Amazing Resource
Great other than needing training!
Avantages
I like being able to see what is out and in! And I like that you can set up customers and they are always there!
Inconvénients
I do not like that there is not any training avaible and that there is not a rental contract to print that explains expectations and consequences!

Ease of use, very well thought out lay outs. App interface is basic and clean. Very user friendly . Yes
Inconvénients
App needs same features as website. App is simple but lacks search functions. Meaning I have to click through every order to find current returns by repeat clients.

very good software for my heavy equipment rental company, helped very much the relations with customers and business, allows for every piece of equipment to be tracked. helped organized process across all areas of the company.

easy configuring, mass load of excel databases.

price for full package and additional users is high.

Overall been fantastic, great layout, great features, streamlined and very EZ to use.Q
Avantages
The developers and overall support is fantastic, the interface also is very nice on the eyes.
Inconvénients
Needs a tad more documentation and youtube videos would be nice although the support is there to supplement this.

EZRENTOUT IS GREAT!
Avantages
The best part is that it is very easy to use. If I had an issue I was able to solve it up looking it up on there site. If I couldn't they are quick to email me back.
Inconvénients
As of now nothing. I found this software to be what I needed to help organize and streamline many things.

This is the most user friendly, yet fully encompassing rental software. We are an event rental company with lots of sku's, EZ RentOut handles it all!

we are using it to manage member files so we always know who and what department has physical control over the information in a file

We are still setting this up to fit our needs. Customer support is very responsive when asked questions on how to achieve certain outcomes with the software.
Avantages
User Friendly, easy to upload existing asset information, and the ability to track maintenance through work orders.

Would like to be able to edit the default fields.

Just what we were looking for!
We were looking for Inventory Management software for our staging furniture for real estate company that would be scalable, EASY to learn and scalable to publish our inventory to the Web. We love the QR scanning functionality, the simplicity of loading our assets from Excel and pictures and into a user friendly database and the ability for our users to pay via credit card. The ability to create custom fields is easy and they magically appear available for reports etc. We are having a hard time with the reporting module but likely because we don't have enough meaningful data to analyze yet. Overall, an excellent product at an accessible price point!

cannot filter orders by return dates other than by reports
customer support by e mail over the weekend not answered
on line chats (scheduled) did not happen (2X) owing to a loss of time
Excuse was - last call ran too long
do not like individual line items on orders - can we pls grp
export to excel ok but not brilliant - have to do some manipulation to make it readable

Insightful and Helpful!
EZRentOut has really simplified our back office work, which involved using different systems for tracking rentals, associated rental equipment, maintenance schedules and customer management. With EZRentOut, we've now consolidated most of this and its a breeze getting reports that just make sense and do not require looking up 3 different systems!
