In general good experience with great support and some missing features
We are using software to manage outbound calls made by our sales team and inbound calls manager by our support team.
Avantages
It's easy to implement and use, their support is super fast and friendly
Inconvénients
It lacks some minor features in the Windows desktop app such as minimizing to tray

Simple setup, good value
We needed a quick solution to get foreign phone numbers to start making sales calls. Cloudtalk was an affordable and easily accessible alternative.
Avantages
Setting up is very easy, you can start making calls in minutes if you don't need to set up additional phone numbers. Additional phone numbers have to be requested (at a fee) but they are also set up quite quickly. Sound quality is good, app for iOS is also good, straightforward and easy to use.
Inconvénients
We had trouble finding and setting up the Android phone app in the Play store. You cannot cancel your subscription manually, you have to reach out to support. The latter is not a big deal but would be nice to have.

Great tool for international calls!
I do not have to use different resources anymore to conduct international calls. I can also finally have an international number myself for different people around the world to reach out to me!
Avantages
Due to my job responsibilities, I need to make a lot of international calls every day. CloudTalk solution was a great finding for me as a perfect tool for my tasks. The only thing I need is a stable internet connection. The best thing about CloudTalk solution is that you have your own dedicated number that people can also call you to and you can answer from your laptop or mobile.
Inconvénients
Nothing really. All little issues I had was instantly fixed by CloudTalk support team.

I love CloudTalk
High quality calls for cheap, from anywhere to anywhere in the world for really affordable rates.
Avantages
What I like the most about this software is that I can have a local number in my area, and actually call for an extremely cheap rate from abroad to clients in my home country (actually from the other side of the world). And next to that, I also really love the dashboard with an easy overview of everything.
Inconvénients
I can't think of anything that I don't like about CloudTalk. It's a service that I've been looking for quite some time and I'm happy I found it.

My review
It has been a nice, swift and smooth experience, the transition from a different platform was easy and fast.

Using CLoudTalk for business purposes
I use cloudtalk to call customers worldwide using a German phone line. So far, cloudtalk works well and the price is great.
Once requested from the service team at cloudtalk, they opened my account for all countries.
In general, the support is fast and usually takes lot of effort to solve the problems.
Avantages
The VoIP function that enables me to use a German number as I am operating out of Germany.
Inconvénients
There are still some bugs as the software seems new - but those bugs are usually fixed by frequent software updates.

They were great to deal with, the service was good, and the pricing outstanding

Great Application
I am overall very pleased with the service I've had with CloudTalk. It runs very smoothly and integrates with other programs well
Avantages
I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.
Inconvénients
We have had an issue with the recording software sometimes recording both ends of the conversation and then other times only recording one end.

Overall, I would say it still serves its purposes.
Avantages
For now solely for texting and calling at times.
Inconvénients
The icon beside the phone number is not that functional and most of the time when numbers are being copy/paste on the dialer the option to send message doesn't show up.

Good Service.
I am using Cloudtalk now for more then 2 months and the service is great.

Cloudtalk have Easy to use platform. It get's handy from first day.

This is one amazing tool to keep your communication with clients smooth and easy. It has many useful features that makes life easier mostly for the sales team.

Easy and quick set up, perfect call quality even with overseas customers and the most important thing - very useful customer support ready to help and solve any issues.

No Mobile App
They are overseas so good luck talking to people if you are in the United States. I was up till 2 AM trying to resolve issues with them on multiple occasions

It was supposed to have good integrations with crm...
Inconvénients
You half to be sitting behind a computer to answer a call. Their mobile app does not work. You literally have to be by your computer at all times. Terrible for many small businesses that are on the go.

we have to call local business that are outside of our country (we speak the local language) so cloudtalk was exactly what we needed.
Inconvénients
a call could drop from my iphone/cloudtalk as my phone considered it as lack of activity and switched back to lock mode and with it the line went dead.

Suits our team well
It's been an upgrade from our very old school in-office phone system. This suits our small team when working from home and will be good when we do go back to the office.
Avantages
It's very easy to use - pretty much fool proof!
Inconvénients
I have experienced some glitches or anomalies that I had to flag with our in hour admin to speak to Cloud Talk about - otherwise it's been very easy to migrate over to.

Very useful for calling from abroad
Avantages
It allows me to receive voicemails event when I am abroad and don't have access to my phone plan from home. It really helps to keep a good relationship with clients from anywhere, as if I was at the office.
Inconvénients
When there are many users, the voicemails get mixed up, so I end up taking voicemail that were not meant to be for me.

Great first interaction with my CloudTalk rep and still get great support when needed. Very pleased to be using it.

CloudTalk Account Cancellation is unfair and tricky
When dealing with CloudTalk it is clear they want to trick you to pay and make it very difficult to leave, it is a maze. and they will refer you to the terms and conditions that almost no one reads, maybe legally they are covered but it is a bad customer experience and this is not a way to build a long lasting business, CloudTalk actions are good for hit and run business.
Avantages
The product was easy to use for a small team.
Inconvénients
- Cloudtalk doesn't have a cancel button, the process of canceling your account is very complicated.
- You can't cancel your account anytime, if the month starts you will pay.
- Please read the Terms and Conditions very carefully, CloudTalk hide information from the customers.

We needed a portugese number which other providers struggled with. Cloudtalk managed to get us all sorted and working extremely quickly

Avantages
It's very intuitive and in easy way you can get to know all the functionalities and get used to it.
Inconvénients
There's too many inconveniences. Using the product on a daily basis, you can encounter many shortcomings - there are often problems during conversations. The window with incoming call quickly disappears, sometimes I don't even have time to see this. A big discomfort is also the inability to change size of window to call - often the disconnect option disappears under the system taskbar and it is really troublesome. Product has a lot of bugs in my opinion.
