User friendly
Swept has been affordable and offered time clock solutions as well as inspection reports. Customer service is excellent. Lots of help tools available online as well.
Avantages
Super easy for staff to clock in/out. Great features to be able to message staff assigned to locations. Time sheets available to staff are very helpful. Security info attached to locations is an ideal tool. The ability to change the language is nice for messaging.
Inconvénients
Messaging features should be expanded to be able to message individual staff or groups instead of having to use a location. Shifts should be able to be designed without having a start time and end. Notifications of staff not clocking in by a certain time at the end of each day should be a function. More reports options would be ideal. Would be nice to be able to alter job locations in the cleanings reports.

I love the app, it truly helps with loss of time and money by tracking employee production.
It's been really good.

The fact I can see where they are and how long they worked.
Inconvénients
The messaging has really taken a step back with this last update. Our employees text when they arrive on site and when they leave, which makes it easy for a manger to look at their phone and know whether or not someone is at their location. Now you have to log onto the app and check the app for who is working where. It's several steps that our people shouldn't have to do when they are in the middle of a job.
It doesn't seem like a tough fix to time stamp EVERY message that is sent... I helps when people can't log in or out for some reason. Backup processes...

Swept is a great tool!
We've appreciate all of it being together: time record, inspections, communication, check-lists, training videos and customer service is helpful and professional.
Avantages
Our company loves the inspection features, location specific communication, and the mood reports to help our cleaners communicate with supervisors. These are just a few of the features we like.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately we have a sad face about a specific mileage report not available (yet, I'm hopeful). When I approve hours have to write down the mileage individually from Time Travel feature. Gets a bit timely.
And no place to include HR notes tagged to employees.

Swept Review
It’s been a roller coaster, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
Avantages
Been able to upload photos and the resolution has gotten better.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when uploading pictures to the work orders they don’t upload and take long to upload. Can’t upload more than 25 pictures per report if more images are added report doesn’t sent out.

Swept is Awesome
We are saving a bunch of time using swept and we are very organized. We are able to grow by using swept.

It is very easy to use and it is organized.

It is little slow sometimes and it takes time to load.

Pretty good so far. Electronic time tracking is the way to go so long as users are efficient and know how to use it.
Avantages
The time tracking is accurate and with geofence enabled we know our employees are on site when they're supposed to be. The scheduling is really organized and let's a fairly big company like ours know who is at which building. It's much easier to manage labor.
Inconvénients
I think payroll management requires a little baby sitting for our people. Some forget to sign out or sign out too late (no OT approved). I wish the app could notify them to sign out based on their schedule so they do it and no adjustments are required. Sometimes the GPS creates problems but it's more rare.

Growing Commercial Cleaning Company Using Swept and loving it
My overall experience with Swept has been great! They respond to my feedback and the pricing as been great. It just makes my life easier as a business owner.
Avantages
I love how easy it is for my staff to learn the software. From the part-time cleaner in the field to the manager. The learning curve is just a couple days. It keeps track of hours, mood of my cleaners, budget of cleaning hours, and the crazy schedule. I can't imagine running my company without the software.
Inconvénients
I think the only complaint I would have is that as we added more accounts and had those account for longer periods of time, the APP version of the software seems to work slower. I'm working with Swept to see if there is a solution to this.

Such a helpful resource
Great product, better customer service than my previous app.
Avantages
The swept Geo positioning feature is wonderful! The ability to track supplies is very useful as well! Ultimately the messaging software is really helpful!
Inconvénients
The inconsistency in GPS geo positioning is causing issues for some of my staff to be unable to check in. Though this has been reported to SWEPT, it sounds like its an issue with different types of phones having inconsistency with the app and the third party software.

Saves me time and Gives peace of mind!
I thought it was too pricey, but after looking at a bunch of other systems - nothing compared. I'm glad I took the plunge. As the sole leadership team member of my company currently - it's been my BEST partner.
Avantages
This system lets me easily check time sheets and approve payroll. It has streamlined our communication around who is doing what, and helps everyone get the updates they need. I even have the peace of mind that if someone doesn't show up, I'll be alerted after a certain time following a scheduled shift! This has never been an issue, but you know we can worry about anything.
Inconvénients
It took me a minute to figure out the best way to put in recurring schedules and how to change only what I need without changing everything, but I got it figured out now. At times, team members struggle to clock in, but I can update it easily on my end when I get the time. The translation to spanish is only for messages. I thought it would be for instructions and alarm/security info too. Just a bit of a workaround for me to do spanish and english.

Company has lost touch with it's customers
When we started with them 4 years ago was great but has declined and rapidly over the last year or so. Don't follow up when they say they will and still have an issue with the app.
Avantages
Ease of use for the end user. Very basic app.
Inconvénients
Don't follow up with customers. Focus is not on adding features for customers but adding features to generate more revenue for the company.

We love SWEPT!
Overall I love this platform and it was a stress-free learning curve for our employees.

It is very user friendly, our employees like using it, and it is great for communicating with customers.

I would like to have more storage options under the employees such as being able to store their photo or emergency contact information.

User for over one year
The best thing about the app is about the instant communication you can have with your staff and clients. It helps to make sure that there are not any misunderstandings.
Avantages
The best feature for me is the inspection reports. Being able to send reports to customers and staff member at the same time is a time saver. I wasn't expecting for my clients to use the messaging feature, but they actually love the fast responses.
Inconvénients
Everything works as it supposed to, but sometimes app will crash. I think that has to do more with not keeping my phone updated.

Overall positive. Hours recording and communication capabilities.
Avantages
Simple to use, layout and functionality. Message board is an excellent feature.
Inconvénients
Unable to select more than one employee when entering a group of people. I had to add one by one to an account t for a meeting attended.
Also, there is no back-button, e.g., when entered some filters then you click back and goes back to general setting, where you have to enter all desired filters again. This feature'd be useful to have.

Janitorial Software that works exactly how it should
Avantages
I loved the fact that we are able to specify cleaning schedules and the staff get's notified in real time or at set schedule. It also helps track and monitor cleaners, with a chat feature that enables them send message in real time so we can quickly get updates. An all round amazing application.
Inconvénients
While it has a very beautiful User Interface, there where a few lags noted while using the mobile version of the app. Other than that it works perfectly

Easy for employees to use
Communication is the greatest asset we are getting with this software. The messaging board allows for two way communication with our employees instead of a busy signal on the phone. Swept allows for all the Managers to respond to a question or issue quickly.

Great Janitorial App
I like Swept very much. The support team responds in a timely manner whenever I have an issue. It is user friendly

It allows to manage scheduling, handling of payroll and productivity of my staff in one application.
Inconvénients
My company has multiple accounts in the software, but I only have access to one accounts. In looking at several reports, I see information for the other accounts that I have no access to.

Don’t waste your time!!
This was one of the worst mistakes that I’ve ever made on top of that they would not refund me any of my money back so $1800 down the drain

This app cost me quite a few contracts because it worked when it wanted to and for the most part was unusable by me and my staff.

Overall Pleased with the Software
Avantages
This software has greatly improved our communication as a team, helped us with supply orders. There are a few key clients that communicate using that app and it has really helped us be more responsive. Swept has helped us greatly in the selling process to differentiate ourselves from our competition. The app is the best part of the whole experience, it is simple and easy to use and it just works.
Inconvénients
Reporting could use some work but I'm told there should be a release later this year.
What Swept does it does pretty well, its simplicity makes it easy to use but with that simplicity comes lack of customizability and options.

Really good, people are great.

being notified when people sign in and out of buildings, or when they dont show up, location tracking, supplies.
Inconvénients
inability to communicate directly and privately with individuals. No reminders for staff when they need to sign out. Employees constantly forgetting to sign out.

I can be in contact with the cleaners and they can let me know and attach pictures if any issue, also I can forward to the customer, one day one of my cleaner spill the water for the yellow bucket in the carpet and they send me some pictures of the damage and I fixed before customer knows

Swept has changed the way we communicate
Our service has people all over the city, unable to communicate effectively without using many email, text threads, and phone calls. All of these are really good ways to lose important information. Swept has given our team the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Our cleaners also know what they are supposed to be doing when they arrive every night thanks to the built in instruction area.
Avantages
Easy to use, deploy and customize. It is effective and fast. It is a very cheap option as well.
Inconvénients
I wish there where an easier way to export the inspections that are created in the app to a CSV format for our in house database

- Should be able to select multiple alerts, and turn off notifications.
- Should be able to go into a cleaner's profile and add locations, not locations and add cleaners. It takes too much time.
- Location Services are rarely highly accurate. Have the system weed out people who are .01 or .02 miles from the location. Clearly, they are there.
- When manually adding a time card. Alphabetize the cleaners. They are random.
- Cannot delete locations

A Better Way for Scheduling in Our Industry
Since using Swept, we've been able to schedule our employees and monitor how many labor hours are being used at each location. The scheduling tool works well for our business model. Our employees enjoy the internal communication provided by the messaging function at locations. Our leadership team has been able to hold employees accountable for their performance. There are a few tweaks to some of the functions that I would like to see Swept put in place and or update, but overall, our team really enjoy the app! We are looking forward to the future updates the app will be have.
Avantages
The simple use of the dashboard. It makes it easy to locate what I need and do it quickly.
Inconvénients
The constant error with the Time Zone location not updating properly no matter how many times we update the time zone in the Settings or in the Scheduling. This makes the scheduling report incorrect.

Makes life easier!
Over all I am very happy with the app. It improves quality of life substantially bring many elements required into one convenient app. There have been a few bugs along the way but as it is a new app I understand over all it is a great product I give it 4 out of 5!

Swept Review
Swept has greatly helped us streamline our cleaning operations. Our managers love the ease of use and the app updates in the past 6 months have been phenomenal.
Avantages
Ease of user, friendly user interface, multiple languages
Inconvénients
Photos and messages sometimes slow to load. App has to be restarted sometimes in order to work.

Love this App!
Fantastic- great help to legitimize my business and bring some order to a chaotic and often mom and pop run industry.
Avantages
Tracking when and where my employees are working has been of such help to me. The user friendly layout is very helpful when showing to prospective clients
Inconvénients
I wish there were chat options between me and individual cleaners as well

Swept Program Review
I like how the Swept Program is easy to use. It helps the company that I work for to function a little more smoothly when it comes to keeping tract of cleaners and supervisors.
Avantages
I like that it has the cleaners building information and contact numbers in case we need to get in touch with them, and its easy to update their information.
Inconvénients
In order for the program to work everyone has to have an email address and some of the cleaning staff doesn't have an email address and isn't interested in getting one.

GREAT Sustem
This system is valuable for creating a sense of community within the team of employees and helps administration manage the business better. It's very easy to communicate to multiple people at the same time and keeps records of conversations. I liked the clock in the feature with GPS enabled. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is due to the software being new and some features not yet being available.

No way of prioritizing notifications.

Original Opinion of Swept
The concept is very good, however the ease of use for the everyday crew member is too involved. The back end should be very involved with data entry and company needs, however the front end should be a simple one button process. Too many processes on the front end had our crew members frustrated.
Avantages
The capabilities to print reports and download crew onsite and offsite information.
Inconvénients
Not very easy to use on a daily basis.

My opinion of Swept
Swept has been helpful so far in our business. There are many uses of its functions that can aid us in our daily work activity. Swept has great customer service, is easy to use, and will hopefully make our jobs easier in the years to come.
Avantages
The way it enables our managers to oversee operations easier.
Inconvénients
The price is somewhat high.

Swept Software
I find this software very useful. Swept allows the management team to have a direct communication with all employees, that allow us to identify issues and quickly find a solution.
Swept is a great time tracking tool. Time is recorded every time employees sign in/out, and they can do it using the app, SMS or VIR (Landline).
Also, employees have access to important information about their job site, like cleaning instructions they need to follow to perform a better job. And if they have any problem they can report it in real time through swept as well.

We like the app. The main issues are when it freezes up and they cannot log in or out. Sometimes late nite cleaners cannot log out. We would like to have a call in phone land line number at no extra charge they could use when this happens. I like the payroll reports, they are pretty accurate.
some of our locations may not have wifi and this is how logging in becomes a problem.
Customer support is good.

Awesome tool for leadership and employees!
Swept has allows our team to engage with each other, allowed us to better gauge our employees satisfaction and transformed our time-keeping process into a streamlined effort. When we bring on new employees they are always excited about this new tool and think it's really cool. It allows us to be a much more professional and well managed company!

Amazing for management but doesn't invoice customers
Avantages
This is one of the best products out there for managing commercial janitorial business because it allows each property to have all the details explained to our staff, with instructions, alarm codes, etc.
Inconvénients
This software doesn't handle invoicing. As great as it is to manage customer service and quality control, we need the same system to integrate with invoicing. Therefore not sure if we will continue use.
