The wonderful app that makes me feel like the CEO of the rental world

The platform is so complete and easy to use that I feel like the ultimate CEO of rental. I can track all my equipment, schedule reservations, and manage my inventory with just a few clicks. It's like having my own army of virtual assistants working tirelessly for me.

Avantages

It is absolutely wonderful to have the feeling of being the supreme CEO of the rental world with just a few clicks. I love how this cloud-based all-in-one software takes care of tracking every piece of my rental equipment. It's like having my own army of virtual assistants working for me!

Inconvénients

Although the integration with other platforms is fantastic, sometimes I feel like my relationship with them becomes too close. It's like they're conspiring against me to make me fall so in love with this platform that I can't live without it. But hey what can you do, I guess that's a small price to pay for being a teacher for hire.

Great software and support.

Rocky to start, but they fixed issues and going very well now.

Avantages

Scheduling and customer management. All in one software.

Customizeable invoicing and payment options in the software.

Equipment rental software

Neutral to good so far

Avantages

It literally has every feature you can possibly think to run a rental business without having keys much different applications it's kind of an all-in-one deal

Inconvénients

The onboarding process could be streamlined so much easier

The best solution!

Super professional customer service staff.

Avantages

So turnkey! We could have hosted our rental program on our own using excel or something similar but ez rent out saves us time and in turn, money.

Inconvénients

We really don't have any cons to report at this time.

Great software!

Avantages

-Customer service is very responsive and helpful
-Many many features that can highly be adapted to pretty much any company's requirement
-Possibility to automate many processes such as invoicing, rental contracts etc.

Inconvénients

-Design could be improved/more customisable
-Language integration for non-English businesses

A powerhouse of a package

Easier order management

Avantages

Quite easy to use with some great features and the customer portal is a nice touch. Customers can have their own log in to view their orders etc. QR codes can also be setup for equipment which when scanned can link to the item page where manuals etc can be seen.

Inconvénients

A couple of things could be changed on the calendar side to make it easier to view orders in the dashboard and the subscribed URL calendar feed.

Off to a great start...

Positioning for success with a program I can grow into.

Avantages

We like that there are a lot of options available. It's going to take some time to get it all understood and put together, but it's going to be good.

Inconvénients

There's a lot to learn and get used to, but that's the case with any product, so it's really not a con.

Wonderful software

Paperless

Avantages

Ease of use, very well thought out lay outs. App interface is basic and clean. Very user friendly . Yes

Inconvénients

App needs same features as website. App is simple but lacks search functions. Meaning I have to click through every order to find current returns by repeat clients.
