Top-Tier Reporting, but Leaves a Lot to Be Desired Outside of That!
Overall, I think the reporting is top-tier rivaling that of Workday Peakon and other well respected performance management platforms on the marker. However, the repetitive survey questions over time, coupled with the simple nature of the reward/accolades "high five" feature caused our engagement numbers to do down drastically and what lead us to make the change to Teamflect.
Avantages
The best feature is far and away, the reporting and analytics offered by 15Five. The robust amount of date you can access and generate actionable insights from is well worth some of the pitfalls you experience.
Inconvénients
While you are able to choose from a library of preselected questions for your time-triggered surveys (we did 2x month,) the questions begin to become repetitive over time. This caused a sharp decrease in engagement scores after 7/8 months.

15Five to stay Alive
I use 15Five weekly and qtrly as check-ins with my team and manager. I submit employee pulse reviews, I engage with other team members in the office through high fives and show recognition where due.
Avantages
I love how easy it is to use and navigate. It helps to keep track of meetings and notes so that we have a reference point for performance.
Inconvénients
15Five does not seem to lack much when it comes to features and use. I don't think there are any cons I could share at this moment.

Review of 15Five Features - Excellent! :)
Fantastic, though somewhat limited.
Avantages
I love the organized layout and easy-to-use dashboard, but particularly, the daily goals function.
Inconvénients
Not much, just unfortunate I don't use it more! :)

Unique tool for keeping a pulse on employee engagement
Good experience and am interested to see where they go from here.
Avantages
The many different ways you can nudge employees to enjoy and benefit from working together. From giving high fives to anyone in the company, to the weekly check on how employees are feeling, to asking targeted questions, all of these help to figure out how my team is doing and feeling. To make things even easier, we wrote an integration with Slack to make it even easier to give high fives. High fives are a nice way of encouraging team members to help each other, we tabulate all the high fives collected and distribute prizes accordingly. The 1 on 1 planning feature was also useful, it helped to focus the 1 on 1 conversation into a way of measure progress against key OKRs.
Inconvénients
While 15five works well for specific use cases, it would be better served as part of a total HR solution. In the end, we found that the pricing was too expensive as our organization grew and budgets got tighter. It doesn't handle any core HR functions so it was hard to justify. I would love to see it become more integrated and attached with broader HR solutions.

Best Employee Engagement Software
I my opinion its an excellent employee engagement software. It includes all the relevant functions and features that a employee engagement software should have. Like-
360 feedback, performance review management, one on one meetings, etc...
The price plans of 15Five are also reasonable.
I personally like the software very much.
Avantages
Few things I like most in the software is ...
Its easy to use.
It provides Mobile control, I can use the services by my smartphone also.
One on one meetings.
Foster productivity and communication.
And the most helpful and intresting feature I like is , it provides customisable templates.
Inconvénients
Few things that the software should improve ...
It sends to much emails. Which is actually very distracting and irritating.
The software should include more features at management level

Why you need to consider 15Five
I've worked for companies that had millions of dollars in revenue and companies that boasted many billions in revenue and both size orgs and every others that fall somewhere in between could find value in implementing this tool. The key is to use it consistently and be willing to objectively accept, analyze and use the data that is returned.
Avantages
I'm in the 30th year of my working life and career and have been fortunate to have seen a lot tools that center around the human resources arena. There are a lot of good ones out there and I've used many of them with success. But there is something different about 15Five. This tool gives you the right-size touch points to measure your team's temperature all along the way. Too many companies rely on annual reviews, or semi-annual if they are proactive to gauge their employee's mindset and solicit feedback. Two days out of the year doesn't come close to providing meaningful data. 15Five offers up a non-threatening way to check-in with your team and make sure everyone is in the game. There have been times where the 1-5 scale for "how did the week go" produced a "3" response. It presented the opportunity to ask the right questions and correct any challenges within a 5-day timeframe instead of the traditional 6-month interval. In some instances, the lower rating was based on factors outside of work which is helpful to know as well because home and work life always comingle despite our best efforts to separate the two. All-in-all... an extremely valuable tool.
Inconvénients
Perhaps a few more analytics for managers to check into but nothing that takes away from the overall value of the tool.

15Five keeps personal goals in focus
I love it. I am still in the works of getting the most out of it, would love it even more if it had a percentage calculator for the objectives. That would save me some time. A training section would be very beneficial for people that have not OKR's before. It would save many headackes.
Avantages
15five is simple and easy to manage. Through time it has helped me realize how a treat my goals, and no surprise turns out I plan a lot and achieve little due to the fact that I get distracted with other goals along the way and forget the base ones. 15five allows me to see that by the end of each week, so now I plan less but stick to the goals that matter.
I love the "High Fives" as I can congratulate team mates that helped me along the week. I also get high fives and get a sense to whom and what department my work is having the best impact, and which are not.
Inconvénients
It does not have a statistical feature for the goals, so I use spread sheets to calculate goals that require a percentage. ANd most goals do if I want to have a sense of how much I have covered (20%, 33,54% etc.). So it still requires external tools to complete a report. A percentage calculator would be an easy thing to implement.
I just found out that there is a vacation feature. But it was really buried in the configuration pannel, I would expect to see it on a more relevant section, like the main navigation top bar.
OKR training for customers. I have seen a couple of blog posts, but not a training section that resembles more a mini course. Success stories using OKR's from customers would be awesome as well.

Keeps Your Teams Focused - Never A Surprise
Avantages
15Five has allowed me to be proactive in manging my team through our weekly 1:1's - getting a clear understanding of my employees' needs as well as their focus from week to week. Having the ability to ask strategic questions - and continually updating and revising them - allows me to get a review of my employees true reflection and state of mind. This has been valuable in so many ways - from how I interact with the employee; how they continue to progress on tasks; and where they're focus is on overall objectives. Being able to publically and privately provide kudos and immediate feedback - which help in the review process - ensures there is never a surprise to either myself or the employee.
Inconvénients
Allowing collaboration (multiple owners) of an overall objective. You can have a parent objective, and multiple team members assigned to support the objective, but at time required to have duplicate child tasks - rather than having the ability to focus as a group. I appreciate the individual aspects, but being able to work as a group is equally important.

Was subjected to this - bleh!
I was forced to use this for a while at a previous job and found that it interrupted my workflow, wasted my time, and was generally a nuisance.
Avantages
I'm not going to lie, I hated using this software. It facilitates the kind of micro managing, having meetings about meetings style of working within a team that I hate about non-profit life, and am glad to have left behind.
Inconvénients
I just never got anything valuable from using this software. I don't understand the need for it, and I found using it to be a giant waste of time.

The interaction between bosses and staff is more direct and close thanks to this software
15FIVE, is an excellent solution for any company that wants better levels of feedback with its employees. A good manager is one who cares about the welfare of their workers, the challenges, the projected goals and the performance and productivity, and this software is a very efficient alternative for these purposes
Avantages
This software was introduced by the human resources department of my company, demonstrating excellent benefits that I will mention below:
- A more direct relationship between the workers and the heads of the company where I work.
-A permanent feedback system where different characteristics such as the morale of the work team are evaluated, expectations, successes and failures, making direct reports to the bosses in order to attack problems and strengthen solutions that strengthen the spirit and productivity of the employee.
-Information in real time of the different problems that are generated in my workplace. This ensures that supervisors and managers have a clearer job and managerial outlook.
Inconvénients
This software came to strengthen the feedback between various levels of command of the company, has sensitized and brought to reality the problems of the company, creating an excellent working environment, therefore I have no claim whatsoever about this software

Easiest solution for employee feedback
Avantages
The system of 15Five encourages users to give high fives to colleagues, which allows a positive atmosphere around employees & managers.
Inconvénients
It's somewhat irritating to me the way that we needed to define up our objectives in the event that the objectives were connected to a bigger objective for my chief or my supervisor's chief.

15/5 Great Management Tool
15/5 is a fantastic tool for remote teams
Avantages
There are several things I love about this software. The ability to check my co-workers 15/5's and see what types of tasks/goals they're working on weekly is useful in our remote team because it provides me with a reference which allows me to consider where I am in comparison to the rest of the team, and how I might shift my focus if need be.
The High Five tool is also fantastic because it allows us to show our appreciation for the little things we do for one another, as a remote team we aren't always sure if the things we do actually make much of a difference and this allows us to give "kudos" to things which otherwise might go unrecognized.
Inconvénients
One of the little issues I've had with this software is that it is difficult (Impossible?) to delete a task.
A quick example of this: If I write "Arrange a meeting with ___" and later that day I realize this is not the person I should be meeting with, it is difficult to remove the task, and though I can mark it as complete, it still makes the task list look cluttered and looking back on 15/5, may cause confusion.

Outstanding experience in every aspect of the products, services and results.
Improved employee engagement!
Avantages
The software used as the foundation for creating and designing our own employee communication app is extremely user friendly. The content is robust, engaging (almost addicting over time) and has become the hub of all things "employee" at our company. The always accessible customer support is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to allow us to do what we want to do with the app.
The engagement survey software requires very little effort on our part. Emplify does everything except create the list of employees. The results are available within 10 days and are very detailed. We have been able to clearly understand our strengths and opportunities for improvement and make measurable improvements with the guidance and counseling of the professionals at Emplify who specialize in interpreting the results.
We are making progress in improving the level of engagement in our organization as a direct result of both the engagement survey and the app. This has been an outstanding partnership that we see continuing long term.
Inconvénients
I have very few concerns about this software and the couple that I had, they are making changes to address. I am not a technical person, but have been successful in using the Emplify products.

15Five is a great resource to promote employee engagement
One of my first questions in my 15Five, which I still see on occasion is a three part question. What are you proud of this week? What are you stressed about? What can we do to relieve these stresses? I always have something I'm proud of. For me, the challenges come from what am I stressed about. I introduced my newest management to a typical day for me, and she felt there were many times I should be stressed. She helped me to find those portions of my day, and take on some of the extra responsibilities so I was working at the same level of efficiency throughout the whole day. To be specific, she took on some of my start of shift responsibilities, as I am limited to how long I have to prepare. Also, she took on some of my preparation for on boarding the new hires I receive. And lastly, she rescheduled some of my pickups that were always coming at the same time at my end of shift when I was trying to multi task and finish our data input. I was working through all these challenges and not even realizing that I didn't have to until I had 15Five to effectively communicate where I could use an extra hand.
Avantages
Everything. It has improved our open door policy by giving us another outlet for effective feedback. Also, the 15Five team is always looking towards improvements; inspiring to see that.
Inconvénients
It took longer for me to learn how to use it effectively. That was my own personal struggle. When presented with this service, I just wanted to hurry up, fill it out and get through it. I now know how to manage my time, fill it out a little bit here and there so I am not rushing to finish it at the end of the week. Maybe a stronger emphasis on filling it out little by little thru the week so the client isn't doing what I was doing at first and rushing to finish it with out providing efficient responses to the questions.

Great Way to Keep Up to Date
15Five has made communication easy and clear while increasing employee engagement.
Avantages
I use 15five to make sure that I am completing tasks in a timely manner and am able to send a "High FIve" to recognize others for their hard work. Nothing is more satisfying than being able to check off all the boxes saying that I have successfully completed all of my tasks. I am able to let my boss know what went well and what could have gone a little better so that we are able to improve our processes to provide the best services to our customers.
Inconvénients
I have not found any negative features to this software yet. I have not ran into any glitches or errors.

It is a quick and easy tool that helps me stay in touch with others in my company
It is a weekly diary that I use for both myself and my manager so that we both know what I've done and what I want to do. Sometimes it is hard to remember what accomplishments you've had down the road, and this way it is all on paper.
Avantages
I like that it really helps you think about what your week to week really does look like, what you've done, what you want to do, and what has been holding you back. This is great for months down the line when you want to look back at your past accomplishments.
It also really helps keep others in your company connected with what is going on when they might not be involved in your day to day. This way everyone can be better informed about decisions and allocation of time and energy.
Inconvénients
So far I've not really found many cons as it does what it does. I think the hardest part is really making sure to get in the habit and our company really had to come together to say "We're going to do this every week, without fail."
Once everyone is onboard, it really shows.

We love 15five!
Avantages
It's really just so intuitive and easy to use. I really love being able to look back in history to check out particular 1:1 topics and look at my own trends and consider feedback. Plus, who doesn't love high fives?!
I am CONSTANTLY recommending 15five to friends and family. I really can't speak highly enough about the product or the people behind it.
Inconvénients
I've really enjoyed it overall. Most of my observations have been more feature-requests than cons. Perhaps the biggest con is that (at least with the configuration my company has), employees that aren't managers don't have a lot of visibility into metrics. Having a way to see, for example, what some common themes are for a given week in response to a particular question would be really nifty. Being able to take that information and convert it into a goal/challenge/accomplishment etc. would be even niftier. But I have no doubt that features along those lines will happen :)

Easy to manage projects using this software
Overall, it has been a good experience. Its easy to use and requires little onboarding.
Avantages
Really easy to use and keeps everyone on track. Helps with time management and managing people. Great tools within the system to recognize people. Doesn't require a whole lot of training.
Inconvénients
This software doesn't have many recognition features. There are few tools for employee recognition but not many. Also the price is a bit high for a system. I wouldn't recommend for smaller businesses.

Great tool for Gut Checks on your employees
Fantastic experience and an invaluable tool. I believe every organization should employee this technology.
Avantages
I used this tool as a method to report to my manager on a weekly basis so they knew how I was feeling and what I was proud of or struggling with. It allowed me to properly set up and prepare my manager for what we should discuss on our weekly 1 on 1's as well as set up long term personal and professional goals.
Inconvénients
There are not many cons with this software in all honesty. It works ver well and integrates seamlessly with Slack so you can congratulate others on a job well done

Great Platform for 1:1s, Feedback and Goal Tracking
Avantages
I love that it's a one-stop-shop for manager-report 1:1s, feedback sessions and weekly status updates, as well as a platform for tracking individual, team and company-wide goals and OKRs. It's user-friendly and makes it easy to onboard quickly.
Inconvénients
I have few problems with this platform! I wish it was easier to embed links to documents and websites from the 1:1 and 15five side - I often find myself wanting to link a document or presentation but am unable to do so.

15Five has been immensely valuable for increasing employee engagement
Avantages
15Five helps develop an effective feedback loop between employees and managers in order to conduct more effective 1:1s on a regular basis. It allows our managers to keep their finger on the pulse of their team and specific individuals in order to drive better performance and help our people grow personally and professionally.
Inconvénients
I'd like to see more curated leadership content built into the software for on-going learning for leaders and aspiring leaders.

Great tool for connecting with your team.
Overall, for a weekly check-in tool, it is great and easy to use. I think it is very basic which makes adoption easy but I am not sure how complex it could get.
Avantages
I LOVE high - fives. Our company uses them religiously and shares them with everyone each week so it is a great way to say job well done!
I also like the ability to share goals and log progress with my manager and express feedback that may not have been discussed during one on ones.
Inconvénients
The questions asked each week are sometimes really general with nothing to really add value by answering. The review process is also pretty basic, but not sure if this is just how our company uses it.
