Unmatched value for cost
Swept has been able to solve scheduling, account management, employee management, real-time communication with both employee and client messaging, inspection reporting, and many other features, it has certainly set the benchmark for me and my operations management systems.
Avantages
I like the robust features of this software coupled with great ease of use.

occasional delay in real-time features that create a false notification alert

Janitorial
Avantages
The scheduling feature and GPS geofence.
Inconvénients
Getting staff connected in rural areas drives my crazy. I have tried training videos on our website, numerous hours training over the phone and I sent a supervisor out to physically visit each person to help get them connected. Still very difficult in rural areas.

Did not like it
I didn't like it. The app constantly crashed, or was too slow, or wouldn't open at all. Every time I made a change somewhere it would take me back to the beginning and I had to start over.
Avantages
The only thing I liked was the module to communicate with the clients.
Inconvénients
The app always crashed and wasn't user-friendly.

Excellent product
I like this product a lot. Makes my job easier to supervise our employees
Avantages
This app allows us to perform inspections at client sites, inform cleaners of expectations we and the clients have and to let the clients know if there are issues or maintenance requests needed,
Inconvénients
The new app has it's issues where typing notes causes the inspection results to drop behind the keyboard as you are typing which Swept Support, once informed worked to start finding a fix immediately. Customer support has been very receptive to feedback. Also it sometimes takes a while to load a page.

Swept Services App
Overall satisfied with the price plan we have and when used to its fullest will give us advanced information to use to maintain the facilities and employees who service those buildings.
Avantages
Multilevel management tool that has ease of use and provides the information needed to operate on a more efficient level.
Inconvénients
Some new tools that are implemented and learning to instruct and update employees can be something that employees will use and some that they won't.

Unhappy Customer!
Unhappy. Feel over charged for things that don’t work properly. Nobody seems willing to make it right or make me feel good about staying with swept. I’m looking for a new software as I type this.
Avantages
Inspections. That’s it. I like nothing else at all about this app as nothing wants to work consistently.
Inconvénients
Where do I start?? Clocking in and out doesn’t work consistently, supply orders doesn’t work consistently, app closes on you in the middle of using it, there’s no automatic clock out feature if staff forget to clock out. The list goes on….

Whitlock Building Services
We like the Swept as a concept. Hard to consider switching based on the number of clients who use Swept. I need more Issue Management tools to assist with retaining clients and team members. Swept does not listen to the end user or at least does not listen to our requests and we have been begging for support. Its just awful to be tied to a product where you have to build excel spreadsheets to finish the mission of data management when Swept is a database capable of providing assistance.
Avantages
allows me to speak with cleaners and clients directly. Allows me the ability to audit w/ pictures...
Inconvénients
the new updates now limit my ability to see specific client and supervisor feedback. I am also limited to the length of my notes . Swept does not aggregate Issue Management data details or allow me to pre-schedule push notifications which could be used as a reminder to improve service delivery( example: Remember on Friday we clean the refrigerators...)

Much Better Products are Available
I absolutely did not like this product from day one and really tried to like it. If you are just using it to keep track of supplies at multiple locations, this works pretty good. But if you are running several service crews that each do multiple jobs at night then look elsewhere. You have to go to so many screens to get a full picture of what's going on. This also isn't an invoicing software so you would need a separate software application for that as well
Avantages
The ability to manage supplies as multiple locations is a great feature. Communication with the field works pretty good as well. When we come in to the office in the morning we can see any issues the crews report during their shift.
Inconvénients
This software is difficult to manage field crews and the scheduling is terrible

Works well and steadily improves
One of the benefits is a personal one. In a matter of seconds I can get a snapshot of what's going on throughout our company. This means in the evening if I want a quick glimpse I don't need to engage multiple individuals, I remain anonymous, that way I can gather information and keep my personal barriers up.
Avantages
It's added another set of eyes to the different sites we service. The communication within our group has improved dramatically.
Inconvénients
There's nothing I dislike, but adding features consistently will increase how effective it is for us.

Awesome app and support
We love what this app is provided for our company, our staff, and her clients. The support we receive from the Swept team is also incredible. They're willing to work with us and we enjoyed this relationship.

It is connecting RT members to one another. It also makes the communication with the client even easier.

Easy for employees to use
Communication is the greatest asset we are getting with this software. The messaging board allows for two way communication with our employees instead of a busy signal on the phone. Swept allows for all the Managers to respond to a question or issue quickly.
Avantages
Swept is very easy to use. Our employees love it.
Inconvénients
Swept is always improving and adding more features. We have asked for more “bells and whistles” and feel they have listened to us and continue to add more features

Great Janitorial App
I like Swept very much. The support team responds in a timely manner whenever I have an issue. It is user friendly
Avantages
It allows to manage scheduling, handling of payroll and productivity of my staff in one application.
Inconvénients
My company has multiple accounts in the software, but I only have access to one accounts. In looking at several reports, I see information for the other accounts that I have no access to.

Overall Pleased with the Software
Avantages
This software has greatly improved our communication as a team, helped us with supply orders. There are a few key clients that communicate using that app and it has really helped us be more responsive. Swept has helped us greatly in the selling process to differentiate ourselves from our competition. The app is the best part of the whole experience, it is simple and easy to use and it just works.
Inconvénients
Reporting could use some work but I'm told there should be a release later this year.
What Swept does it does pretty well, its simplicity makes it easy to use but with that simplicity comes lack of customizability and options.

Swept Review
Really good, people are great.
Avantages
being notified when people sign in and out of buildings, or when they dont show up, location tracking, supplies.
Inconvénients
inability to communicate directly and privately with individuals. No reminders for staff when they need to sign out. Employees constantly forgetting to sign out.

excellent option
I can be in contact with the cleaners and they can let me know and attach pictures if any issue, also I can forward to the customer, one day one of my cleaner spill the water for the yellow bucket in the carpet and they send me some pictures of the damage and I fixed before customer knows

Swept has changed the way we communicate
Our service has people all over the city, unable to communicate effectively without using many email, text threads, and phone calls. All of these are really good ways to lose important information. Swept has given our team the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Our cleaners also know what they are supposed to be doing when they arrive every night thanks to the built in instruction area.
Avantages
Easy to use, deploy and customize. It is effective and fast. It is a very cheap option as well.
Inconvénients
I wish there where an easier way to export the inspections that are created in the app to a CSV format for our in house database

Cleaning
I believe that it is the best app in the market for the cleaning industry.

Still needs some work
- Should be able to select multiple alerts, and turn off notifications.
- Should be able to go into a cleaner's profile and add locations, not locations and add cleaners. It takes too much time.
- Location Services are rarely highly accurate. Have the system weed out people who are .01 or .02 miles from the location. Clearly, they are there.
- When manually adding a time card. Alphabetize the cleaners. They are random.
- Cannot delete locations

Gives useful reports for Management.

Still a long way away from polished.

Makes life easier!
Over all I am very happy with the app. It improves quality of life substantially bring many elements required into one convenient app. There have been a few bugs along the way but as it is a new app I understand over all it is a great product I give it 4 out of 5!

Swept Review
Swept has greatly helped us streamline our cleaning operations. Our managers love the ease of use and the app updates in the past 6 months have been phenomenal.

Photos and messages sometimes slow to load. App has to be restarted sometimes in order to work.

Swept Program Review
I like how the Swept Program is easy to use. It helps the company that I work for to function a little more smoothly when it comes to keeping tract of cleaners and supervisors.
Avantages
I like that it has the cleaners building information and contact numbers in case we need to get in touch with them, and its easy to update their information.
Inconvénients
In order for the program to work everyone has to have an email address and some of the cleaning staff doesn't have an email address and isn't interested in getting one.

Original Opinion of Swept
The concept is very good, however the ease of use for the everyday crew member is too involved. The back end should be very involved with data entry and company needs, however the front end should be a simple one button process. Too many processes on the front end had our crew members frustrated.
Avantages
The capabilities to print reports and download crew onsite and offsite information.
Inconvénients
Not very easy to use on a daily basis.

Swept Software
I find this software very useful. Swept allows the management team to have a direct communication with all employees, that allow us to identify issues and quickly find a solution.
Swept is a great time tracking tool. Time is recorded every time employees sign in/out, and they can do it using the app, SMS or VIR (Landline).
Also, employees have access to important information about their job site, like cleaning instructions they need to follow to perform a better job. And if they have any problem they can report it in real time through swept as well.

Amazing for management but doesn't invoice customers
Avantages
This is one of the best products out there for managing commercial janitorial business because it allows each property to have all the details explained to our staff, with instructions, alarm codes, etc.
Inconvénients
This software doesn't handle invoicing. As great as it is to manage customer service and quality control, we need the same system to integrate with invoicing. Therefore not sure if we will continue use.
