to banking scene
Overall I have to say with combined banking and credit builder as well as spot me it’s a very useful banking application that allows young people to manage their finances with ease. Spot me is a great feature and it has the added benefit of being able to send others spot me boosts to allow them to overdraft fee free up to 5$ each person. The also offer deposit offers frequently as well as referral offers that can reward you for adding friends to there banking world

Chime has chimed in our sales!
Our team has used Chime for the past 8 months and it has significantly improved our business. We have made our own suggestions for system improvement and have seen a good portion of those implemented so far. Our customer success manager - has been fantastic!! We have met face-to-face multiple times and he has kept us updated on our suggestions and has trained us in the great improvements that keep coming from this innovative company. Customer Service has responded to our needs in a reasonable time frame. We love the Smart Plans! We set those up and live on the Tasks all day and stay on top of all the critical transaction details for our clients. The recent ability to match properties to our prospects is expected to be a huge game-changer for the way we do business!

Chime is an awesome CRM it beats out all the competitors with its integrations and consistent updates and improvements.
Avantages
The lead management and system integrations are unmatched.
Inconvénients
Chime tends to crash after every update. There is always a new glitch and support is not helpful.

Stay away from this CRM
Terrible. I've had issues with basic things - the layout is very counter intuitive and finding help is all but impossible. And technical issues with dialer, submitting a ticket? forget it!

Awful Customer Support
The customer support is so bad, it makes the CRM nearly impossible to use. It is awful, stay away.
Avantages
This is a basic CRM. I am frustrated with basic functionality and the inability of customer support to be prompt or even remotely helpful with their responses.
Inconvénients
Customer support. You can NOT get a hold of someone at this company. They don't answer the phone and when you get someone on chat, they chat with other users and are slow to respond. And when they do respond, it's unhelpful and inaccurate.

Chime is long of features-very few work
We have been throught no fewer than 7 or 8 success managers. I had t quit working it so I could finally go get some sales.
Avantages
Smart plans-after one year, will not automatically start. Do no move to next plan as designed. Importation was terrible. On boarding we had hundreds of hours trying to get it to work. We have had 4 "success" managers in the past 7 weeks. Does not work as they say. I can honestly say, we have spent over $5500 on Chime monthly fees, and hundreds of hours. Not responsible for one sale. In fact, i can say that they have slowed my business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YET. I have not given up, but I should have.

Terrible. I've had many, many problems and customer support is awful to deal with. They are terrible about getting back to me, all but impossible to reach, and not able to fix problems, even at a basic level. Stay away from this CRM

STAY AWAY Bad Company
STAY AWAY - Worst Company ever, complete Scam. They embed your website with code leading all organic leads to them for website sign up. Just Crazy. Also they use .me for their website which means you are going to get a lot more spam and hacking from Russia!! Never delivered but charged for advertising. Try calling support or sales after you sign up and they will not answer!! Trust been doing real estate 10+ years and this has got to be the worst. Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost.

Has a lot of potential, but also a lot of growing struggles
Chime is not well set up for a team. They are lacking many basic features. I would recommend for an individual agent, but not anyone running a team at this time. They have not built in any features that are needed for a team setup. I'm sure that it will come with time and it will get to a point that it runs well for a team.
If you can accept some growing pains along the way, get on board now. I'm sure pricing will go up at some point. They are constantly working to improve and it has a great foundation.

The system is very user friendly, it's quick and they are adding additional features. They have excellent pricing compared to alternatives.
Overall, I feel it is an excellent foundation and it will continue to improve. Overall, I'm happy with it so far.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of glitches, errors in the system, problems with email templates, etc. They are all items I would associate with trying to grow quickly. Basically, growing pains. Their support is good and they address most. Some issues take multiple attempts to try and get it resolved.
There are also a lot of grammatical errors and poor formatting that make it into the released product that should never make it past a quaity review.

It is hard to use any of the feature if you can't get a response from tech support. Spend your money with a company who will return your calls. They are happy to sell you the product, they just don't want to help you use it.

Chime is worth it if you use it
Overall, Chime has been a good CRM. I find that not many people in are area are using Chime and it gives us a heads up in our market.
Avantages
I like the ease of use. About 75% of the leads are willing to talk to us. Chime makes it cold calling easy, we know the people who are registered on our Chime site are interested in learning their house value or interested in purchasing a place. Makes calling easier.
Inconvénients
There is some data that we are not able to export with out requesting it from our account executive. Such as partial seller leads. Sometimes the leads coming in are way outside of our set range. For instance, we are in MA and the leads are for FL.

Avantages
Chime banking is very easy to use. Download the software on Google play and sign up for your bank account. It takes only a few minutes to sign up. Banking is free. Checking and savings. If you need to do direct deposit they've got this available for you right away as well. Customer support is available, free and easy to use. They send you notifications and text alerts to notify you of your account being used and if your account is used in a unfamiliar way, they will notify you of this as well to ensure their is no one accessing your bank information.
Inconvénients
The least thing I'd say I like about Chime is there is no banking local where I can go into a bank and do my banking if I so choice to.

User Friendliness
Im very impressed and chime is now widely accepted and I can use it with many other apps by link. Or seperate by routing vs card. I really am pleased and its now my primary.
Avantages
Its a breeze. Anything you need to accomplish is right there and easy to find. No searching thru drop downs to find answers or functions. Its super secure, I had an app linked that was hacked. Chime was safe and had no attempt.
Inconvénients
I was not sure it was real at first but I tried it out of necessity and did the download. I have no cons, its easy, secure and you can modify any and all notifications.

This CRM/Website is giving me complete control over my database and engagement with clients and leads.
Avantages
I really like the ease of use and support to from CHime to onboard with their CRM and Website. Chime was very responsive and made sure that my onboarding went smooth. I really like the website and the tools to engage leads to convert.

None at this point. I really dont have anything negative to say about Chime. It has really taken my business to the next level.

We like the redesign, but don't love that it isn't as easy to quickly view someone's smart plans.
Avantages
I love that I can leave the office and leave my assistant with the ability to see all conversations and client history in order to pick up anywhere I leave off. Chime is great for seamless contact and helping to remember the details on everyone.
Inconvénients
It would be great if to be able to sort lists of contacts by date added. The tags feature also does not seem incredibly helpful without the ability to view all tags at a glance when looking at a list view of the clients.

Chime review
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Chime.
Avantages
I really like the app. It’s easy to use and I really like the design of it and my debit card. I was able to get approved for an account easily.
Inconvénients
Hopefully, it’ll have a feature where you can add money from another card like PayPal does. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Chime verses Cinc
Customer service was poor at best, any issues and it was like pulling teeth to get them to act.
Avantages
While similar to Commissions Inc it did not have everything that Cinc had to offer. Functionality was good.
Inconvénients
Nothing really to dislike about the software, it worked as it should.

Great Real Estate CRM
Avantages
Chime was easy to set up and integrate with my email, calendar, lead sources, transaction management, and more. I love the dashboard that shows New Leads, Opportunities, To-Do's, and Business Goals and let's me drill down into each one. It helps me manage tasks and stay on top of all my opportunities. It is affordable for our small team but has the robust features we will want/need as we grow. Customer support was easy to reach and very helpful.
Inconvénients
I had a little trouble setting up the website integration to allow the property alerts, but I was able to work through it on my own.

Easy to use, powerful and the efficient
Avantages
Very easy and straightforward CRM. I am a single user in our company and wanted a CRM to get started and this was the perfect cost efficient one for basic needs. Haven't explored all the functionalities yet though.
Inconvénients
No built in transaction management part, needs connect with other vendors. At present I can find BrokerMint integrated, but I think it's best to connect more.

Run do not walk
Very disappointed. Was told I could cancel at any time but can not get them to stop billing me.
Avantages
Initial uploading seemed to be very customer service oriented.
Inconvénients
Received leads daily but have a high suspicion that none of them were legit. Did not receive one response from the leads. When I made the decision to cancel they have given me the run around and have charged me 2 extra months despite asking to cancel.

Good for starters. Limited connectivity but the software works great
If you need something that will manage your contacts/relationships, send mass emails, and generate/manage leads, this is a great starting point.
Avantages
Cost efficient and very intuitive. It has a clean UI with everything organized appropriately. Has all the main features you need in a CRM.

No transaction management feature of integration option to connect with an external software that provides transaction management.

Chime is a great platform for real estate teams
Avantages
The software is user friendly, easily used, and even when they update the system, I dont feel lost. They don't try to reinvent the wheel; they just make it easier to do your job. The product itself is designed with real estate agents and brokers in mind the developers utilize in-house real estate professionals so they can create the best product possible.

Amazing!
Avantages
Really love the ability to utilize the IDX Website. The ease of use for running all our Marketing Campaigns right through the software is a huge plus as well.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to be able to utilize docusign right through our software instead of using a zapier account.

Simple, Easy to Use
Avantages
The interface is clean and streamlined. It makes it easy to find the contact(s) you are looking for and the app is a great sidekick to the CRM.
Inconvénients
The biggest drawback is the lack of a dialer. I have used Mojo for a long time and having two separate CRMs became a hassle early on. I understand Chime is working on a dialer to compete with Mojo, and if it is anything like the CRM portion of their offering, it should be a good one.

Chime CRM is AWESOME!
I love Chime...they have every feature I want and more.
Avantages
I love the ease of use and support is always responsive.Highly recommended all around. Our rep, is great!
Inconvénients
Moving form another system is hard, but thats not on Chime. Original sales person didn't inform me of every cost (sub-domains), but that person is gone now. He was still pretty good...just didn't inform me.

Great Experience
Avantages
They were very helpful getting everything set up and it has been super helpful as my company and client base are growing.
Inconvénients
There are a few categories that I wish it had that would be helpful. But for now I keep that information in the notes section but would like to have a place to keep it so that I don't have to scroll through the notes to find it.
