Great!
Avantages
It is very powerful. Objectives and Reviews have a lot of options.
Inconvénients
User experience is kind of bad. Navigation is terrible.

Made it really easy for my manager to understand what was going on on a weekly basis.
Avantages
It just made the communication channel between my manager and myself a lot more straightforward, and gave me the confidence he had visibility on my successes and failures.
Inconvénients
Maybe the questionnaire was a bit too big, less questions would feel more approachable because people tend to not want to write much.

While not a big deal at all, there were a ton of features I did not need and it resulted in a more cluttered workflow

Avantages
The frequency is ideal, we post our comments every two week for our supervisor's review - compared to the annual performance review cycle, this is so much more powerful in keeping channels of communication open, nipping issues in the bud, and giving regular opportunities to celebrate successes/recognize other team members.
Inconvénients
There are no real frustrations or shortcomings that I've noticed in the first while of using the software. Must emphasize that the tool is only as effective as those using it -active participation by both employees and reviewers is critical!

I like the fact we can log meetings with my boss for consistency and reference

I simply don't use it that often. In my role, it's not 100% necessary

I just think the ability to give and receive positive feedback. I love when I login and see that I received a High Five from someone. It can truly make my day sometimes.
Avantages
I really like the positive reaction you get when stating that you're doing really well. I like being able to set goals for myself to achieve to greater lengths. I also enjoy being able to give positive feedback to my co-workers if we worked on a project together.
Inconvénients
The only I'd say that I don't enjoy is the option to recommend features or changes to the company in which you are currently working. I enjoyed giving ideas but I can also see how that feature would be abused.

Keeping updates simple
I have been able to keep my boss in the loop when it comes to ongoing projects, potential issues and my personal needs to improve my productivity.
Avantages
15Five keeps the task of updating your boss extremely simple. Depending on their questions you can keep them in the loop about projects, personal goals and company culture.
Inconvénients
Nothing at all. The software is intuitive, easy to use and very quick.

Great Experience
It works great for our work environment, and I love the 1 on 1 part of it and the reminders that I get via email.

I use this to report to my manager.
Avantages
It's more like a to do list to me. Keep me on track of my goal each week. I like that it allows me to carry my unfinished tasks to the next week. So I can always know what should I do when I have free time.
Inconvénients
I was always a little confused about when should I fill my goal each week. At the beginning of the week or right before the due date. Maybe adding a little user tips can help improve my experience.
