A solid no B.S. card
It's so non-discriminant and easy to use that I've been using it for years and years and years personal and professionally. There referral services Straight up and pays out quickly I've hooked all my friends and family up.
Avantages
Just about everything is free, and what isn't you hardly notice. They have a version of a credit card that gains interest and affects your credit even though I don't have one yet. But I like how I can connect chime with any type of credit monitoring service, the syncing works with KEY bank which seems to be picky with whom they work with. Also I've noticed that half of the banks with debit cards don't wanna let you link the actual cards with services like Google pay so you can go contactless and with chime it's a piece of cake.
Inconvénients
Sometimes their customer service is a little hard to get threw to. I can always get someone it just takes a little while. And you get an additional savings account right off the bat whether you want it or not. It's not bothersome and your not forced to use it I just think it's a waste.

Wouldn't use it if it were free - Horrible CRM
Horrible. Nothing but promises. Never resolve anything even when you escalate. I've never had so many problems with email. Lofty has undermined my business like no other software.
Avantages
Lots of features but none of them work. Customer service picks up but they never solve problems. They are very good about asking for feedback but don't apply it.
Inconvénients
Horrible, horrible, horrible. What a waste of time and money. We have submitted over 50 tickets in a two month period. Emails bounce, websites don't integrate, features don't work, they make promises, open tickets and close them with no resolution. I have used multiple CRMs and this is by far the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't use it if it were FREE.

Lofty Customer Support Sucks
Very frustrating the time on hold is horrible and they still don't have answers
Avantages
Not Much! at this time I'm regretting my decision to switch to them. Their sales team will tell you anything to get you to sign. I haven't been able to use their products because I cant get past the onboarding phase and they really don't care
Inconvénients
With Lofty Set up is 100% on the user. Lofty will not do any set up on the IDX web site or the CRM. they expect the client to do it all. The support team is very little help. I've been trying to go live with my website for weeks and I'm still not there

Chime Review Ten Out Of Ten
Being in service with chime, I love it! I would recommend everybody to use chime and start the Chime credit builder account! They report every 30 days to your credit scores. Seriously, you cant beat that
Avantages
The credit builder account is the best feature about this software, I truly believe that this software can help build the whole world economy! I trust and use Chime, always will, and will continue to provide Chime services to all around!
Inconvénients
The only minor problems I see is the timing it takes to Deposit from ACH. Kind of not a big fan on waiting 4 to 7 days on transfers.

I can't stand Lofty
They never call you back and take a WEEK to email you back. They use too much AI for customer service and are probably OUTSOURCING as well overseas. I can't stand Lofty overall. A few things are good, like Smart Plan B and organizing of leads. However it is insanely convoluted to use and not at all intuitive, app and desktop. The app does not show you 90% of desktop functions either and the website looks like crap on the phone with elelements out of place and lying on one another. Lofty does not allow for a newsletter and the self made smart plan email doesn't go to where directed,nor can you hit Send Once at a specific time. Despise it.
Avantages
Very little do I like. The pipeline and segments is good, and the Smart Plan suggestion is good.

Chine makes it easy!
My overall experience with Chime was great. They know how important our money is, and have developed a software that makes is very simple.
Avantages
I love how easy it is to use and navigate this software. Transfers and payments are quick. I've never had an issue with them before. I also liked the low to no fees depending on how you use it.
Inconvénients
The only thing that I disliked was the amount of time it took to get my debit card through them. This may just be subjective due to where I live, but I had to wait 2 weeks for it. This makes it difficult to manage my own funds without accessing it.

Lofty - Least Innovative CRM
I would not recommend Lofty, the only reason we used it is because our google ppc provider funneled our IDX leads through there. Would never buy outside of that.
Avantages
It was a basic CRM that did have some functionality. AI chatbox was helpful and affordable, however you get what you pay for.
Inconvénients
They are behind almost every CRM company for real estate in many ways. Their support system for users is really lacking, they were hard to get ahold of and rarely knew how to help me with specific questions.

I regret moving to Chime/Lofty
The worse part about Chime/ now Lofty isn't the lack of "hiccups" in the system or the over selling. It is the absolutely terrible customer support. The sales team is great and the customer service team.....isn't.
Avantages
The interface seem much more friendly than my other CRM, I liked how it ranks and helps ID lead activity and it is pretty solid at helping lead hunting.
Inconvénients
I moved from Brivity to Chime after being assured all our business functions would be met, but Chime was short of expectations. And after we moved everything else felt very upselling on the "other features". I really refused til I got the basic system working and after 2 years I really wish I would not have moved to Chime/ Now Lofty.

CRM system with SO many options
Avantages
This system has so many functions available that I haven't even began to use them all, but if you want to do something, chances are it's already integrated into Chime. You can track leads and follow ups, set up drip campaigns to keep in touch, and even set up your website.
Inconvénients
Because there are so many things you can do with the system, it can be a little daunting to get started, but there are plenty of how-to videos that walk you through it.

When you sign, "it is all free and no contract etc" when you ask to cancel there us suddenly a One time Monthly Fee of $500 they charge and for what???The website was not ready for a month, the bill was paid though... Then I have requested the email to be updated with the one connected to my business instead with my personal email...it took more than a month for this to be done.. Then I scheduled a call to go over all with a rep so I can easily understand and implement.. I was given tons of links to watch.. because this is what I am paying the $500 per month ??? I was finally assigned a rep - she was able to explain 80% and the rest again- watch the videos... At this point I reached to another colleague of mine to ask about her experience...and she has a Team...she was so upset because she was paying just like me but the website wasn't ready and set correctly so she can't launch and use it.. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE After a few more reviews and more research I decided to just cancel.. Called all the reps I have had the opportunity to speak with prior to buying the service and each number goes to a voicemail. Then I started receiving emails from TECH SUPPORT.. I am saving the emails so if you think I am just messing with you call me and I will forward the email... So let me finish quickly here.. After multiple emails from Tech Support - My 1st request to cancel was made on [SENSITIVE CONTENT]... today is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and I am waiting for them to call me with THE NEXT STEP????

Chime really help my partner to hit our first million in real estate
I loved chime because aside from it is very friendly user it has an option to email and text the lead which is very convenient to us coz we already have those in one system, We used other CRM before but since they had very limited options to do we change and use the chime and this is very heaven to us. Kudos to the developer keep up the good work,

I also loved the thing we have an AI who texted our lead, drip campaigns as well are really good and also this CRM not pricey.
Inconvénients
None so far, hopefully they will have an option to call directly though the laptop and no bridge number needed for virtual assistant

What a frustrating company to deal with
I am not happy at all. The only reason we are staying with this CRM is because we feel stuck with everything we have set up and do not have the time to set up another one right now. I am disappointed on so many levels and have even spoken to some of the "managers" who just feed you BS and do not seem to care. One manager there [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a total jerk to me because I was upset on the amount of problems I was dealing with for WEEKS.
Avantages
I like the features THAT WORK. Tagging and lead tracking are not too bad but every other CRM offers this.
Inconvénients
I do not even know where to start honestly. They offer a lot but they do not take the time to fix the new things they are implementing and just move on to new features. Working with the tech team (That works overnight by the way if you are in the U.S.) is like pulling teeth. I have several tickets open. I get generic responses and temporary fixes.

Best decision ever.
So far, I have had no complaints. Customer service is nice and everything is so simple that there is no cause for mistakes or issues.
Avantages
I love that there is an option to round up transactions and take 20% from your direct deposit each time placing it into a separate savings account. This is a great way to save without actually missing the deducted amount, as you don’t see it in beginning. It’s also a plus that you and a friend receive $50 for a referral!
Inconvénients
My least like about this software is that your able to see your savings balance right on login screen. I wish there was a way to at least minimize it to hide balance just so you aren’t constantly reminded of your balance. It causes your mind to go straight to “oh, there’s money in there.” This results in depending on your savings at times and that isn’t my goal.

Best choice i have made in awhile.
I would strongly recommend to anyone that is not competing with me.
Avantages
Support and implementation are 2nd to none, my company and i could not be happier. We have been using the system for about 6 months and our follow up and overall customer service has increased 10 fold.
Inconvénients
None yet, the team at Chime has answered or fulfilled any and all issues my team of 100 has thrown at them.

The best CRM for Real Estate Professionals
Avantages
We've had 3 different CRMs before Chime, and once we got Chime it was a game changer. We love the ease of use it brings and highly recommend it to any real estate professional. We use it both for our realtor business and our investment business as well.
Pros:
- ease of use
- seamless sync from web portal to mobile
- customer service is top notch
Inconvénients
I don't really see any cons with Chime at the moment. It is not the cheapest product out there, but in life you get what you pay for, and Chime is worth the payment.

User friendly, professional looking landing pages, CRM, & other tools to grow your business. Ability to send mass emails which appear personal.
Inconvénients
Ad spend is a little high for the quality of the leads you receive, but I have found that to be the norm with most internet leads.

Great interface. Very easy to incorporate into your everyday business. The drip campaign functionality works great.

Efficient, straight to the point, and easy to use.
Efficient and straight to the point. The features may be overwhelming at times but know you have a great Customer Support to call and its pretty easy to figure out on your own. This makes it easy to call and receive all through your laptop or desktop. Works great with CRM's that only let you call out.
Avantages
The platform is easy to guide through. This makes it efficient in my opinion. It saves time and energy to just get what I need done.
Inconvénients
Can be overwhelming with how many features there are. I have had some random loss of sound and calls during some sessions.

FINALLY
Avantages
Chime almost thinks of everything. Being apart of a team that is coming from several unpleasant experiences with other CRM/IDX website packages, Chime has been the most delicious breath of fresh air. The program is user friendly, connects all leads/clients to their Facebook accounts, and the offers support that is available is amazing. We are so happy with Chime and can't wait to have a longstanding relationship with them!
